Tea farmers have the potential to experience a number of hazards in their workplace, from physical, biological, chemical, ergonomic and psychosocial factors. Ergonomic hazards are one of the potential hazards that are often experienced by tea gardeners. Musculoskeletal disorders are one of the most common health problems experienced by tea farmers. Ergonomic hazards and their relationship to musculoskeletal disorders are becoming a problem of increasing concern in agricultural production. The purpose of this article is to find out more about the dangers of ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorders in tea farmers. The research method used is literature review with literature searching sourced from the NCBI database, Elsevier, Agromedicine Journal and other national articles. Literature searching was carried out with the keywords ergonomic hazards, musculoskeletal disorders and tea farmers. The searching literature resulted in 782 articles published in the period 2008-2020 and then 26 articles were selected. The articles that have been selected and collected will then be analyzed using a systematic literature review, namely by systematically identifying, assessing, evaluating and interpreting all findings with a particular topic focus. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the potential dangers of ergonomics to tea farmers are caused by physical loads and work attitudes away from nature. From several sources, it is stated that the dangers of ergonomics have the potential to provide musculoskletal disorders to tea farmers.

Neonatal hypoglycemia can damage brain tissue and impair neurodevelopment with 81% occurring within the first 24 hours of life. Neonatal hypoglycemia is a condition in which the blood sugar level of BBL <47 mg / dL in the first 48 hours of life. The purpose of this literature review is to discuss the casarea section as a risk factor for neonatal hypoglycemia. The sources used in this paper consist of 35 articles from literature searching in NCBI, PubMed, GoogleSchoolar, and ResearchGate using keywords in the form of: hypoglicemia neonates, caesarean section, risk factors with the provisions of the 2010-2020 publication. The sources of the readings that have been collected are then analyzed using the systematic literature review method which includes the activities of collecting, evaluating and developing research with a specific topic focus. The results of this literature review show that babies born with the casarea section method have lower sugar levels than babies born spontaneously vaginally because babies born with sectio casarea have less time to transition to glycemic control than babies born normally and initiate breastfeeding. early, which is one of the measures to prevent neonatal hypoglycemia, becomes more difficult to do in the operating room.

Cardiovascular disease has become a major cause of mortality and morbidity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The main factors that increase the risk of cardiovascular disease include chronic hyperglycemia, decreased insulin sensitivity, visceral adiposity, and particularly hypertensive comorbidity and increased arterial stiffness. Meanwhile, sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors, a new category in diabetes therapy are known to reduce blood glucose in patients by increasing glycosuria through inhibition of urinary glucose reabsorption. The therapy also produces glucose-induced osmotic diuresis, weight loss, and lowered blood pressure. The aim of this literature review is to determine the effect of sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors on cardiovascular health in diabetes mellitus patients. This study is a literature review involving 20 literature sources from 3 national journals and 17 international journals with the keywords used include diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and SGLT-2 inhibitors. Several studies have significantly demonstrated the effect of SGLT-2 inhibitors on cardiovascular health, as seen by a reduction in mortality and hospitalization of heart failure, better blood pressure and renal outcome, improved heart function in diabetic cardiomyopathy and myocardial ischemia.

Atherosclerosis is a progresif change of artery walls which is marked by fat deposit, leukosit recrutiment and accumulation, foam cells formation, miosit migration and proliferation as well as extracellular matrix deposits which leads to thickening and hardening of artery. The aim of this literature review is to explain about. References which are used in this writing are 17 articles which are collected from PubMed NCBI and google scholar are all published in range of year 2005-2020. The keywords which are used for this literature searching area atherosclerosis, ROS, physical activities, stress oxidative, and antioxidant. The references which have been collected were analyzed by systematic literature review method which include collecting, evaluation, and development of research which certain focii. Atherosclerosis can occur due to excessive physical activities hence may cause the increase of ROS as a result of muscle cells aerobic metabolism process during physical activity. The rise in ROS may cause the inbalance between oxygen and antioxidant leading to stress oxidative. Antioxidant can be used to prevent the occurrence of stress oxidative. Antioxidant is a substance needed for the body to prevent free radicals and prevent the damage caused by it. Some of them are vitamin C and vitamin E as well as other herbal plants such as green tea and noni fruit.
