Abstract

Aiming to the complexity of vibration fault cause, the great many of fault parameters in hydroelectric generating set, and the superiority of grey relation analysis for its no strict requirement to fault sample capacity and regularity, the weighted grey relation model is built to look for the vibration fault type. The fuzzy matrix's transformation arithmetic is used to obtain the weight vectors of the grey relation coefficient, thus the weighted coefficient is the weighted grey relation model. The relation coefficient between reference sequence and compare sequence in vibration fault sample is provided by synthetic arithmetic of fuzzy weight to diagnose the vibration fault type. The grey relation coefficient weighted by fuzzy synthetic arithmetic, which is not only made the established weight be a scientific basis, but also can “sensitive” highlight the vibration fault type of hydroelectric generating set. Thus the problem of looking for every fault types is better resolved. By analyzing the practical example, it proved that the weighted grey relation model in the paper can effectively diagnose the vibration fault type of hydroelectric generating set and it has definite applicability.

Abstract

Using statistical analysis strategy, a large-scale firewall log files is analyzed and two main characteristics, the protocol field and the IP address field, is extracted in this paper. Based on the extracted features and the characteristics of multi-tree and dual-index strategy, we design a better firewall optimization algorithm. Compared with the Stochastic Distribution Multibit-trie (SDMTrie) algorithm, our proposed algorithm can greatly decrease the preprocessing time and improve the searching and filtering process. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i5.2465

Abstract

An ultra thin flexible octagonal metamaterial absorber on 0.13 mm fastFilm D27 material has been presented in this paper. CST microwave studio was used in designing and simulating the octagonal metamaterial absorber. The flexible octagonal metamaterial absorber was resonated at 10 GHz with highly perfect absorbance of 99.98%. However, Full Width Half Maximum (FWHM) of the absorbance was relatively small 135 MHz affected from the ultra thin substrate used. By using triangular lattice arrangement of the unit cell, the FWHM could be increased to 171 MHz. Besides that, combination of resonating frequencies technique also had increased the FWHM more than 74% increment from basic unit cell with one resonance frequency. The flexibleness of the metamaterial absorber could increase the functionality of the metamaterial absorber to be used in any application especially in reducing radar cross section for stealth application.

Abstract

The interline power flow control (IPFC) is the flexible AC transmission system controller (FACTS) came into accountability to control the flow of power in multiple line transmission system. The following paper demonstrates the IPFC modelling using Matlab Simulink. Power flow calculations has been made using Gauss-Seidel Method. Optimization of power in terms of real and reactive power flow is achieved by comparing the actual calculated term and the predicted value.

Abstract

Has been research a band pass filter with a steep slope the working frequency 308MHz with 4 MHz bandwidth used in navigation radar system. To overcome this, the design is done by using two filters are combined. Merger This filter consists of a single filter consisting of a low pass filter with a cutoff frequency that works at a frequency of 310 MHz, and a high pass filter with a cutoff frequency that works at a frequency of 306 MHz Type filter is used to generate the elliptic filter steepness better by ignoring the ripple in the pass band for narrow bandwidth. For a low pass filter, stop band width (Fs) approximately 20% of the cutoff frequency occurs at a frequency of 372 MHz, with stop band depth (As) of about -55 dB As for the high pass filter, stop band width (Fs) approximately 20% of the cutoff frequency that occurred at a frequency of 244.8 MHz, with stop band depth (As) of about -55 dB. The output filter is used as a clock on direct insert digital synthesizer (DDS). Using the components of surface mount technology (SMT), then the resulting circuit with its small dimensions, compact and has a high Q. Elsie used in the simulation stage software version 2.72, the manufacturing process using protel 99SE, and the stage of measurement using a vector network analyzer (VNA) Advantest R3770 type.

Abstract

The neural network control model of automobile automatic transmission has been developed, which make the optimum shift decision based on the vehicle velocity, the vehicle acceleration and the throttle opening. The MAX-MIN ant syste (MMAS) is introduced to train the neural network weights and thresholds. The basic theory and steps of MMAS algorithm are given, and applied in the automatic transmission shift control. Experimental results show that the automatic transmission shift control system based on MMAS, comparing to the system based on ACO-BP, has better capability of gear recognition, and can make shift decision promptly and effectively. Abstract

In the age of big data, information mining technology has undergone tremendous change; traditional forecasting mining technology has not been able to solve the information mining problems under a large scale of data. this paper put forward a modeling mechanism of information analysis and mining under the age of big data, the modeling mechanism is, first, construct the model of task decomposition of information by MapReduce tool, then, make data preprocessing and mining operation according to the single task data sheet, use mathematical model, artificial intelligence and other methods to construct the new ideas of information analysis and data mining under the age of big data, finally, a case study presented to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of our approach. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i9.3278

Abstract

This research presents the improved performance of mobile wireless communication channel is based on non-line of sight because the mobile propagation channel is very hard to work with direct path between the transmitter and mobile receiver because of city-based area has objects such as rise building, trees, surround structures, and other objects. The mobile wireless spread radio channels have radio propagation mechanisms as a reflection, diffraction, and scattering effect on radio signal as lessening, and distortion or spread time. The most important thing to make real is that the wireless channel is a multipath radio channel. Multipath copies of the same signal with distinct amplitudes, stages and delay times for all multipaths between the transmitter and the receiver. The multipath fading is defined by its impulse response, which includes the facts about the relative time of the recipient's arrival of various indices of multipath additives. The impulse response expresses great characteristics in the time domain such the large bandwidth frequencies and the amplitude output only the value impulse response δ(t) equal to one when the value of time t=0, otherwise,  the value impulse response δ(t) equal to zero in all values of the time. Over a time period reaction, the cellular radio channel could be designed as a linear filter with various impulses.

Abstract

In order to solve the self-occlusion problem in plane-based multi-camera calibration system and expand the measurement range, a tri-camera vision system based on binocular calibration is proposed. The three cameras are grouped into two pairs, while the public camera is taken as the reference to build the global coordinate. By calibration of the measured absolute distance and the true absolute distance, global calibration is realized. The MRE (mean relative error) of the global calibration of the two camera pairs in the experiments can be as low as 0.277% and 0.328% respectively. Experiment results show that this method is feasible, simple and effective, and has high precision. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v10i6.1417
