ABSTRACT Multicultural is an interesting thing to be studied because every region and even everyone is different understanding of multiculturalism but it is sunnatullah to acknowledge its existence. But different apply multiculturalism with each other. Basically, the people of Ambon city have accepted multicultural with characteristics that differ with other people or with other cities in Indonesia. The most interesting thing in the multicultural community of Ambon city is about migrants or immigrant communities. For the people of Maluku and the people of Ambon city they are of the view that any immigrant society is still always stamped with immigrant istlah even though have children grandchild living in Ambon Maluku. ABSTRAK Makalah ini adalah sebuah refleksi kritis atas kompleksitas permasalahan perpustakaan sekolah secara umum di Indonesia dalam berhadapan dengan tantangan globalisasi dunia. Tantangan terbesar pada era globalisasi ialah perkembangan masyarakat harus selaras dengan kemajuan teknologi yang diikuti secara menyeluruh. Namun masih banyak kalangan yang kurang peduli akan perkembangan informasi. Oleh karena itu perlu ada pergerakan literasi informasi yang meningkatkan kemampuan literasi informasi pada kalangan ini sekaligus mempertahankan kualitas informasi literal kaum intelektual. Literasi informasi sebagai gerakan memposisikan pustakawan sebagai “agen” literasi dalam menyiapkan generasi yang melek informasi. Pustakawan, dalam hal ini pustakawan sekolah, menuntun pemustaka (siswa) untuk memilih dan menentukan informasi yang paling dibutuhkan dengan skala prioritas. Posisi tersebut tentu saja sangat sulit dan menuntut keahlian sehingga pustakawan selain harus memiliki pemahaman tentang pentingnya literasi informasi juga harus terus menerus meningkatkan kualitas sumber dayanya. Tenaga perpustakaan harus memiliki kemampuan mengajar, senantiasa memperbaharui pengetahuan (willingness to learn) dan memiliki kemampuan praktis serta selalu berupaya mengikuti perkembangan literasi informasi. Kualitas tidak hanya terbatas dalam kemampuan dalam menguasai pengetahuan saja tetapi juga mampu memahami peran serta perubahan yang terjadi secara cepat. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi peran pustakawan akan mengalami perubahan. Pustakawan dapat menjalankan peran barunya tetapi tidak harus meninggalkan peran kepustakawanannya. Keterampilan ini dapat diperoleh melalui pengajaran keterampilan literasi informasi. Semua keterampilan merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab pustakawan di sekolah. Kata Kunci: pustakawan, perpustakaan sekolah, literasi informasi, globalisasi, pasar bebas

ABSTRACT The impact of Tourist development in tourism areas on an area need balancing of environmental and social interactions, this balance can increase the number of visitors to the tourist area and directly increase the income of the area itself. This research has purpose to know about the impact of regional development in Liang beach as a tourism place to local people who live in Liang village, Salahutu District, Central Molluca Regency. The object of this research is the people who stay in Liang village. The technique of Data collection through interviews and observation. The results of the research, the development of Liang beach as a tourism place has impact on people's economic.the income of food vendors are increase, games rental service, billing entrance, rental of tents and billing services WC, well established community social interaction with visitors and the level of environmental pollution on the development of tourist areas in Liang beach. Abstract Religious diversity has become a necessity for the people of Indonesia, including in Maluku Province. The inter-religious social relation is created harmoniously even though in 1999 there had been a conflict in this province. However, the people of Maluku, especially in Nania village, continue to create inter-religious social relations. The relation is proven through the interaction between fellow religious people. According to Emile Durkheim, social interaction is a social fact which in essence will result a social solidarity. Solidarity emphasizes on the relations between individuals and groups and underlies the common attachment in life which is supported by moral values and beliefs in the society. The real manifestation of the relationship will produce an emotional experience, thus strengthening the relationship between them. The Durkheim's view became evident in the social life of the people in Nania Village, Ambon City. Keywords: diversity, relations, social, religion, Ambon city, Maluku.

ABSTRACT This paper is a critical effort made to respond to the reality of what happened in Maluku related to the widespread development of capitalism. With reviews that uses narrative approach, then this article seeks to present issues related to the influence of capitalism and the hegemonic power (governmental) on the Maluku people who have an impact on the welfare and comfort of their lives, a small community. It must be recognized that this writing is still far from eligibility as a good writing. However, with the existing shortcomings we try to explain it, assisted by the use of the theory of the takeover secretly (the silent take over), Hertz and hegemony (Gramsci), so this article can explain about problems multiulturalisme as teriadi in Maluku. ABSTRACT This article intends to put forward the views phenomenology of Edmund Husserl, by using methods of desecaraiptive analysis of the data obtained in writing either of journals, books and articles obtained from the website, and blog. This study found that, first, intentional awareness is directed to the object that appears or appeared, without intentional object does not mean anything, and vice versa. Second, epoche or bracketing is the method used so that researchers can obtain the original data, by actively participating live the experience along with the living world, then did the reduction or containment or delay of assumptions, theories, knowledge, and even beliefs that may hamper researchers obtained data pure, by letting the objects speak for themselves. (Zurruk zu den zahen selbst). Religion is a manifestation of one's beliefs, to find out the essence of religious teachings that were understood then the method of bracketing is definite. ABSTRACT Intention of this research is to depict the condition of social change of society of Hena Lima pasca of disaster of floods of Wae Ela Yar 25 July 2013. Data collecting done by observation, interview and documentation. Research informan is society of victim of disaster of floods of Wae Ela Yar, elite figure, governmental of Hena Lima. this Research Result that first; the happening of social life change of society of pasca of disaster of floods Wae Ela marked with the change of at regional layout of resident housing, social relation of neighbour and consanquinity progressively go away the, change also at education systems, change of at social class status of society, individual attitude. [Both/ second]; Economic life change of society namely immeasurable progressively it society living among others as building labour, merchant, and other service work. Affect the change cause the society progressively individualism, estranged public relations progressively and more egoist having the character of and also feel depend on relief fund floods.
