Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Administrasi Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Primer dengan Sampel sebanyak 40 Orang Responden. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Systematic rendom sampling. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Regresi dan Korelasi Berganda. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan Uji F, dengan α = 0,05Berdasarkan Persamaan Regresi Y = -1,872+ 0,463 X1 + 0, 484 X2 + 0, 221 X3, beserta Koefisien korelasi parsial Disiplin Kerja (r1.y =0,542), Motivasi Kerja (r2.y =0,670) dan Etos Kerja (r3.y = 0,275) serta Korelasi Simultan (R=0,927) baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, berpengaruh secara significant terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Administrasi Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu. Oleh karena itu sebaiknya pimpinan Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu selalu memberikan perhatian dan pembinaan terhadap Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Etos Kerja Pegawai Administrasi Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu.

Abstract

Research at the Muara Bangkahulu Sub-District Office with a sample of 25 employees, as the problem studied: how much influence work attitude, team work and locus of control have on employee work performance at the Muara Bangkahulu Sub-District Office. Work attitude is a behavior that distinguishes someone from others in carrying out work. Then the team work group of employees who work together to work together to complete the work that must be completed by an organization. Whereas Locus of control is an awareness of an employee is an employee's confidence that they are in control of the work they do. These three variables influence employee performance. Job performance itself is interpreted as the best work contributed by employees. Based on the results of the analysis obtained multiple correlation values ​​of 0.667 with termination of 0.464 indicates that the correlation of these variables is strong. The regression equation Y = 1.018 + 0.222 X1 +0, 391 X2 + 0.260 X3, this indicates that the influence of each independent variable on the large devendent variables. Partial test results (t test) and simultaneously (f test) indicate a significant influence on work attitude, team work and locus of control on employee performance.

Abstract

Sifat penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory risearach, yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel soft skill (X1) dan locus of control (X2) dengan kesiapan fresh graduate dalam era industri 4.0 (Y) dan menguji hipotesa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada reponden kemudian diolah kedalam analisa statistik. Hasi analisis diperoleh (1) variabel soft skill (X1) dan Locus Of Control Internal (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan fresh graduate dalam era industri 4.0 (Y). Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh regrasi berganda, korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f. (2) Variabel soft skill memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Locus Of Control Internal dalam menumbuhkan kesiapan menghadapi era industri 4.0 bagi lulusan prodi manajemen Unihaz Bengkulu yang menyelesaikan masa studinya.. Sebagai saran, mahasiswa diberikan pasilitas dan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan soft skill seperti mengikuti organisasi kemahasiswaan, organisasi kerohanian dan mengikuti lomba-lomba untuk pengembangan diri. Disamping itu perlu ditumbuh dan kembangkan rasa percaya diri agar lulusan yang baru menyelesaikan studi tetap optimis dalam menatap masa depan dalam era industri 4.0

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the incentives, compensation and rewards on the performance of employees of PT. BRI Persero Tbk Bengkulu Branch Office. Data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression, with Incentives as Free Variable (X1), Compensation as Free Variable (X2), Reward as Free Variable (X3) and Employee Performance as dependent variable (Y). that there is a positive influence between the four variables. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.760 and the coefficient of determination Adjusted R square of 0.549 shows the influence of incentives, compensation, and rewards on Employee Performance is very strong.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bersifat eksplanatory risearach, karena melihat hubungan variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan(X1) dan locus of control (X2) dengan motivasi berwirausaha (Y) serta pengujian hipotesa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kerpada responden kemudian diolah kedalam analisa statistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan (X1) dan Locus Of Control Internal (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berwirausaha (Y) lulusan prodi manajemen Unihaz Bengkulu. Informasi ini dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi, korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f. (2) Variabel Locus Of Control Internal memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengetahuan kewirausaan dalam menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha bagi lulusan prodi manajemen Unihaz Bengkulu. Sebagai saran, kedepan perlu inovasi-inovasi baru dalam penyampaian mata kuliah kewirausahaan, guna meningkatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan kepada mahasiswa sebagai bekal mereka setelah menjadi sarjana. Perlu ditumbuh dan kembangkan rasa percaya diri dan keyakinan bahwa dengan berwirausaha kepada mahasiswa mereka mempunyai peluang suskes yang sangat besar.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a solution to reduce poverty in Bengkulu City through the role of the millennial generation in development of creative industry. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that directly points to the potential of the millennial generation in developing creative industries. The data sources of this research consisted of secondary data and primary data. Secondary data were obtained from agencies or institutions, both formal and informal. While the primary data is obtained from Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach with observation data collection techniques, interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) and brainstorming. The results showed that the role of the millennial generation in developing creative industries such as product development, prices, places, promotions and resources has the potential to rapidly grow and develop as an effort to reduce poverty in Bengkulu City. This study is expected to become a reference for the government in overcoming poverty in Bengkulu City and making the creative industry a leading sector in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Bengkulu, a rapidly developing tourism destination in Indonesia, presents a unique context for understanding tourist behavior. This study investigates the influence of satisfaction, trust, and price on tourist visit behavior in Bengkulu. Using a sample of 340 tourists and employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the study tests the relationship between these variables. Results indicate that both satisfaction and trust have a significant positive impact on visit behavior. However, the price does not significantly influence visit behavior. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing tourist satisfaction and building trust to improve visit behavior in Bengkulu. The findings also suggest that price, in this particular context, might not be a crucial determinant for tourists' decisions to visit. This study contributes to the literature on tourist behavior and provides practical implications for destination marketing in Bengkulu and similar emerging tourist destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Work Environment (X1) Work Culture (X2) and Career Development (X3) have on Employee Performance (Y) Hotel Kurnia Bengkulu Utara. By using the Likert scale method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory research". The population of this study were all employees of Hotel Krunia Bengkulu Utara, 30 samples using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this research uses SPSS 22. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) "Work Environment (X1) has a significantly positive effect on Employee Performance Satisfaction (Y). (2) Work Culture (X2) has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance (Y). (3) Career Development (X3) has no significant negative effect on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

Maksud penelitian ialah menentukan pengaruh iklim organisasi stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada kinerja para pekerja Hotel Mercure Bengkulu. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian termasuk 146 karyawan Hotel Mercure Bengkulu. Seleksi sampel dilakukan secara purposive, dan terpilih 45 pekerja tetap sebagai sampel penelitian. Digunakanlah teknik observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan analisis regresi linier berganda uji hipotesis klasik uji t uji F korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi juga digunakan teknik yang digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan organisasi (X1) memengaruhi kinerja karyawan (Y) di Hotel Mercure Bengkulu. Kinerja karyawan di Hotel Mercure Bengkulu secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh (2) stres kerja (X2) dan (3) komitmen organisasi (X3). Hotel Mercure Bengkulu, (4) Kinerja karyawan (Y) secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi (X1) stres kerja (X2) dan komitmen organisasi (X3).
