Abstract

The world is facing covid 19, countries are fighting against a virus that has been declared a global epidemic or pandemic by the World Health Organization. The need for medical gas during the Covid-19 pandemic is facing very high demand, both from hospitals and individuals. The problem with PT Gasindo Andalan Sukses is that the sales process is still carried out manually, marketing and offering products by visiting prospective customer locations so that it takes longer time and the success rate is erratic because there is still a price bargaining process. Based on these problems the author aims to create a web-based medical gas sales application at PT. Gasindo Andalan Success using customer relationship management (CRM) and Extreme Programming (XP) methods. The author hopes that it will be the right solution to make it easier for companies to market their products online to consumers. Another advantage is that companies can store data easily because of a computerized system.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial activities in the student environment create business opportunity activities through needs and market analysis. The form of entrepreneurial activity is a direct practice of entrepreneurial learning that has been carried out in a planned and programmed manner, products and services are a manifestation of this program. Based on this, this activity is expected to generate entrepreneurs among students who are able to provide jobs. This study aims to design a decision support system (DSS) for selecting the best independent entrepreneur student activity proposals using the MOORA method. The criteria used are administration, type of business, business location, business plan presentation, and interviews. The three best proposals obtained from the results of this study include: the 1st place was won by the PMWM_01 group with a score of 0.37971, the 2nd place was the PMWM_06 group with a score of 0.37316, and the 3rd place was the PMWM_03 group with a score of 0.37085.

Abstract

The Department of Health is a health institution that is engaged in providing health services for the community. Amanah Clinic is one of the maternity clinics in Magelang City that serves various types of diseases and complaints from patients and the community. Medical personnel are the spearhead in improving clinical services. In developing superior medical personnel, Amana Clinic makes a selection program for the best nurses based on criteria such as: performance, discipline, education level and attitude. The old system that is running still has weaknesses because it is only based on 1 criterion (number of attendance) and ignores other criteria. The system causes injustice in the selection process. The purpose of this study was to design a decision support system for selecting the best nurse using the Simple Additive Weighting method. This method was chosen because it can perform a ranking process based on criteria and weights and is able to determine the best alternative. System design with Context Diagram, HIPO, DAD and ERD. Application results are nurse reports, overall selection and selection of the best nurses. The results of the functionality test are proven to be successful and the Validity Test has been proven to be 100% valid.

Abstract

Batuah Village, Seranau District, Kotawaringin Timur Regency is a village with a difficult economy. The population is increasing, the problems of life are also getting more diverse. Every citizen needs a decent life, so the government held a social assistance program for the residents of Batuah village. This program is expected to help underprivileged families as one of the government's efforts to overcome poverty. Food assistance must be given to people who are entitled to receive it. But sometimes there is still social jealousy caused by the closeness of neighbors and other factors. Other problems that occur include registered residents who have died still receiving assistance, residents who had problems last year still received assistance, and there were residents who received double social assistance. The purpose of this research is to build a simpler role or decision tree to determine the recipients of social assistance. In addition, this study also aims to determine the values of precision, recall, and accuracy. The algorithm used to build the decision tree is Algorithm C4.5. The results of the study using 100 data samples showed that the algorithm's performance reached an accuracy value of 93.00%, a precision value of 100.00%, and a recall value of 65.00%. The performance of the algorithm produced in this study is included in the very good category so that the decision tree resulting from this study can be used as a recommendation to determine social recipients in Batuah village.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a follow-up to the collaboration between STMIK Primakara and Keramas Village regarding innovative solutions to explore the economic potential of the village in Keramas Village, Keramas Village is located in Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. Keramas Village is a village that has a lot of potential ranging from tourism, agriculture, economy, and arts and culture. However, the existing potential has not been maximized by BUMDes Artha Kara Mas which is a BUMDes in Keramas Village. The method used in this research is Design Thinking which is a framework for generating innovative solutions according to the problems at hand. The Design Thinking method consists of several stages starting from empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. These stages are used in this study in order to produce the expected solution. The solution offered is in the form of a work plan recommendation for BUMDes Artha Kara Mas which is in line with the purpose of this research, namely to produce innovative solutions to explore the economic potential of Keramas Village. The results of this stage are expected to be a material consideration for BUMDes Artha Kara Mas to develop village potential. Abstract

Malnutrition is a problem experienced by children in Indonesia, one of which is stunting. The role of Community Health Center is needed in overcoming malnutrition rates in toddlers. This research was conducted by implementing machine learning using the case-based reasoning method to diagnose malnutrition in children. This research aims to reduce stunting experienced by the community around Bengkayang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the diagnosis of malnutrition in children at the Bengkayang Health Center. The output of this study is to be able to diagnose malnutrition in children using the case-based reasoning method and the system designed is used as a reference for addressing child development. The variables used in implementing the system are name, age, gender, height, and weight. Then the learning machine looks for the closest case to see the value closest to the stunting problem, so the result is the same. In solving cases by calculating the similarity value, it was found that the new case had similarities with case 04 which was diagnosed with Scurvy Vitamin Deficiency with a similarity value of 0.545454545 or 54.54%.

Abstract

In line with the rapid development of the internet and information technology, especially in computer networks, at this time it has become one of the basic things in all aspects. The objectives to be achieved in this research are to be able to monitor and measure the performance of the Bank Mandiri WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) network in the Palembang Sudirman area. Action Research / Action Research Methods Action research is a process in which each individual or group who wants to make changes to the situation certain procedures to try procedures that are expected to provide changes and when they reach the conclusion stage they can be held accountable, in carrying out these procedures the results of the research on analyzing the quality of the WLAN network at the Mandiri Sudirman area in the category are very good according to the TIPHON standard and in accordance with the Quality Of Service (QoS), and for the implementation of the PCQ method the delay value before the implementation of PCQ is 32 ms and after PCQ is 8 ms, while the average packet loss before the implementation of PCQ is 1.5% and after PCQ is 0%

Abstract

Climbing generally refers to a long journey and usually takes a small path leading to a higher place such as the top of a mountain. When climbing, sometimes novice climbers do not know the basics of climbing, resulting in unwanted events such as the wrong way, so there needs to be a system for monitoring the position of climbers from the guard post. This system, helps managers to monitor the whereabouts of climbers from the start to the location that climbers want to visit where the position data is processed by the Lora Module and displayed on the OLED and the application website as a monitoring system. This tool is in the form of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) bracelet and (RFID) Reader to detect climbers, every climber who registers to climb will be given a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) bracelet. on the tools that have been provided, so that the manager knows the climbers are already at the post through the monitoring website. The results of this study are in the form of a tool product in the form of a bracelet which is scanned in an RFID Reader then the data will be sent via a wireless network to a web server/web application on the coast guard post, the test results obtained that the tool can be read properly and the process of sending data to the web application takes about 2 seconds.

Abstract

Sragen Regency Tourism Object is one of the places for recreation with family. Sragen Regency has many beautiful and diverse tourist attractions, making it difficult for people to determine the best tourist attraction. The criteria that are in great demand by the public are: Location, Facilities, Tickets and Security. This requires the Head of the Tourism Office to be able to make decisions in determining the best tourism objects. The purpose of this research is to make a Decision Support System Application for the Selection of the Best Tourist Attractions in Sragen Regency by using the Weighted Product Algorithm Method. This method was chosen because it has the ability to rank to determine the best alternative based on all criteria and weights. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations and literature studies. System design is made with Context Diagram, HIPO, DAD and ERD. This application was developed with PHP language and MySQL database. The results of the tests carried out on the functionality test were good and the validity test results were 100% valid. The implementation results obtained by the best tour is Ndayu Park with the highest score of 0.0852.

Abstract

Digitalization has been shaped the economy and society, one of the areas most affected by digitalization is the retail sector. Point Of Sale (POS) is a sales-oriented activity and a system that helps process transactions. The Cooperative store at the Technology and Science Institute of Nahdlatul Ulama (ITSNU) Pekalongan still records manually, so there is a risk of fraud and data loss. This POS system can be helping all transactions to manage stores to be fast, accurate and safe, because all of data will be saved to the cloud directly, so cooperative managers can be controlling several cooperatives directly, anytime and anywhere. The method used in this POS system is the Waterfall method, which is a method used to develop software sequentially like a waterfall through several stages are data collection, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. Based on the black box testing that the researchers have done, all the features on this multi-outlet POS system have functioned properly according to the needs of cooperatives at ITSNU Pekalongan.
