Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether design, quality and service had an effect on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. In this study the methods used are quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The technique of sampling this study was used by accidental sampling. To facilitate the measurement of scores from the questionnaire so that the calculation is correct, then each item is given a score based on the Likert scale. From the multiple linear regression equation it was found that design (X1), quality (X2), and service (X3) had a positive influence on consumer decisions so that buying a Mitsubishi car at PT. Ocean of Berlian Utama Motor Bengkulu.

Abstract

Financial reports are important for investors as decision makers to invest their capital in certain issuers, announcements of financial statements can be good news or bad news for investors, so that at the time the financial statements of investors will react to stock prices which can ultimately affect stock returns that will received. This study aims to see differences in stock returns before and after the financial statements are announced, and to see whether the announcement of financial statements affect stock returns on companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted by looking at changes in the average return of shares before and after the financial statements were announced. By using the purposive sampling method, a sample of 10 companies were selected on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The observation period is carried out for 15 days, which is 7 days before the announcement of the financial statements, when the financial statements are announced and 7 days after the announcement of financial statements as of December 31, 2008 and 2009. In 2008 at the beginning of the observation (stock returns tend to be negative towards the announcement date financial reports there is a positive change because the information received by investors is good news as they expected, whereas in 2009 the initial observation of stock returns tended to be positive changes towards the negative approached the announcement of financial statements and returned to positive again after the announcement of financial statements this is because the information obtained by investors is not as good as expected. From the results of the study it can be seen that the announcement of financial statements is considered good news by investors so that it has a positive effect on stock returns, using tables and graphs. see changes in stock returns before and after the financial statements are announced, that is, after the financial statements are announced, stock returns tend to increase more than before the financial statements were announced

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and measure the variable quality of service (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) significantly influence customer satisfaction PT. Pelindo II Cab. Bengkulu. The method of data collection is carried out by observation and questionnaire methods. The results showed the dimensions of Tangible service quality (X1), Reability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5), together had a positive effect. Regression equation Y = 4.721 + 0.207 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.182 X3 + 0.350 X4 - 0.394 X5. F test amounted to 27,221 while F table 2,31, means F-count> F-table (27,221> 2,31). The results show the quality of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy services together have a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. The t test is known to show the Tangibles Variable t count of 3.384. This value is greater than t table (3,384> 1,986). Reliability Variables t count at 3.058 this value is greater than t table (3.058> 1.986). The Responsiveness variable t counts for 1,992 this value is greater than t table (1992> 1,986). Variable Assurance t count at 6,576, this value is greater than t table (6,576> 1,986). Empathy variable has a value of t count of -7,259. This value is greater than t table (-7.259 <1,986)

Abstract

Production capacity planning with a marginal cost approach and marginal sales proceeds to get the maximum profit at Bengkulu's "SBR" factory. This study aims to find out what the marginal production capacity planning will be produced with the marginal cost approach at Bengkulu's "SBR" plant. This research method is to establish a direct relationship with the tuhu factory "SBR" Bengkulu. The method of analysis is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The variables analyzed in this study are capacity planning and marginal cost. The calculation results are known that the factory knows "SBR" produces marginal production of 120 packs, with the minimum marginal cost of Rp 156.25 occurring in the third quarter of 2012. When compared with production knew that in the fourth quarter of 2012, the factory knew that Bengkulu's "SBR" had a marginal production of 80 packs with a marginal cost of Rp. 2000, so it would be more profitable when marginal production was 120 packs. These results can be concluded that production capacity planning with a marginal cost approach will benefit the factory knowing "SBR" Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the incentives, compensation and rewards on the performance of employees of PT. BRI Persero Tbk Bengkulu Branch Office. Data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression, with Incentives as Free Variable (X1), Compensation as Free Variable (X2), Reward as Free Variable (X3) and Employee Performance as dependent variable (Y). that there is a positive influence between the four variables. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.760 and the coefficient of determination Adjusted R square of 0.549 shows the influence of incentives, compensation, and rewards on Employee Performance is very strong.
