Abstract

Foreign terms from English into Indonesian in Indonesian dictionary the fourth edition is analyzed based on morphophonemic. Morphophonemic based translation process is based on the form (Form-based translation) and translation based on meaning (Meaning-based translation) (Larson, 1984). The shape of these foreign terms will be analyzed using the theory of generative phonology transformation (Schane, 1992) which is based on the change in morpheme formation of foreign terms to find the meaning of the translation process either BSu or the meaning of the grammatical BSa. This study uses a tool agih determining precisely which part of the language in question (Sudaryanto, 1993:15). This research method has three techniques, namely (1) elicitation, (2) a large library Indonesian Dictionary Fourth Edition (2012) and English dictionary, and (3) the recording or transcription. The results of this study is the term foreign English into Indonesian spelling is undergoing a process of adjustment in accordance with the rules of phonotactics in Indonesian so that it can pass through several stages to thank the suffixes are morphophonemic adjustments and not be separated from the shift in the meaning of BSU to BSA so that the reader the foreign term to understand the intended meaning of the presence of foreign terms.

Abstract

Idealism in literary studies often confronted with other interests embedded within the study. In addition to beautiful, literature must have utility for the people who enjoy it in the form of works, among which is a form of (prose) and the film (screenplay and theater). Either in the form of a novel (prose) or in the form of a film, idealism is not to be found entirely because there are some considerations due to the interests attached to them. These considerations include, first, the sensor associated with the norms that exist in people's lives in Indonesia, and secondly, related to the interests of owners of capital to finance the cost of production of the idealistic work to be conveyed to the public audience. Censorship in the film and the work done through the use of language of the author. This is done because the language in the works are an expression of the author as Lacan statement in the theory of subjectivity. In this paper, idealism within Djenar Maesa Ayu (DMA) as the author of the novel Nayla as well as a screenwriter and film director Nay is also expressed through the language of metaphor and metonymy are loaded in order to avoid censorship. The use of metaphor and metonymy that do DMA also consider the norms as reflected in Indonesian society.

Abstract

The research problems are to be examined are (1) how the deletion subject and predicate in the headlines Line News Popular? (2) why the subject and predicate in the headlines Line Popular News dilesapkan? The data used is the news in the media Line Today. Application Line is a popular social media are widely used community understand the progress of technology. Inside Line application that there is a collection that can read the latest news. The method used by researchers is a descriptive analytical research methods. The data collection was done by using refer to the note. Results of the 10 data amalisis popular news headlines found in Line News Popular on December 4, 2016 at 6 clause found in the headline that experienced an ellipsis or deletion. Precisely, 4 clause experiencing fading Subject (S) and the second clause experiencing fading Predicate (P) and S + P.

Abstract

Hegemony is often used in political science to show the meaning of domination, but through the study of the novel, it can be seen hegemony opposed to domination in power at that time is determined by physical force. Through the novel Fire in Bukit Menoreh (ADBM) and Nagasasra Inten belt can be seen that both were created for a legitimacy and hegemony. In addition to using chronicle, through ADBM legitimizing the power of Demak-ranging search and the loss of a dagger kingdom Nagasasra Belt Inten through figures Mahesa jenar (Rangga Tohdjaya), while through NSSI solidified the power of Mataram although indirectly, but can be determined based depiction of a central Raden Danang Sutawijaya and Ki Gedhe natural Pemanahan Mentaok development board that turns into Mataram. On the other side of the central figures like Supreme Sedayu fictitious, Swandaru and Kiai Gringsing strengthen the position of both.
