Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Implementation of District School Operational Assistance Policy (BOSDA) at Junior Secondary School 02 Malinau City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis used is the interactive data model. The result of the research, it can be concluded that Operational Assistance Policy of School Area in Junior Secondary School of State 02 Malinau as regulated in Decision of Regent of Malinau Number 25 year 2014, immensatively less than optimal, because confronted by various obstacles. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the development of Employee Work Motivation in the Food Security. This type of research conducted by the author, including qualitative descriptive. Source data extracted from key informants and informant. Analysis of the data used is Interactive models. The results showed that the development of work motivation of employees in the Food Security East Kutai Regency is done through the provision of incentives, giving apprecition, work placement employees as expertise, providing the opportunity take part in education and training, as well as providing working facilities it can motivate employees to implementation job good. From the set parameters, such factors rated most powerful incentive to spur the spirit of employees in their duties. While the appreciation factor and the factor of education and training is quite motivating employees to perform their duties. While the factors of employment and provision of working facilities are less encouraging employee motivation.Keywords: Development, Employee, Work Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Interfaith Youth in increasing the harmony of religious people in East Kalimantan Province so as to create a harmonious pluralistic society. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis used is an interactive model data analysis presented by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, where data analysis consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study uses secondary data collection techniques by conducting library research and other secondary data sources as well as conducting research directly into the field to obtain primary data through in-depth interviews. From the results of research conducted, it shows that the Role of Youth Interfaith in Increasing Harmony in Religious Communities in East Kalimantan Province shows that so far the role of Interfaith Youth has been going well, this is because FKUB and Interfaith Youth are considered capable of supporting the conduciveness of two important elements in society , namely parents and young people. This is reinforced by the fact that religious conditions in East Kalimantan are relatively safe and peaceful.Keywords: Role, Interfaith, Youth, Harmonious

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Supervisory Function of the Regional House of Representatives in the budget’s utilizatin of Infrastructure Development in Sub-district Malinau Kota. Types of research conducted include descriptive qualitative. The data source is taken by informant and key informance chosen purposively and direct observation result, and supported by secondary data. The data analysis used is an interactive model. The result of the research shows that the implementation of oversight function by DPRD of Malinau District towards Infrastructure Development in Sub-district Malinau Kota has complied with the prevailing regulations, but DPRD supervision is not maximal yet. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of land procurement for the construction of airport location expansion Kol. Ra Bessing Malinau in Malinau District and find out whether this compensation process has guaranteed a sense of justice for the exposed community. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The results show that the implementation of land procurement policy is smooth, land holders are willing to follow the existing procedures. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how Implemntasi Fund Allocation of Village Movement Build in Village of sub-district of Bahau Hulu. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that Implementation of Gerdema Fund Allocation in Upper Bahau Subdistrict 2016, the average absorption of funds under 70% (Seventy Percent), allocation targets and Gerdema not exactly as specified in the Regulation of Malinau Regent number 3 of 2016.
