Abstract

Technology, especially in the areas of multimedia, audiovisual and broadcasting bound by the computer technologies that play a role important enough to get the needed information. This time information and promotional media used Studio One Metro TV, only in the form of brochures and through the official website of PT. Metro TV, by relying on the information and promotional media in a sense is not enough for the show to the audience, who would want a highly effective presentation of information, accurate, and interesting to look at in terms of look and content. Information and promotion will be presented at Studio One Metro TV quite a lot, include: activities cameraman, introduction switcher tool, master control room and others. Media video profile is intended that the public interest in an information will increase. Submission of media and information campaign designed to match the shape of the video profile that combines audio and visual, which shows the entire information relating to the Studio One PT. Media Televisi Indonesia commonly called PT.METRO TV. Methodology This study uses analysis of the problem, data collection, analysis, design and media production concept (KPM) which includes: pre-production, production and post production. The right media to support information and promotion of Studio One PT. Metro TV is using a video profile, with this profile video media is expected to support some access to information that is clear, accurate, and detailed, so it can be useful and beneficial to the audience who are interested to find out information about Studio One PT. Metro TV, and video profile is expected to improve the image in Studio One PT. Metro TV.

Abstract

Along with the development of the automatic control the world of technology at this present time, making the control system automatically helps a person to ease his work. A lot out there who already using a wide variety of automatically working systems. Automatic control system now can make various kinds of variety such as controlling hydraulic system automatically to avoid flooding. This control is done using an Arduino microcontroller and ultrasonic sensors, which the microcontroller as input media program that will be in the process and ultrasonic sensors to measure the distance of the water level. The method used to design the hydraulic system uses a flowchart, The hardware used includes Arduino Uno, Ultrasonic Sensors, Motor-drive (DC), Lamp LED, buzzer and several other electronic devices. The design of the hardware using the Arduino Uno as a medium to instill the program and software design were performed using of Arduino . Automatic control is intended to avoid damage to the goods caused by flooding.

Abstract

Computer is a tool to carry out activities in the field of administration or a place to store thousands of data that can be processed at any time without requiring a long time to do so.Payroll system is something that is very fundamental to the financial activities on a corporate or industrial establishments, because it affects the performance of the employee.Remuneration is a routine activity carried out for companies that are spending a relatively large company because it needed a good payroll system for the implementation of the payroll calculation until payment can be run efficiently and smoothly.So that in determining the salaries of the leaders should know about poduktifitas, office or class, length of work, and the work performance of each employee.Thus, the payroll system PT. Surganya Motor Indonesia must gain control and precise handling in the payment of salaries to prevent fraud and abuse. The method used in this research is the method of data collection including interviews, observation, and literature. The analytical methods used are the SWOT analysis, while the method of design using UML. The test method using black box method.The system is expected to reduce errors in the calculation of salary and can save time in the calculation of employees’ salaries. So as a facilitate a mechanism to solve a problem for those involved in the implementation of the payroll system employees at PT. Surganya Motor Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing rapidly one of which involves natural resources (HR) employees at the company scope for example, employees at this time, felt increasingly required by each agency. One of the functions required in the processing of human resources in the processing of employee leave, the PT bermuda comunication engaged in appertising manufacturing services stickers, pins, posters, flyers,banners, x-banner, roll banner, one way vision, blocknot, every company must give entitlement to karyawanya. Problems that occur before the leave still use manual, so it is necessary to leave the computerized management process. In meeting these conditions, built a facility employee leave request system based SMS Gateway application. The system is built using Gammu software using PHP programming language as early as the lawyersubmitted data input is stored in a MySQL database, then connected with the concept of client-server suite in Osi layers, and output results utilizing sms gateway facilities. With a system of employee leave application for SMS-based Gateway is the employee leave theservice process becomes easier and faster. The process of filing, checking and decision making employee leave entitlements can be carried out systematically. In addition, the leave application process could be more transparent.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing rapidly, making the system change and develop until the need for the desired information can be accessed easily and accurately. Likewise with the operational Higher Education Prog who want the reliability of a system. In the case of operational procurement needs and improvements in Higher Education Prog until now carried out by the technical staff directly working on demand through telvon or speak directly, so inadequate as a reminder of the task request repairs and procurement activity reports Staff. Itcreates the application of the procurement system maintenance activity reports technique realized with the use of paper media as the media filing staff. But the idea of the system method has the disadvantage that slows performance in making the report. From it does research bermetodekan data collection system is running, observation, interviews and analysis of the proposed system CSF, prototyping and testing methods as the establishment of the proposed system is adequate as the best alternative solution of the existing problems.

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated digital technology, online payment system rife used both government and private agencies. Similarly, in Higher Education. Financial Accounting System on Higher Education Prog is called GO (Green orchesta) is said to be still using the method of effective and efficient because students are required to come to campus first to find out some of the bills that must be paid. Even to know RBR (details Registration Fees) and Yandex (details Tuition) still use the local network that can only be accessed on BoxSiS (Student iLearning Service Box). With the rapid development of existing technologies, systems GO (Green orchesta) need to be made updates to the onlineversions are able to be accessed anytime and anywhere by students. Hence comes the system that has been updated is GO + (Green Orchestra Plus). GO + (Green Orchestra Plus), enables all payment systems pekuliahan student as the student can check the details of tuition anywhere and anytime. Not hasrus come kekampus and queued at the box sis. GO + (Green Orchestra Plus) highly efficient and effective for use as it can support the process online payments.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly and has been influential in the organization's activities to obtain data and information quickly. So the use of computers is essential in expediting and simplifying the process of data management to achieve the goal. In Higher Education Prog asset management reporting processes in motor vehicles is done manually resulting data search process and reporting of data assets requires significant time and too often there is missing data that affect the process of asset maintenance vehicles. It is therefore proposed to design a vehicle asset management information system using php and mysql. Which aims to be able to overcome the difficulty in finding the desired data and vehicle and asset maintenance delay in making the report.

Abstract

PT. The rate of gift Jaya is a company engaged in construction services and highway construction installation, As a service company certainly requires working in accordance with the operational procedures for settling an employment project. Part procurement very important role in supporting the implementation of the project work, are the shortcomings and constraints on systems running that application is still using semi computerized and manual where the goods into warehouse inputted from purchase orders into Microsoft Excel and the items will be out of the barn still applying registration manual with scrap paper, this led to weak control of the stocks held in warehouse which affect the shortages of goods and excess inventory, and often there is a discrepancy reporting items, Where complicate the process of procuring goods back to the warehouse. From the analysis that goes researchers used data collection methods and depiction poured using the Unified Modeling Language(UML). The results of this analysis are intended to develop a procurement system inventory based websites, which use as a data control goods in and goods out in the warehouse.

Abstract

In an enterprise, good asset management system is very important role to creat an enterprise management that has a high performance in terms of service. Asset management methods which applied, must be effective and efficient in its implementation. Now, asset management methodswhich applied still very conventional that is with manually writing the report, then the report is inputted into a data processing application, this make an asset management system running ineffective because it through a very long process. To improve the asset management process,then implemented a barcode system, where each barcode representing each asset to show the identity of each asset in the form of the date of beginning the operation, the type of each asset, along with the location of each asset operated. With the barcode, the asset management processat Perguruan Tinggi Raharja run effectively without having to print the form checklists and updated the data directly into a database system, so that decision-making on assets managed to effectively by using MapYourTag application. On this research, using mind-mapping and swot analysis methods. Results from this research in the form of asset management application system by scanning the barcode that has been created for each asset that are connected directly to a database that has a dashboard that shows statistics on each asset control treatment, so that monitoring become more effective, optimal and facilitate in making asset management reports. With this system, it is expected the asset management system that applied at Perguruan Tinggi Raharja can improve sustainable development in the the life cycle of an asset.

Abstract

Al-furqon is foundation of faith-based education that is commonly called the boarding school. Along with the increasing number of students each year the more the teacher or teachers who will take part in the activities of teaching and learning. Thus the more the data that goes into the institution or Pondok Pesantren Al-furqon, these data would need to be stored, processed, and analyzed to produce a useful information for the institution, and reported to the Ministry of Religious Affairs in charge of boarding school. Meanwhile, to make the report, it takes more time to collect information and process data stored in operational databases in the institution. Since it is considered necessary to manage large amounts of data in order to produce an information quickly, then made a design of the data warehouse to facilitate the conduct of data processing, analyzing and reporting the data analysis. The method used the data collection methods, such as observation, interviews, and literature review. After getting the data and then analyzed with the SWOT method, this method describes the shortcomings, strengths and opportunities for improvement in the system. This research resulted in a data warehouse for Al-furqon institution, as well as the amount of storage capacity needed for historical data.
