Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the variables of communication and transformational leadership alone - or jointly - can have an effect on the satisfaction of Employees in the House Detainee Class IIB Rangkasbitung and to know which variable is the most dominant influence employee job satisfaction at Home Prisoner of Class IIB Countries Rangkasbitung. The total population is 52 people and the number of samples of 50 employees Rutan Klas IIB Rangkasbitung taken at random. data method used is by using the technique of interview and also spread the questionnaire with job satisfaction variable 6 Statement, Communication 6 statement, transformational leadership 6 statement. Data analysis used is Test of Normality and multiple linear regression. The hypothetical test is performed by T Test for its own self-effect and F-Test for stimulant or joint effect treated using SPSS.The result of the research shows that transformational communication and leadership have an effect on job satisfaction of Rutan Klas IIB employee Rangkasbitung, and Transformational Leadership has a dominant influence on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The stock price is a reflection of the company's performance. Basically, investors measure the company's performance in managing its resources to generate profits. To assess company performance, investors need to analyze first before investing by using several benchmarks, namely ratios. This study aims to examine the effect of the ratio of Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio to Share Prices on food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2018 period.This research is an empirical study, where the data used in this study are secondary data. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2013 to 2018, amounting to 18 companies. the number of samples used in this study were 6 companies with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The classic assumption test in this study uses the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heterokedasticity test and the autocorrelation. Data analysis uses multiple linear analysis, autocorrelation test, F test (F test), T test (T test) and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using SPSS20 software.The results of research for Earning Per Share show a significant value of 0,000 which means there is a significant influence on the Stock Price, Debt to Equity Ratio shows a significant value of 0.201 which means no effect on the Stock Price. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 71,4% while the remaining 28,6% is influenced by other factors. From the results of the F test (F test) obtained 0,000 results which means that EPS and DER simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. This research is expected to provide useful information in making investment decisions.

Abstract

Zakat, infak and sedekah is an important instrument for building prosperity. Consumptive zakat and productive zakat is an important instrument of zakat., because it’s base distribution in Amil Zakat Institution. It’s so distribution with alm infak an alm infak not tied should do be good finances report should responsibility. Finance report at Zakat Institution is base to prospective donors see the development and distribution and they have contributed ZIS.This reseach method using kuantitatif. For find out are there positive influence at consuntive zakat, productive zakat, alm infak, and alm infak not tied to the increase in agency ZIS Amil Zakat enlisted a member in Zakat Forum (FOZ)Indonesia.To analyze the impact report on the use of consumptive zakat, productive zakat, alm infak, and alm infak not tied found to increase ZIS regression analysis multiple with Ordinary Least Squared (OLS) method. Reseach object is Amil Zakat Constitution (LAZ) in alliance Forum Zakat (FOZ) Indonesia, they are 17 institution. Research using data secondary it is get of 17 Amil Zakat Institution of finece report 2014-2015. From the result of reseach show the report on the use of consumptive zakat, productive zakat, and alm infak found have a influence on the increase in ZIS. And while report on the use of alm infak not tied found have not a positive influence on the increase in ZIS. Report on the use consumptive zakat, productive zakat, alm infak and alm infak not tied when tested at the same time has an influence on the increase ZIS. Effect level is the strongest. Effect level of 94.4 % but 5.6 % is influence other factor beyond the reseach.

Abstract

This research talk about profitability is  aimed at obtaining information related to possibility whether probality is related by current ratio,  debt to asset ratio  and debt to equity ratio. The research was conducted at the property and real astate companies at Indonesian Stock Exhange (ISE)  by using survey method with regretion applied in testing hypotesis, thirty nine datas were selected as samples by purposive sampling from forty nine. The result indicated that There is an influence between current ratio on profitability, There is an influence between debt to asset ratio on profitability, There is an influence between debt to equty ratio on profitability and There is a significant influence between current ratio, debt to asset ratio,debt to equty ratio on profitability. Therefore current ratio, debt to asset ratio,debt to equty ratio. should be put into consideration in developing profitability

Abstract

The purchase decision is one of the important things that must be considered and used as an evaluation material for the company, because the purchase decisionwill affect the level of sales which if the level of sales decreases will have an impacton the company's profit. This study aims to determine whether there is a large influence of price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee.The research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach,which explains a problem based on data in the form of numbers (statistical data). Thepopulation used in this study is consumers who have made purchases at e-commerceshopee in the Lebak Regency with a population of 2017 as many as 1,288,103, using the formula of Slovin with an error rate of 10%, the sample obtained by 100 consumers. Data collection techniques used are the list of literature reviews andonline questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis,multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test.Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression, the equation Y = 8,714+ 0,287 + 0,568 is obtained. This can be interpreted that the constant value of thevariable value of 0.8,714 states that if the value of the price and type of promotionalmedia is a constant = 0, then the constant value for the purchase decision is 8,714%and the value of the price regression coefficient that each addition of 1 score makes the purchase decision will increased by 0.287 (28,7%) and the regression coefficient value of the type of promotional media that each addition of 1 score then the purchase decision will increase by 0.568 (56,8%). Based on the Sperman rank correlation calculation shows that the price relationship to the purchase decision has a very low relationship that is equal to 0,473 and the type of media Promotion relationship to the purchase decision has a low relationship of 0.631. And based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.457. Which implies that the effect of price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions is 45,7%. While 55,3% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers. Based on the t test results obtained that t-count> t-table (0.008 <0.05) for the price and (0.001 <0.05) for the type of promotional media. And the level of significance <significant level (0,000 <0.05). So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So there is an influence between price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee

Abstract

Employee performance in a company are expected to improve good performance to realize the goals in the company. Thus for the creation of good performance there needs to be an application of attitude to employees. Discipline and motivation are needed in every employee, the implementation of tasks or activities in the company’s work cannot run well and smoothly, so that it can ultimately harm the company itself. Discipline is the attitude of willingness and willingness to meat and obey the norms that apply around it. Motivation is the desire in a person that causes the person to act. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of descipline and motivation to the of PT.INDAH KARGO MANDIRI  RangkasbitungEfforts to improveThe research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach, i.e. to explain a problem based on the data in the form of figures (statistical data). The population used in this study is that PT. INDAH KARGO MANDIRI Rangkasbitung with 117 the number of visitors, using the formula error level slovin 5% then the sampael obtained as many as 97 consumers. The technique of data collection is the observation, study of librarianship and the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, multiple coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test.Based on the research conducted, obtained test results t that brand image (X 1), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.027 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha accepted and significant value of the obtained motivation (X 2), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.000 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha is received. That means there are influences between the discipline Of PT.INDAH KARGO MANDIRI Rangkasbitung  and there is the influence between motivation Of PT.INDAH KARGO MANDIRI Rangkasbitung. As well as the results of hypothesis testing the F value obtained significant i.e. 0.000 value smaller than 0.05 significant level. Or F-count is greater than the F-table (0, 11.534 > 0, 3.94). Then it can be inferred that the brand image and product quality influence on purchasing decisions simultaneously.
