Abstract

Teenagers have identity. Teenagers can be independent. Teenagers in North Padangsidimpuan have a population of 25% of the population of North Padangsidimpuan. Padangsidimpuan Utara is the center of the city. The population of North Padangisidmpuan consists of heterogeneous communities. Herogeneity is the cause of change and development. Change and development in adolescents. Teenagers are expected to be future counselors. Teenagers must be role models. Teenagers must avoid moral decline. Moral decline is indicated where adolescents are not able to control themselves. Adolescents who experience moral setbacks such as disobedience to parents, reduced enthusiasm for learning, arrogance and arrogance can be alleviated through the spirit of humanization of women. A woman who is subtle in language. A soft-spoken woman. Women who have a myriad of rahman and rahim. Women who are humanists, women who are rich in the treasures of empathy and egalitarianism. Humanist women can guide adolescents. Guiding youth to noble morals. A true and dedicated teenager. Teenagers who are involved and given the opportunity to participate. Guiding youth is part and responsibility of women. Women can lead and escort teenagers towards a future full of meaningfulness and excitement.

Abstract

AbstrakKeluarga merupakan kelompok terkecil, terpenting dan sangat mendasar dalam masyarakat dan bernegara. Salah satu permasalahan dalam keluarga yang dapat berujung kepada perceraian adalah masalah keuangan yang tidak dapat dikelola dengan baik. Tulisan ini didasarkan pada kajian-kajian teoritis dan kajian-kajian penelitian terdahulu.Pengelolaan keuangan dalam keluarga adalah cara mengatur keuangan keluarga dengan sistematis dan cermat melalui tahap perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga haruslah berpikir cerdas, cermat dan tepat dalam penggunaan keuangan agar senantiasa tercipta keluarga yang baik dan mengalami pertumbuhan secara kontiniu. Dengan kemampuan ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga secara tepat guna, tepat waktu, tepat tempat, tepat harga, dan tepat kualitas akan terwujudlah kesejahteraan keluarga. Kata Kunci : Ibu Rumah Tangga, Manajemen Keuangan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga.AbstractFamily is the smallest, most important and very basic in society and state. One problem in the family that can lead to divorce is a financial problem that cannot be managed properly. This paper is based on theoretical studies and previous studies.Financial management in the family is a way of managing family finances systematically and carefully through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Housewives in managing family finances must be smart, careful and precise in their use of finance so that a good family is always created and experiences continuous growth. Abstract

Abstract Single parent families have an obligation to guide their children, in carrying out their role alone in guiding children to face many obstacles. This paper starts from the results of research that aims to describe the parenting style of single parents towards adolescent religious behavior and the impact of parenting on adolescent religious behavior. The results showed that parenting of single parent parents using democratic parenting and permissive parenting had a positive impact on the behavior of the diversity of children as evidenced by diligently practicing worship, diligently reading the Qur'an and doing good for parents.  AbstrakKeluarga single parent memiliki kewajiban membimbing anak, dalam menjalankan perannya secara sendirian membimbing anak menghadapi banyak kendala. Tulisan ini berawal dari hasil penilitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola asuh orang tua single parent terhadap tingkah laku beragama remaja dan dampak pola asuh terhadap tingkah laku beragama remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua single parent menggunakan pola asuh demokratis dan pola asuh permissive berdampak positif pada perilaku keagaman anak terbukti dengan rajin melaksanakan ibadah, rajin membaca Alqurdan dan berbuat baik pada orang tua.

Abstract

AbstractParents are the first people who will be role models for their children. Parents will be authoritative if there is a match between words and deeds. One of the roles of parents is to educate children according to their nature. This will affect their sexual orientation in the future. Both of parents, father and mother have an equal role in forming sexual orientation in children so that balance occurs and children are not biased about gender.Keywords: parents, sexual orientation, children AbstrakOrang tua adalah orang pertama yang akan menjadi panutan bagi anak-anak mereka. Orang tua akan berwibawa jika ada kecocokan antara kata-kata dan perbuatan. Salah satu peran orang tua adalah mendidik anak sesuai dengan sifatnya. Ini akan mempengaruhi orientasi seksual mereka di masa depan. Baik kedua orang tua, ayah dan ibu memiliki peran yang sama dalam membentuk orientasi seksual pada anak-anak sehingga keseimbangan terjadi dan anak-anak tidak bias tentang gender.Kata kunci: orang tua, orientasi seksual, anak-anak

Abstract

This study aims to identify forms of gender injustice against farmers' wives in Portibi District, Paluta Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative-phenomenological method, while data collection is done by interview and observation methods. The results of this study concluded that the wife of a farmer in Portibi District experienced gender inequality. Forms of injustice experienced by farmers' wives occur in refroductive work, subordination, double burden, marginalization and domestic violence.Kata Kunci : Ketidakadilan, gender, isteri petani
