Abstract

ABSTRAKWord of mouth memiliki kekuatan besar yang berdampak pada perilaku pembelian konsumen. konsumen akan menilai kualitas tinggi jika nilai yangdirasakan memenuhi harapan mereka selain itu seiring meningkatnya kualitaslayanan akan ada kemauan untuk merekomendasikan kepada orang lain, makaperusahaan harus tetap menjaga dan mempertahankan para konsumennya dengancara meningkatkan kepuasan dan word of mouth dengan cara memberikan yangterbaik kepada konsumen dengan memperhatikan dua faktor yaitu kualitaspelayanan inti dan kualitas pelayanan periferal. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini: menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan inti dan kualitas pelayanan periferalterhadap kepuasan konsumen dan dampaknya kepada word of mouth. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Bus Trans Semarangdalam kurun waktu enam bulan terakhir dengan jumlah tidak diketahui secarapasti. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 99 orang. teknik pengambilan sampel adalahpurposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t,koefisien determinasi dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dansignifikan antara kualitas pelayanan inti terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapatpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan periferal terhadapkepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitaspelayanan inti terhadap word of mouth. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikanantara kualitas pelayanan periferal terhadap word of mouth. Terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen terhadap word of mouth. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan Inti, Kualitas Pelayanan Periferal, KepuasanKonsumen, Word of Mouth.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resources is an intangible asset and is the most important factorthat determines the success of the company . The role of human resources (HR) inthe development of the business world that is increasingly rapidly considered veryimportant for any company . Qualified human resources will lead theorganization in both comparative advantage and competitive basis and wasinstrumental in running the company's operations and optimally executingbusiness strategy .This research aims to determine the effect of company size , sizeof board of commissioners , the concentration of ownership and status on thedisclosure of accounting lisitng human resources . Type of data used in this study is secondary data. Purposive samplingmethod used in sample selection. The results of this study prove thatsimultaneously (F est) accounting disclosure index of human resources can beexplained by all the variables. While (t test) indicates that the variable board sizesignificantly influence accounting disclosure of human resources . Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to test and analyze whether there is aninfluence of leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of employees ofPT. Alam Kayu Sakti (PT. ALKA) Semarang by mediating organizationalcommitment. As the object of this research are permanent employees of PT. AlamKayu Sakti (PT. ALKA) Semarang with a sample of 109 employees asrespondents. The question used has been tested for validity by factor analysis andreliability with Cronbach alpha and the instruments are valid and reliable orworthy of being used as a research tool. The results of the analysis can besummarized as follows: This study can prove leadership has a positive effect on organizationalcommitment. This is in accordance with his theory Bass (1990). This study canprove job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. This isaccording to Johlke's (2000) study. This research can prove leadership has apositive effect on performance. This is in accordance with his theory Bass (1990).This study can prove job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. This isin accordance with his theory Robins (1996). This study proves organizationalcommitment has a positive effect on performance. This is in accordance with thestudy of Johlke et al (2000). This study does not prove that organizationalcommitment mediates on the influence of leadership on performance. This is in accordance with Tri Murdoko's research (2007). This study does not prove that organizational commitment mediates on the effect of job satisfaction onperformance.
