Abstract

Decision support system is part of a computer-based information system that is commonly used to support decision making in an organization or company. Decision support systems can be generated using several methods, one of which is the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method. Composite Performance Index is a composite index that can be used to determine the determination or ranking of various alternatives based on several criteria. By using this Composite Performance Index, it is hoped that the process of admitting new students is more effective and efficient so that students quickly get information about whether or not the prospective student is accepted and the results are in accordance with the expected results.

Abstract

Wrong One role of SPK in the field of education is in the decision-making process for the selection of majors in high school, which in nature can assist decision makers in providing alternative decisions for appropriate majors for students, where the results of the decisions can be used as material to assist teachers and students in making decisions. Most students only follow friends to follow friends to choose a major so that it allows students to feel unsuitable after entering the major. Therefore we need a decision support system that can calculate the value, ability and personality of students to help determine majors in high school. Smart is a multi-criteria decision-making method developed by Edward in 1977. This multi-criteria decision-making technique is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other criteria. The author uses this method to make it easier to determine the right major, according to the desired criteria. This problem can be classified into problems that are multi-objective (many goals to be achieved) and multi-criteria (many criteria that determine in reaching the decision). Abstract

In the selection of the best school for prospective students / students or who will continue their education. Many criteria that must be seen from the number of schools in the city of Medan, which is one of the factors determining the quality of the school. Because it only uses the help of newspaper media and brochures, many prospective students are confused or hesitant in determining which school they want to enter. Many schools are often not in accordance with the information in the newspaper media and brochures, this can certainly harm prospective students / students who want to enter the school. Thus many prospective students / students or guardians of students / students feel doubtful in determining which school to choose. Based on previous research on the selection of the best schools in the journal. The support system of decision determination of the favorite school of the private junior high school level using the analitycal hierarchy process method. The existence of a decision support system that is able to provide problem solving to make it easier for prospective students / students in determining the best school so that there is no confusion or doubt in determining the best school. The Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can test the consistency of assumptions against an alternative in the determination of the best schools, Applications that use the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on WEB is one application that can help in determining the selection of the best school, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a functional hierarchy with its name input in the form of human perception.

Abstract

Information system is a very important thing in making a decision. Because the information system has a very high value, so that decisions are taken more quickly and accurately, it must be supported by relevant and accurate data capable of being used by each party in supporting the progress of the organization or company in achieving goals in making good decisions, for this reason members the title "implementation of the decision holder system for determining legislative candidates using the Simple Additive Waighting (SAW) method". Many agencies use computers as a tool to further improve the quality for the agency. By using a computer, the data processing process is carried out quickly and accurately so as to produce data in the form of information, one of which is information on determining legislative candidates for North Sumatra, Medan. The purpose of this system is to make it easier to get information about legislative candidates quickly and accurately. Thus, from the results of the system, it will facilitate the work process of employees in the North Sumatra Medan Democratic Party because the information on determining the required legislative candidates will be processed more quickly.

Abstract

The world of education is currently also growing rapidly, with many schools that offer various majors, each of which has its advantages, so that people are also free to choose according to their interests. This makes schools must also have a good system to be able to direct the community to choices according to their abilities. A decision support system (Desicion Support System) can help provide various alternatives that can be taken in the decision-making process. There are many methods that can be used by decision makers to help find the optimal solution or alternative for a problem.The Decision Support System for Determining Majors serves to help schools make the right decisions using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The main function of this software is to process data on the selection of high school students majors. This software is implemented using the web, and for the database using Mysql.

Abstract

Therefore, it is essential to develop an information system that can accurately and swiftly communicate the presence of lecturers. The information system that the author offers is an SMS getaway-based information system that can assist in informing pupils. The information system developed is intended to increase the quality of the information provided to students by STMIK LOGIKA and to make it simpler for students to learn about the presence of lecturers.

Abstract

Pergudangan merupakan bagian dari sebuah sistem logistik perusahaan untuk menyimpan produk perusahaan, serta menyediakan informasi bagi manajemen mengenai status, kondisi, serta produk yang disimpan dalam gudang. Pada saat ini sistem pergudangan TI Terminal Petikemas Belawan terdapat kendala yang dihadapi antara lain adalah catatan stok gudang yang rentan hilang, keterlambatan dalam melakukan pencatatan stok gudang. Maka perlu aplikasi yang dapat mewujudkan integrasi data, mampu menyimpan data dan efisiensi proses administrasi dan dokumentasi pergudangan. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis sistem untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dari sistem, Perancangan sistem informasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek dan menggunakan bahasa Java. Pada tahap perancangan database menggunakan pendekatan Relational Database Management System, sehingga perlu dilakukan penyesuaian dari pendekatan berorientasi objek ke pendekatan relasional, kemudian melakukan perancangan user interface.untuk mendapatkan perancangan sistem informasi pergudangan yang menghasilkan input dan output yang sesuai dengan kinerja pada gudang, dengan begitu diperoleh hasil bahwa aplikasi berfungsi dengaan baik.

The tourist attraction is something that everyone likes, because it offers beauty and happiness for anyone who will visit it, a tourist attraction that can be developed properly will certainly increase income very high. West Sumatra is one of the provinces that has various tourist attractions that can be visited, but due to a lack of information and the absence of instructions that can explain in detail where the position of the tourist attractions are located, therefore tourist attractions in West Sumatra are only partially visited by visitors. Abstract

Algoritma Kohonen pada Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Backpropagation dalam pengenalan pola penyakit paru dalam mempercepat proses pembelajaran (training) yang signifikan dan klasifikasi yang akurat dalam mengenali pola suatu penyakit. Algoritma Backpropagation merupakan salah satu algoritma pembelajaran supervised learning, yaitu pembelajaran yang membutuhkan pengawasan dalam proses pembelajarannya. Pada supervised learning terdapat pasangan data input dan output yang dipakai untuk melatih Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan hingga diperoleh bobot penimbang (weight) yang diinginkan. Dalam penelitian ini, dalam pengenalan pola penyakit paru yaitu: Pneumonia dan TBC Paru-paru. Penulis menggunakan 2 data input yang sama dan data yang satu dilatih menggunakan algoritma backpropagation dimana pembobotannya secara random dan data yang kedua dilatih menggunakan algoritma backpropagation tapi pembobotannya menggunakan algoritma Kohonen. Dari hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, dengan pembobotan menggunakan kohonen dan dilatih dengan algoritma backpropagation ternyata dapat mempercepat proses pembelajaran (training) dalam mengenali suatu pola penyakit paru.

Abstract

Di zaman modern saat ini akses informasi untuk segala bidang baik dunia pendidikan sampai dunia bisnis menentukan kemajuan suatu bidang. Dengan diterapkan teknologi informasi sangat mempermudah dan memberikan manfaat besar bagi pengguna untuk mengaksesnya. Akan tetapi saat ini penggunaan tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara efektif mungkin pada Kantor Bea Cukai Belawan. Di kantor Bea Cukai Belawan masih menggunakan manual dalam kegiatan pengajuan berkas dan masih menggunakan metode interaksi secara langsung dengan pegawai yang mana pengguna jasa harus datang ke Kantor Bea Cukai untuk memberikan berkas pengajuan. Cara ini dianggap kurang efisien dan efektik dalam penggunaan waktu. Maka tujuan dari penelitian tugas hari ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Bea Cukai (Aplikasi Sibela) dalam Pengajuan Berkas menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL dengan web server Apache dan menggunakan aplikasi kode editor sublime text untuk membantu penulis mengerjakan pekerjaan lebih cepat dan mudah. Pokok utama dari aplikasi sibela berbasis web ini untuk mengelola data yang lengkap mengenai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Tipe Madya Pabean Belawan. Dengan ada nya aplikasi sibela berbasis web tersebut, pengguna jasa dapat melihat semua informasi dan memberikan pengajuan berkas pelayanan
