Abstract

Many events can be recorded or immortalized as a reminder, the current image is the need of many users, users often distort the quality of the image so that the object in the image looks unclear so that a lot of information from the image becomes less clear to see. Image with unclear sharpness becomes less clear, the presence of image sharpening will make the image quality better. Image enhancement is a good step to produce high quality images, high pass filters and sharpening the right finish to produce sharp and quality images. Increasing the exposure in the image makes the image brighter and of higher quality.

Abstract

Jasa transportasi dan pelayanan penjualan tiket pesawat pada seluruh maskapai penerbangan secara keseluruhan telah menggunakan sistem informasi sebagai sarana promosi brand perusahaan dan telah memperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan yaitu tingkat penjualan tiket yang semakin meningkat setiap bulannya. Namun sistem informasi tersebut hanya sebatas promosi penjualan tiket pesawat, sedangkan untuk pembuatan laporan penjualan tiket pesawat masih menggunakan cara manual, hal ini menyebabkan penumpukan kertas, sehingga sangat sulit untuk mencari dokumen yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan tiket pesawat pada PT. Pesona Hari Libur Sumatera dengan memanfaatkan metode prototype menggunakan bahasa program visual studio 2015 yang dilengkapi dengan database SQL Server 2008.

Abstract

Keamanan adalah aspek paling kritis dari sebuah jaringan komputer—baik dalam jaringan yang bersifat lokal maupun tidak. Masalah utama yang sering dijumpai pada jaringan komputer antara lain perusakan perangkat sistem, akses informasi, perubahan pengetahuan, dan penghapusan data oleh orang yang tidak berhak atas informasi tersebut. Perkembangan teknologi, untuk saat ini hampir semua instansi telah menggunakan jaringan komputer seperti WAN, dimana fungsinya dapat menghubungkan jaringan LAN dalam wilayah geografis yang luas serta dapat melakukan pertukaran paket data dan frame antara router dan switch. Model protokol AAA (Otentikasi, Otorisasi, Akuntansi) dapat digunakan satu per satu atau digabungkan sesuai kebutuhan. Menggunakan model jaringan ini akan jauh lebih aman daripada hanya menggunakan satu proses keamanan.

Abstract

One of the causes of the increase in Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is the decrease factor in exclusive breastfeeding to infants. Based on the Statistics Center (BPS) in 2016 covering 49.51% of infants in Indonesia who received exclusive breastfeeding less than 6 months. In this case, multimedia technology can be used to support government programs in Increasing Exclusive ASI Coverage Rates for Indonesian children in accordance with Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012. So, the researchers conducted research using computer-based multimedia learning assistance (CAL) technology to help support the health of several posyandu, puskesmas, and mother and child clinics in promoting exclusive breastfeeding through the Acupressure Technique which can be accessed through the release of the hormone prolactin and the hormone oxytocin in drinking mothers.

Abstract

Ektaco Sumber Foto is a company engaged in photo printing and is one of the largest photo labs in, which serves and facilitates photography needs for photographers. Ektaco Sumber Foto serves every day and facilitates the needs of photographers such as photo printing, frames, exclusive albums and press albums. The world of photographers is experiencing very rapid development from the film era to the digital era, which makes consumers changing modernize photographer prints with certain and sizes and combine them with photo frames. Forecasting is forecasting something that hasn't happened yet. This research was conducted with quantitative forecasting methods. The Box-Jenkins Periodic Series (ARIMA) method is a forecasting method that involves statistical analysis of past data. This ARIMA completely ignores the independent variables because this model uses the present values ​​and past values ​​of the independent variables to produce accurate short-term predictions or forecasts. Forecasting is important for every business organization and for every management decision making that is very significant. Forecasting is the basis for a company's long-term planning. The accuracy of the results of business forecasting will increase opportunities for achieving profitable investments in the company.

Abstract

Decision Support System is an interactive computer-based system that helps decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems. Basically, DSS is designed to support all stages of decision making, from identifying problems, selecting relevant data, determining the approach used in the decision-making process, to evaluating the selection. AHP is a decision support model developed by Thomas L. Saaty. This decision support model will describe complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy, the hierarchy is defined as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is the goal, followed by the level of factors, criteria, sub criteria, and so on down to the last level of alternatives. With a hierarchy, a complex problem can be broken down into groups which are then arranged into a hierarchical form so that the problem will appear more structured and systematic. In order to compete with several similar companies, PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya must be able to provide optimal service not only for consumers, but also for staff and employees in order to work optimally. To be able to answer these challenges, the technology used must be able to balance the need for it. Because this company is engaged in retail, problems will arise either in the store, in the warehouse or in the system used. With a hierarchy, a complex problem can be broken down into groups which are then arranged into a hierarchical form so that the problem will appear more structured and systematic.

Abstract

The development of information technology today requires fast and accurate information in its implementation. The appointment of employees who perform well with the support of a decision support system is one of the implementations of the development of information technology. Research that uses the AHP method in this decision support system produces an application for an appointment decision support system that can be used in companies. The criteria used in the decision support system for the appointment of employees are: Quality of work of employees. The results of this study are to produce a ranking order of prospective employees who have good performance who have been selected, and the output of the application can assist decision makers in choosing alternative employee appointments. The application in this research is implemented using the VB programming language. NET 2008 and databases using Mysql. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method used in the design of a decision support system. The concept used by the AHP method is to change the value of a qualitative Decision Support System into a quantitative value. So that the decisions taken can be more objective. By using this Analytical Hierarchy Process, it is hoped that the employee appointment process will be more effective and efficient so that the company's leaders quickly get the value of employees who will be appointed as permanent employees to get the expected results.

Abstract

The use of a Decision Support System (DSS) can assist a person in making accurate and targeted decisions. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is to analyze the recipients of the foundation's annual period of compensation. The method that can be used for this Decision Support System is to use Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In determining the recipient of foundation compensation, there are many criteria that must be possessed by individuals as a condition for obtaining foundation compensation. Foundations must have criteria to determine who will be selected to receive foundation compensation for the annual period with the aim of helping someone who is underprivileged or excels during their studies. In this study, a case will be raised, namely looking for the best alternative based on the criteria determined by the foundation using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the right student to receive foundation compensation.

Abstract

In every event such as the National Sports Week (PON), Regional Sports Week (PORDA), and other sports activities, the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of North Sumatra, always evaluates the results of the athlete's training, to determine which athletes are eligible. ready to take part in these activities or as a basis for recommendations for athlete participation. Furthermore, to determine the final result of the athlete's recommendation so far, it has also been done by counting manually through several stages and not everyone or the coach understands it, and sometimes there are errors in the process. Fuzzy logic is a set theory that can help in resolving the uncertainty of the boundary between one criterion and another that is generated by a cumulative human assessment of something. This theory can be used to help solve the problem of assessing the physical quality of athletes. One solution that can be done to overcome dependence on experts and the uncertainty of the boundary between one criterion and another is using fuzzy logic which is applied in the form of a visual program that can be used in determining the physical quality of athletes. To process physical test data into athlete recommendation data based on their physical quality, a decision support system is needed. namely using fuzzy logic which is applied in the form of a visual program that can be used in determining the physical quality of athletes.

Decision support system is part of a computer-based information system that can be used to support decision making in an organization or company. Decision support systems can be generated using several methods, one of which is the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method. Composite Performance Index is a composite Index that can be used to determine the determination or ranking of various alternatives based on several criteria. Intra-School Student Organizations (OSIS) have a special function in preparing students to implement management systems and leadership.In determining the student council chairman has criteria, such as intelligence, behavior,craftsmanship, and neatness, which usually the school still records manually so that it is considered less effective.
