Sundanese as the second largest ethnic group after Java, known as a tribe who does not like to migrate, comfortable natural conditions and the stigma of "kurung batokeun" may be one of the reasons why Sundanese do not like to wander. However, as the development, many Sundanese tribes who do unity, not only wander within the country but wander throughout the world, so that the Sundanese known not to wander began to break. One of the destinations to wander the Sundanese tribe is Ternate City of North Maluku. The research purposse to determine social interaction and communication patterns among fellow immigrants from the Sundanese who are members of the Paguyuban Pasundan, because they want to see a culture of communication in depth, this study uses qualitative ethnographic communication research. The conclusions resulting from this research (1) Social interaction between Sundanese tribes in the Paguyuban Pasundan is conducted intensively, a feeling of equality and interaction is carried out very well. (2) The pattern of communication among Sundanese tribes who are members of the Paguyuban Pasundan, is easy to open, without obstacles, is equivalent to quality and very significant good communication

The unification of the flow of information in the arena of the celebration of Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufrie's death day is on the agenda every year so that informal consolidation occurs for Abnaul Khairaat. Sharing stories about the old Guru's sacredness gave birth to a close relationship (cohesiveness) among the Alkhairaat masses. The sacred story of the Old Teacher became a discussion among haul participants because everyone who lived with him had a different experience with others who were also Old Master's students. The experience of each follower of the Old Teacher, met in the haul arena. That is called convergence. Sharing fantasy themes in the Old Teacher's Haul became a venue for silaturrahim narratives, which strengthened the Alkhairaat organization. The love for old teachers is implemented in the form of love for Alkhairaat community organizations.

Beberapa PAUD di karisidenan Surakarta merupakan PAUD yang memposisikan diri sebagai PAUD dengan menyediakan layanan rutin konseling berbasis perilaku (behaviour) bagi Anak dan wali murid. Layanan konseling rutin ini bertujuan untuk menemukan perilaku maladaptif anak, baik disekolah maupun di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan konseling behaviourterhadap tingkat pemahaman konseling behaviour pada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten, Karanganyar. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan konseling behaviour terhadap tingkat pemahaman konseling behaviour pada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten, Karanganyar. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode quasi eksperimen, dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen berbentuk one group pre test-post test design, yang dikenal juga dengan eksperimen semu. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan konseling behaviour secara langsungkepada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten, Karanganyar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis paired sample t-test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest (65.44<86.56, sig. 0.000<0.005). Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa pelatihan konseling behavior yang dilakukan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseling behavior guru-guru PAUD di Kecamatan Jaten.

This article examines the function of preaching communication in the multimedia era. Preaching communication that is increasingly developing is no longer through conventional media with communication strategies that still rely on face-to-face or stagnant in one mass media. Especially regarding propaganda material that contains inviting, educating or informing facts or something that is considered to be beneficial to the Ummah, the preachers have been more effective and practical in disseminating quickly through social media, the religious teachers can disseminate propaganda content in WhatsApp Group or WAG, messenger, instagram, can also be through other networked media.

The presence of online taxis in the city of Padang is a source of new livelihood for the community. Hundreds of people from various backgrounds registered as Go-Car and GrabCar partners. In the beginning everything went smoothly. Problems began to emerge when the company raised the standard points and lowered the daily bonus amount. Partners who feel incompatible with these changes choose to resign while others are forced to survive in two ways, improve service or choose cheating in order to keep getting bonuses in the midst of difficulty reaching points. This study aims to describe the interpersonal communication activities between online taxi drivers and passengers and analyze communication efforts by the driver in providing services to passengers. This type of descriptive qualitative research with constructivist paradigms and phenomenological approaches. Informants are several active Go-Car and Grab-Car drivers in Padang City who have been operating for at least one year and randomly selected passengers. Data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, involved observation and documentation. Data were analyzed based on phenomenological analysis by Edmund Husserl. Data validation uses data triangulation. The results showed that interpersonal communication activities can be seen from five positive attitudes namely openness, empathy, supportiveness, positive attitude and equality. The success of interpersonal communication can be seen through three indicators, success from the point of communicator, communicant and message.

Openness of access to information in the digital era provides opportunities for political parties through tiered structures to build political communication, related to efforts to achieve democratic life and increase the degree of quality of public trust in political parties as a constitutional forum. Through communication of political issues and ideas, political parties seek to obtain a number of individual opinions accumulation openly and form public opinion through an activity in the form of a debate debate, or exchange of information between individuals who are in a group. The impact of political communication and public opinion on people's behavior cannot be generalized, because of the different effects it has on each individual due to differences in age, sex, religion, education, intelligence, occupation, socio-economic class, and so on. In addition, the public is a human being who can accept, reject, question, criticize so that with so many sources of information, the public can compare messages from one media with messages from other media, or with messages from public figures or authorities he trusts.

Discourse about human rights (human rights talk) can not be separated from the discussion of philosophy, law, and politics. In the meantime, to build a comprehensive understanding of human rights and their relationship with politics and humanitarian action, this paper will provide a brief overview of the history of human rights. Then a review of human rights based on the three levels of analysis above. In the philosophical aspect, will be reviewed regarding the development of the idea of human rights. Followed by a discussion of the legal nature of the law and its relationship to the normative ideal values that underlie humanitarian action. And finally, the discussion is about the political dynamics that characterize the issue of human rights and humanitarian actions.

Lately, there are many problems of religious behavior which partially understand religion, causing many deviations in the name of religion and belief. Roughness and hatred towards other groups in the name of religious teachings and "heretical" religious understanding, is the impact of human acceptance of religious teachings that are not accompanied by good education and understanding of religious knowledge, so that preaching through educational institutions becomes the choice to build an understanding of Islam that is comprehensive and inclusive. The results of this study indicate that (1) The concept of Alkhairaat preaching follows the Habib Idrus style of preaching namely subtle and sympathetic, with the style of movement of a number of scholars who introduce movements in various regions including the archipelago, using the concept of tabsyit lil ummah which makes the messages of religious teachings as news or good news for the Ummah. (2) The form of da'wah conducted by Alkhairaat is by developing educational institutions that are oriented to the formation of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of the community in accordance with the guidance of the teachings of Islam
