PT Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang perakitan dan penjualan komponen pesawat udara. Perusahaan sering mengalami pembelian material secara mendadak, sehingga pada akhirnya akan menimbulkan biaya yang besar karena pengiriman harus dilakukan melalui airfreight. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa produk yang dipesan tersebut terbagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu independent demand dan dependent demand. Berdasarkan analisis ABC maka kategori kelompok A ini yang harus diperhatikan penjadwalannya karena merupakan produk kritis. Produk tersebut berjumlah 8 produk dan menyerap dana yang cukup besar yaitu sebesar 79% dari total keseluruhan barang yang dipesan. Kata Kunci:  Analisis ABC, dependent demand, independent demand Abstract  PT Goodrich PINDAD Aeronautical Systems Indonesia is one of the manufacturing company, where the company engaged in the assembly and sale of aircraft components. The Company often experience a sudden the purchase of materials, which in turn will lead so huge costs because shipping must be done via airfreight. The results of study can be seen that the product divided in two groups: independent demand and dependent demand. Based on the ABC analysis, the group category A must scheduled because it is a critical product. Number of products of group A are available eight and absorb substantial funds in the amount of 79% of the total goods ordered. Keywords: ABC Analysis, dependent demand, independent demand

Many small and medium entrepreneurs hope to develop their business by exporting their products to a wider market. However, rarely do entrepreneurs think of being able to try out the export market in order to expand their market reach. Even this tax issue between exports and imports has different regulations. When we import goods, almost all goods was subject to import taxes. Meanwhile, when exporting our products overseas, not all products are subject to export taxes and customs duties. The methods used was (1) preparation (2) implementation and (3) reporting. With this training, we hope that the public will understand more that the constraints during export and import were not too difficult to apply. We chose Bekasi city as a place for this export training, not only because of the mapping and work locations that have been determined by the university, but also because this area had many small and medium business community pockets.

There is a potential overflow of a river during rain, resulting in water levels raised beyond normal water levels in the Sentiong Underpass Area, Jakarta in which is one of the strategic locations in Central Jakarta. To guarantee and maximize water flow in the Sentiong Underpass area, a water discharge regulatory system was created to be the form of underground wall structures equipped with pump houses. This wall structure is made of reinforced concrete structures underground at ± 3 m depth. This research aims to evaluate and analyze the underground wall capacity with reference to principles designed by SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1727-2013. Analysis of data used based on field data including soil test parameters and vehicle traffic. Structural analysis which used is Computer Program (STAADPro), then based on the data obtained from the results of analysis and evaluation can be determined magnitude of displacement and dimensions of the reinforcement. The wall structure in Sentiong Area, Jakarta was planned to use K-300 concrete as high as 3 m underground, 40 cm of wall thickness, bottom floor thickness 40 cm, and upper floor thickness 20 cm. The total length of this underground wall structure was planned 32 m. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that displacement and capacity structure qualified safely with design steel reinforcement diameters of D13 mm and D16 mm.

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of vehicle storage in the open yard area at PT. Indonesia Vehicle Terminal (PT. IKT) which is influenced by the zoning policy towards the use of accumulated fields. The method used in this research is a quantitative method in the form of calculating the use of open storage land which is concluded as Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR). The research data was analyzed by comparing the data before and after the implementation of the zoning system policy at PT. IKT in the period March 2019 - February 2020. The zoning policy has an impact on the amount of loading and unloading production and the capacity of open storage at PT. Indonesia Vehicle Terminal for domestic part. After processing data for the period September 2019 - February 2020, namely September 2019 at 48.63%, October 2019 at 52.39%, November 2019 at 62.75%, December 2019 at 66.75, January 2020 at 76.20% and February 2020 at 82.25%. From YOR which every month the YOR value of PT. IKT has caused open storage fields in the domestic area to overload for storage of CBUs, trucks and heavy equipment. PT. IKT is advised to add new land, especially in the domestic sector, so that operational activities in the terminal are not hampered by the increase in the number of YOR in the domestic field. Otherwise, overbringing costs will arise and increase.

Adanya pandemi telah berdampak besar terhadap stabilitas ekonomi di Indonesia. Selain itu, pandemi juga melemahkan berbagai sektor. Penerapan Keselamatan dan kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang baik pada saat ini sangat diperlukan untuk melindungi sumber daya manusia sebagai tenaga kerja dalam sebuah sektor usaha, salah satunya yaitu sektor jasa kepelabuhanan PT.BJTI PORT yang mana berperan dalam proses pendistribusian barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis penerapan program K3 dan produktivitas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai korelasi positif sebesar 0,787 yang memiliki arti korelasi sangat kuat, searah, signifikan antara penerapan K3 terhadap produktivitas pekerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat kegiatan bongkar muat petikemas impor di Terminal 3 Internasional PT. Tangguh Samudera Jaya menjadi lebih efektif, penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini menggunakan pengumpulan data baik dalam bentuk primer maupun sekunder. Data primer yang dimaksud berupa wawancara serta observasi pada saat proses bongkar muat sedang berlangsung. Data sekunder berupa data standar operasional prosedur bongkar peti kemas dan data idle time operasional bongkar muat. Setiap kegiatan pada proses stevedoring dan cargodoring bongkar peti kemas memiliki standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak perusahaan dan jika pada saat pelaksanaannya terdapat hambatan itu semua akan dirangkum ke dalam laporan idle time setiap bulannya. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat telah dikelompokkan menjadi 4 bagian, seperti man, weather, machine, dan method. Setelah dilakukan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor machine menjadi yang paling signifikan dalam menghambat kegiatan bongkar peti kemas impor, hal tersebut terjadi diakibatkan karena beberapa masalah yang timbul pada alat saat sedang beroperasi.

Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran rata-rata dwelling time di Terminal Petikemas Koja dari sebelum kenaikan tarif progresif dan sesudah dilakukannya kenaikan tarif progresif. Kegiatan penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan selama melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Lapangan di Terminal Petikemas Koja yang merupakan sebuah perusahaan dibidang jasa pelayanan bongkar muat petikemas. Perhitungan rata-rata dwelling time dalam penelitian ini tidak memasukkan data petikemas yang dipindahkan ke tempat penimbunan lain (overbrengen). Tingginya dwelling time menjadikan pelabuhan tidak sesuai dengan fungsinya. Dwelling time terdiri dari tiga komponen, yaitu pre-clearance, customs clearance, dan post-clearance. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi dwelling time berada pada importir karena dwelling time cenderung diatur oleh pengirim barang dalam mengeluarkan barangnya dari pelabuhan. Sehingga kualitas layanan bukan menjadi satu-satunya faktor yang mempengaruhi dwelling time, tetapi biaya penyimpanan barang dipelabuhan juga ikut berkontribusi. Kenaikan tarif progresif ini diharapkan dapat mengembalikan fungsi pelabuhan sebagai gerbang lalu lintas barang, bukan sebagai penyimpanan petikemas karena bisnis utama pelabuhan adalah mempercepat proses pelayanan bongkar muat. Kebijakan tersebut diharapkan juga dapat memberikan efek jera bagi pemilik barang impor untuk segera mengeluarkan barangnya dari kawasan lini satu pelabuhan.

Analysis of the safety risks of PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra at Dermaga 101 using the HIRARC method, HIRARC is a tool or method for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards based on activities in each workplace. The results of hazard identification carried out in 3 places on the pier 101 - 102, there are 14 hazards related to safety workers. From the results of identification of the hazard factors, there are 3 factors, namely food factors, facilities factors, human factors. Based on the results of the risk assessment, it is known that the highest percentage of risk level at wharf 101 is moderate risk, which is 58%. So that the recommendation given by the author to overcome these risks is the addition of facilities and improvement of the worker management system.

Bimaruna Jaya Depot is one of the companies engaged in services related to the handling and stacking of containers. This company is currently experiencing problems regarding employee work productivity which is decreasing from month to month from the achievement target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work competence and workload affect the work productivity of surveyors in container survey activities at Bimaruna Jaya Depot. The research method used is direct observation to the field, distributing questionnaires to insurveyors and out, estimators, andsupervisors maintenance and repair and interviews with depot managers andsupervisors maintenance and repair. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires and interviews, namely purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the work productivity of aofficer surveyor can be influenced by competence and workload with targets set by the company.

This Research aims to find out the causes and impacts caused by delays in payment of trucking vehicle rentals at Perum DAMRI Logistik, especially on the company's operational activities. Data collection was carried out in 3 divisions in Perum DAMRI Logistics, namely the operational division, the financial division and the engineering division. Data collection was done by interviewing the staff on duty and making observations and observations while in the field. The data obtained is then analyzed and elaborated so as to form a relevant information. In addition to describing the results of interviews, there are some data that are processed using statistical analysis using correlation tests and simple linear regression tests. The statistical data analysis was used to determine the relationship between vehicle rental payments and operational activities and to find out what percentage of the effect was obtained from the two variables. The results of the correlation test using SPSS statistic 25 which shows that vehicle rental payments and operational activities have a positive relationship, the results of a simple linear regression test get the equation Y = 200534,257 + 0.659X. The value of R square is 0.559.
