Abstract

The purposde of this article is to explain the influence of work environment to employee performance. It was a work achievement, it is very nessecity in supporting organization mission. So that is why, it need some pull factor to improve employee performance. The result show that Farm Resilience Department need to create a condusive situation for increasing employee performence.

Abstract

The Role of the Community of Regional Intelligence (Kominda) every single day needed for goverment administration, so that minister of home affairs publish the ministerial regulation No. 16 Tahun 2011 about Community of Regional Intelligence (Kominda). East Kalimantan also publish Guvernour Rule Number 82 in 2011 about Community of Regional Intelligence. Generally, the Kominda’s assigment is helping Local Goverment of East Kalimantan and Coordinating political information, economic, social, cultural, defense, peace, and public order. The Challange of the rule No. 16 in 2011 such as there is not socializing to the people then low knowledge about “Intelligence” for half of Kominda members and there is not assigment divide clearly.

Abstract

To overcome deforrestration problem especially in production, Indonesian government try to involve society in managing the forest through Hutan Tanaman Rakyat program year 2007. The result show that implementation of HTR in Bulungan was very slow, it because the lack of understanding of society and socialization. In addition, field operator did not understand the way how to involve the people to develop it.

Abstract

The leading role in the bureaucracyin in Foresty Department in East Kutai are implemented as its function. Nevertheless there are some focus still not implemented effectively. But applicative has showed good indication. The header of Foresty Department of East Kutai doesn’t work optimally reflected on 6 (six) research sub focus which applied, the fact all of roles are not implemented effectively yet, especially the role as facilitator and the role as innovator are not doing well yet, whereas another role as innovator indicate effective. The leading role is not optimal becaused authority limit of Department’s header seeks demand subordinate which concern work facilities nor doing renewal towards apparatus’ mindset through capacity enhancement and apparatus competence.

To enhance employee productivity in Education Department of Kutai Kartanegara, the office leader need to deliver attention to whom has the best track record. Abstract

This article is an effort to evaluate the authority transformation policy from Bupati to Camat based on UU No. 32 year 2004. Its purpose is to increase the quality and effectivity of public services. Implementing of this policy needs the society consciousness and government commitment. Then, the coordination between institutions within the government is nessecary to endorse the implementation of Bupati Policy Number 6 year 2011 concerning to the authority transformation.

Abstract

In order to improve supervision performance process in the local area, Inspectorate is currently faced with the proportional and accountable mechanisms problems and the development of inadequate capacity.  This qualitative research is using a case study approach with asserting participant involvement of informants drawn from the structural position, functional, technical and administrative staff Inspectorate Tual scope. The results show that: (1) institutional development process based on three aspects of development, namely the development of human resources, institutional development and organizational aspects, (2) Various factors have determined the quality of the performance results of the implementation of institutional development in the Inspectorate office of Tual City, including the human factor is still relatively weak, the issue and aspects of coordination between and across agencies, and problems of cooperation and leadership support. The study was expected to provide recommendations for performance improvement in Tual control through institutional development efforts Tual Inspectorate Office.

Abstract

The main concern of this article is about work culture of employee in Samboja. It was relating to authority and responsibility in finishing their duty. There are some indicators that influence work culture, such as the degree of understanding, cooperations among them, discipline, and work order. The result of this reseacrh find that leadership and work environment play significant role in supporting a positive work culture implementation.
