Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of public services at the Tellu Limpoe District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of public services at the Tellu Limpoe District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were the people who received service from June to July 2015 at the Tellu Limpoe District Office as many as 50 people. Sampling was carried out using a total sample so as to produce a sample of 50 people. The data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews (interviews) and literature studies. The data collected is then used quantitative data analysis techniques with frequency tables. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of public services at the Tellu Limpoe District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is categorized as good with an average number of 66.75% and the factors that affect the effectiveness of public services at the Tellu Limpoe District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are categorized quite well with an average number 69% average.

Abstract

This study aims to determine service accountability to community satisfaction at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors influencing service accountability to community satisfaction at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires, (4) document review. The collected data is then analyzed through frequency and percentage tables. The population of this study is the community as many as 61 people. The results showed that the Service Accountability used for community satisfaction at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the service accountability indicator was considered very good, namely 78.67%, the community satisfaction indicator was considered quite good, namely 72.87%. the influence of service ethics in the fairly good category is 73.75%, the parentalism culture in the very good category with a percentage of 76.5%, and the influence of public control in the quite good category, which is 65%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of suitability of placements with employee competencies at the Watang Sidenreng District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence the level of placement suitability with employee competencies at the Watang Sidenreng District Office. The population in this study were all employees at the Watang Sidenreng District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, totaling 40 employees. The type of research is associative / looking for a relationship, while the basis of the research is a survey. The analysis technique used is quantitative by describing the results of the processed data. The results showed that the level of suitability of the placement with the competence of the employee was very appropriate at 78.75%. This can be seen from the main tasks and functions are in accordance with 68.12%, planning is in accordance with 68.12%, supervision is in accordance with 74.37%, evaluation is in accordance with 75% while the influencing factors are education is in accordance with 65.62% and work experience is appropriate 57.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on the productivity performance appraisal of employees working in the office staffing agency Sidrap district and to determine the factors that affect the assessment of the performance of employee productivity in the Office of the Regional Employment Board Sidenreng Rappang. The study design used in this research is descriptive quantitative by focusing on the influence of performance appraisal. The population in this study were all employees in the Office of the Regional Employment Board Sidenreng Rappang. The methods of data collection are observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The collected data is then processed and analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis with frequency table. Based on the research we concluded that indicators of employee performance evaluation at the district office staffing bada Sidrap with 75.73% considered good value and employee productivity indicators at district office staffing agency Sidrap at 74.77% while the value factors affect the assessment of the performance of employee productivity in the Office of the Regional employment Board Sidenreng Rappang rated 66.38% considered good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, 1). the role of the village head in community empowerment, 2). the factors that influence the role of the village head on community empowerment in the village of Betao Riawa, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data collection methods in this study used observation techniques, literature studies, interviews and questionnaires. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with frequency tables. The results obtained are the role of the village head in community empowerment in Betao Riase Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, especially the village head's role indicator is considered good (63.62%), community empowerment indicators are considered good (62%) and the factors that influence the role of the village head, especially the authority factor, was considered good (69.25%), the power factor was considered good (70%), and the population condition factor was considered quite good (79.5%).
