Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of the Ministry of Religion Employees of the Banten Provincial office. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study was 130 employees. Samples were taken by random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion in the Banten Regional office.

Abstract

To improve the performance of cadets, no less importantly, the discipline of the cadets themselves. Discipline affect academic achievement as the essence of discipline is the attitude and actions to adjust to the discipline or organization in this school/college. Realization of discipline will affect the implementation of all learning activities is expected. The population in this study were all cadets in the Diploma Program D III LLASDP. Sampling technique using a random sampling. There motivation Relationships with Youth Achievement, because the t value significant There is no relationship Discipline with Youth Achievement because t values significant. There Relations Internal Communication with Youth Achievement, because the t value significant. After looking at the relationship of each variable the achievement Youth Diploma motivated by the Internal Motivation and Communication awarded to cadets that factor increasing the Academic Achievement School need to increase the factors of all variables.

Abstract

The rise and fall of stock prices in the capital market is an interesting phenomenon to discuss regarding the issue of the ups and downs of the value of the company itself. One of the fluctuations in stock prices occurs in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI). The purpose of this descriptive study is to make descriptive, systematic, factual and accurate descriptions or paintings of the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 as many as 43 companies. The sample used is as many as 10 companies, where the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of statistical calculations and data analysis that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that, there is an effect of Price Earning Ratio on stock prices. An increase in Price Earning Ratio will affect an increase in stock prices. There is an effect of net income on share prices. An increase in net income will affect an increase in share prices. There is an effect of Price Earning Ratio and net income together on stock prices. An increase in Price Earning Ratio and net income will affect the increase in stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital (VACA), (VAHU), (STVA) on Financial Performance (ROA) and (ROE) in Banking Sector Companies in LQ-45 Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2018 Period . The method used is a quantitative method, samples taken using the saturated sample method of 5 banking sector companies in LQ-45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2018. Testing statistics using the SPSS V.20 application program.The partial test shows that VACA has no effect on (ROA) with a tcount <ttable (1.028 <2.042) with a significant value ≤ 0.05. VACA on ROE has no effect. While VAHU and STVA significantly influence ROA with tcount> ttable (2,943> 2,042) for VAHU value and (2,543> 2,042) for STVA value. Whereas VAHU and STVA have absolutely no effect on ROE.It can be concluded that VACA has no effect on ROA, while VAHU and STVA partially significantly influence ROA. While neither VACA, VAHU and STVA have no effect on ROE in the banking sector companies in LQ-45 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2012-2018 period.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to the possibility of whether job performance is influenced by motivation and job satisfaction. Using the causal study through a survey at the Secretariat of the Lebak Regency DPRD, Indonesia, for a sample of 69 employees, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out the questionnaire. Pathway techniques are applied to analyze data previously treated with regressive correlations and procedures. The results prove that employee performance is directly affected by work motivation and job satisfaction. The findings show that variations in job performance have been influenced by work motivation and job satisfaction in organizations. This further implies the need to consider the variables of job performance, work motivation, and job satisfaction in the strategic planning of human resource development in the Lebak Regency DPRD Secretariat under studied.

Abstract

The level of commitment, both the company's commitment to employees, and between employees to the company is needed, because through these commitments a professional working climate will be created. This study uses a quantitative associative survey research method using regression analysis techniques. The population taken is employees with the status of having worked for more than three years without including employees of contract labor and voluntary labor. The population taken is 92 of the total number of existing employees as many as 162 employees. From the results of calculations using the formula above obtained a sample of 75 employees of Bank BNI Serang-Banten Branch Office. Based on the results of statistical calculations and data analysis that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that, there is an influence between leadership on organizational commitment. An increase in leadership will increase organizational commitment. There is an influence between managerial ability on organizational commitment. Increasing managerial abilities will increase organizational commitment. There is an influence between leadership and managerial abilities on organizational commitment. An increase in leadership and managerial abilities will increase organizational commitment.
