Abstract

Various Muslim scholars say that Sufism as "something by which we know the good and the bad of the soul, how to cleanse it of the blameworthy and fill it with commendable qualities, how to carry out mysticism and the journey to the pleasure of Allah and leave the prohibitions". Sufism among Muslims is seen as an element of the depth of religion in Islam which has the basic potential to restore the function of religion as a role model, the morals exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Teachings about Love, longing, a relationship with the Creator that makes humans feel close, and overcomes excessive love for the world. This article explains that Sufism is able to encourage humans to be fair to others and the environment as God teaches and wills. In this regard, Islam with a style that is dominated by Sufism or Mysticism is what preachers brought to the archipelago since tens of centuries ago, and because of that, as historians have noted, the Islamization of the archipelago in general took place peacefully, through trade, and not by military expansion

Abstract

Police are an organization that is different from the organization in general and has a goal to maintain security and order in society. This shows different organizational contexts and makes measuring OCB in these organizations different. This paper aims to analyze the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior in fulfilling the duties of the police organization to maintain security and public order. Descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach was used in this study. Literature review was conducted on articles, journals and books related to the research problem. The findings show that OCB is generally shown by the attitudes of employees who try to do more than their formal duties. Managers can then observe it from several OCB dimensions that employees may exhibit or use the same dimension to measure OCB in an employee. However, because police organizations are different from organizations in general, OCB in police organizations can be measured by four dimensions, namely organizational loyalty, service delivery, altruism, and compliance. The implication for police managers is that this can be used to develop OCB in the police force and used to assess the extent to which police officers apply OCB, including the use of discretion in providing justice in their daily duties.

Abstract

The prohibition of seclusion is an early prevention of adultery because the act of adultery basically starts from the things that lead to it. The ratification of Qanun No. 14 of 2003 concerning Seclusion at the beginning of the application of Islamic law in Aceh as a qanun in the field of jina>ya>t was not without reason, the selection of the qanun had at least two reasons. The first reason, the act of seclusion is a form of immorality (haram) in Islamic law and is very disturbing to the community but has not been handled properly. Second, the existence of euphoria within the community in the form of 'people's justice' against the types regulated in this qanun jina>ya>t, in order to avoid taking vigilantes in the midst of society, the Aceh Government ratified Qanun No. 14 of 2003 as a form of anticipation to various disturbances in Acehnese society.

Abstract

This article explains Soedjatmoko's view on the role of religion, culture and education in human development in Indonesia. The role of religion and culture and education in various changes and challenges of the times can be read from the perspective of individual personal interests and the interests of society. The problem is, in its purpose and method, the two functions are not always compatible and even contradictory. For in achieving personal perfection a religious person can focus his life and practice on a personal and direct relationship with God, and become indifferent to his society. That is why, Soedjatmoko also emphasized the importance of the social function of religion and culture to strengthen belief in relation to the development of education towards the future. In this case, religion, culture and education can mutually enrich the civilization of the Indonesian people as long as the constructive and positive values in them can be utilized for humanity, civility and mutual progress.

Abstract

On April 4, 2018 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Industry & Trade launched the 'Making Indonesia 4.0' program as a road map towards industrial competitiveness and industrial transformation. In a step to implementing Making Indonesia 4.0, the Ministry of Industry & Trade of the Republic of Indonesia also launched the Indonesia Industry 4.0 Readiness Index (INDI 4.0). Namely the Index to measure the industry's readiness to transform and a reference to access the industry's readiness to transform itself. In Indonesia, the music industry has also developed towards 4.0, which is still intended for users of music products in Indonesia, namely Karaoke Companies. Namely a company in the tourism and entertainment industry that provides space services, musical instruments and catalogs of various songs. The problem is, the quantity of playback of each song A, B and or C still cannot be controlled properly by the Government, where and only hand over control to music publishers who have licenses and permits from the Government as an institution that controls the circulation of products and works of artists, as a result there is no clear transparency regarding reporting so that the control provided is not optimal. This results in an unequal distribution of profits, so that the profits obtained are still mostly owned by some collectors who are under the auspices of music publishers and often harm the creators of works, as well as musicians, so that they do not get the royalties or remuneration that they receive. and can also harm the Government, where the Government should derive income from taxes in the music industry. However, in reality the Government does not earn significant income from taxes in the music industry because the games from several music publishers tend to play a hidden role in generating profits in the music industry, so that the supporting infrastructure in the recording process and the process of monitoring the distribution and circulation of music products is still not yet available. exist, so that the necessary control is still weak, and provides opportunities for unequal distribution of results to creators, musicians and also the Government by Collectors due to the sale of all performance rights and mechanical rights through entertainment venues and channels.Digital Music Distribution (Music Aggregator) is not transparent and tends to harm the creators of works, musicians and also the Government regarding acceptance.
