Abstract

Tingkat efektivitas penerapan sistem contraflow dalam mengurai kepadatan lalu lintas di ruas tol dalam kota dengan merelokasi titik awal contraflow yang sebelumnya berada di Km 1+700 Cawang akan berpindah ke Km 0+200 Halim dengan mengutamakan pengguna jalan tol yang berasal dari ruas tol Cikampek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu mengkaji data dokumen berupa data primer dan data sekunder seperti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), data kondisi lalu lintas volume lalu lintas dan kecepatan lalu lintas pada penerapan relokasi sistem contraflow di ruas tol dalam kota Cawang –Semanggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang didapat penyebab nya adalah banyak sekali kendaraan yang crossing memaksa masuk di titik awal contraflow di Km 1+700 Cawang. Terutama lalu lintas dari arah Jalan Tol Jagorawi, dikarenakan crossing memicu terjadinya konflik yang mengakibatkan gangguan lalu lintas dan dapat membahayakan pengguna jalan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka perlu dilakukan relokasi titik awal atau pintu masuk contraflow sebagai upaya meminimalisir tingkat kepadatan yang terjadi di ruas tol dalam kota agar menciptakan kenyamanan dan transportasi yang lebih baik dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan logistik.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan moda sebagai means bagi manusia atau individu untuk mencapai tujuan, satu titik menuju satu titik tujuan lainnya. Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan maka transportasi bermain peran penting bagi kelangsungan hidup serta bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Pelabuhan yang baik menurut Undang Undang kepelabuhanan nomor 17, tahun 2008, dilengkapi dengan fasilitas keselamatan pelayaran dan kegiatan penunjang pelabuhan serta sebagai tempat perpindahan intra dan antar moda transportasi. Kegiatan pada pelabuhan berupa perpindahan kargo Cargodoring, yaitu proses pergerakan barang dari gudang atau lapangan penumpukan ke dermaga atau apron yang di bawa oleh alat bantu angkut. Pengamatan hanya mencakup beberapa aspek salah satunya pada Waktu putar head truck yang lama selama proses cargodoring. Terminal Peti kemas Banjarmasin, PT Pelindo III Persero, cabang Kalimantan Selatan, dapat ditemukan permasalahan lambatnya turn-around-time head truck atau kegiatan cargodoring yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan pada waktu keberangkatan atau departure kapal. Untuk mengetahui berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan head truck untuk melakukan cargodoring. Penuilis melakukan Pengamatan langsung secara terlibat. Dengan melakukan perbaikan pada lintasan didalam pelabuhan untuk dapat mendukung peningkatan kecepatan pada chassis dan juga gerak pada alat angkat pada lapangan penumpukan atau container yard, yang dapat menghasilkan produktivitas yang lebih baik pada kegiatan bongkar dan muat.

Abstract

The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are Jabodetabek people. The analyzes carried out were analysis of travel destinations, analysis of origin and destination areas, and analysis of modal choices during the Covid-19 pandemic to large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). The results of distributing questionnaires with 150 respondents stated that there was a decrease in movement in Jabodetabek by a percentage of 38%. The decrease occurred in 36% of recreational trips, 34% of education, 28% of work and 23% of social activities. The rate of increase in private vehicles is 25%. From these results it can be stated that the Covid-19 pandemic has an influence on the movement of people and transportation in Jabodetabek. Some suggestions in this regard are increasing travel supervision and tightening health protocols in each mode, as well as improving services on public transportation when trips have returned to normal by adding schedules and fleets to public transportation to reduce congestion so as to maintain health protocols in public transport.

Abstract

Analysis of the safety risks of PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra at Dermaga 101 using the HIRARC method, HIRARC is a tool or method for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards based on activities in each workplace. The results of hazard identification carried out in 3 places on the pier 101 - 102, there are 14 hazards related to safety workers. From the results of identification of the hazard factors, there are 3 factors, namely food factors, facilities factors, human factors. Based on the results of the risk assessment, it is known that the highest percentage of risk level at wharf 101 is moderate risk, which is 58%. So that the recommendation given by the author to overcome these risks is the addition of facilities and improvement of the worker management system.

Abstract

The Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal is the first type A passenger terminal in Indonesia to implement a boarding pass system. The boarding pass system in December 2019- January 2020 is in the trial phase, but in February-March 2020 this system has been implemented 100%. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the passengers are satisfied in using the boarding pass system at the Departure Gate of the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to passengers at the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal and conducting a few mini interviews with the passengers. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In distributing the questionnaire, a purposive sampling. The results of the study were the level of satisfaction with the officers was 82.6%, the level of satisfaction with the terminal facilities was 82.4%, the level of satisfaction with the accessibility was 84.3%, the level of satisfaction with security and comfort was 96%, and the level of satisfaction with the tariffs by 81.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the time it takes for a forklift to dismantle the steel coil from the ship's hold to the lossing truck and to find out the number of costs incurred for renting a forklift when carrying out a steel coil unloading activities. The research method used in this research is quantitative by taking into account the comparison of the data used for the cost of using forklifts by buying or staying with existing conditions, namely the rental system. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the costs incurred to rent a forklift in January were Rp. 130,200,000, while in February amounting to Rp. 133,800,000. This amount of expenditure is certainly greater than the costs incurred for carrying out forklift maintenance per month. If the company buys 1 unit of 15-ton forklift, the company will save Rp. 7,600,000 - Rp. 12,000,000..
