Abstract

A phenomenon that still often occurs among Christians is the existence of debates when discussing the millennial kingdom, which often ends in disputes and even sharp and deep divisions between fellow Christians and the church and even the synod. The aim of this research is to provide Christians with a balanced perspective in looking at the various views that exist regarding the millennial kingdom. The research method used is literature research, where the researcher collects various textbooks and analyzes various views related to the millennial kingdom and examines the relationship and compatibility with the writing theme so that the results of the study of Eschatological views on Amillianism, Postmillianism, and Premillianism are compiled into conceptual views. Eschatology. The result of this research is that every view of the millennial kingdom must be tested by referring back to the full biblical data, where Bible verses are reinterpreted by the Bible as a whole. It can be concluded that teaching regarding Amillianism, Postmillianism, and Premillianism is adapted to the context of church denominational doctrine.

Abstract

Abstract: Korean Wave (K-pop) is a popular culture that is so favored by teenagers, it has made local culture shift. The transfer of Korean Pop Culture spreads widely through social networks as if it could not be prevented. The entertainment industry, music, films, magazines and other aspects always present everything that is synonymous with Korean culture. Opium from Korean Pop Culture has a devastating impact on adolescents as a result (1) fanaticism of Indonesian teenagers makes it more interested in exploring Korean culture, (2) Not passionate about learning, (3) wasteful lifestyle, (4) The emergence of fanfic no child which leads to pornography and porno-action. This research method uses a qualitative description by describing the K-pop phenomenon that occurs in adolescents and how to deal with the impacts experienced by adolescents, especially Christian teenagers in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the handling of Christian adolescents who experience K-pop addiction can be started from the environment where they grew up, among others, the family environment, educational environment, church environment. Both families, schools, churches as well as other youth formation groups have a role to play in instilling Christian values ​​that lead them to experience spiritual growth. When the youth environment continues to introduce who Christ is for their lives, the example needed by youth has been answered through the example in Jesus Christ.

Abstract

There are many stories written in the bible and one of them is the storyof Hagar in the middle of Abram ans Sarai’s family who have not had children. In Genesis 16 Hagar has a problem in his life so that he runs away from his problem, Gos meets him and gives a promise or hope for his problem. The purpose of thie research is to prove thar Dog made a promise to Hagar by means of an exegetical process. To complete this research, the resacrher used the descriptive-inductive method. The results of the research found the meaning of the promise that God gave to Hagar. The conclusion is that in every problem that exists, God lways has a way to solve it.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Acquisition of Mother Language and Child Intelligence together on Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes. The results showed the effect of mother tongue acquisition and children's intelligence together on Indonesian learning outcomes with the regression equation Ŷ = 9.120 + 1.654X1 + 0.338X2, with a correlation coefficient = 0.884 with a significance level of  = 5% and the determinant coefficient = 78,10%. From the regression equation, it can be interpreted that the Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes score. The constant value = 9,120 indicates that the lowest mother tongue language acquisition (X1) and children's intelligence (X2) conditions do not allow the child to obtain high Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes (Y). The test results obtained regression coefficients of 1.654 and 0.338 indicating a positive effect. From the analysis of the scores on the Indonesian learning test results show that learninglanguage in Kindergarten is less directed towards developing language skills as a whole, but rather emphasizes receptive abilities; listening and reading are relatively good, while the ability is productive; speaking and writing is very lacking, because the child can speak fluently when doing free speech, but when talking is based on lesson themes, the child's speaking ability is a bit choked up, so is writing, because it is only intended to train the child's fine motor skills not intended to develop language skills.

Abstract

The research objective describes the community in Batak Toba before, after the entry of mission and evangelism, as well as the process of entering Christianity. The results showed that mission and evangelism were very important for the Toba Batak people to believe in Christ, changing the concept of belief in the animist ancestors into believing in the Lord Jesus, bringing developments in economics, education and health. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The researcher concludes that mission and evangelism comes from the heart of God for all nations, so that many people will know and believe in Christ, so that they will not perish but may gain eternal life Keywords : Mission and Evangelism, Batak Toba
