This paper introduces an algorithm to solve the closest pair of points problem in a 2D plane based on dynamic warping. The algorithm computes all the distances between the set of points P(x, y) and a reference point R(i, j), records all the result in a grid and finally determines the minimum distance using schematic steps. Results show that the algorithm of finding the closest pair of points has achieved less number of comparisons in determining the closest pair of points compared with the brute force and divide-and-conquer methods of the closest pair of points.

In order to improve the validity of electronic equipment condition monitoring, overcome the shortage of normal KPCA (Kernel Principal Component Analysis) and SVDD (Support Vector Data Description) monitoring model, a method on electronic equipment condition monitoring based on KPCA-EDA (KPCA- Estimation of Distribution Algorithm ) and MMSH-SVDD (Maximal Margin Separating Hypersphere SVDD Mode ) is put forward. Firstly, the feature of original monitoring data is extracted by KPCA-EDA algorithm, and a group of features with enough state identifying information are obtained; then the MMSH-SVDD model is trained by the normal state and a little bit of fault state features, and the unknown state feature is applied to the trained model; Finally, a filter circuit is taken as an example in simulations, the result shows that this method is the effective method improve the performance of electronic equipment condition monitoring. This paper presents a generic model of a fully FPGA-based direct torque controller. This model is developed using two’s-complement fixed-point format approaches, in register-transfer-level (RTL) VHDL abstraction for minimizing calculation errors and consuming hardware resource usage. Therefore, the model is universal and can be implemented for all FPGA types. The model is prepared for fast computation, without using of CORDIC algorithm, a soft-core CPU, a transformation from Cartesian-to-polar coordinates, and without the help of third-party applications. To get simpler implementation and fast computation, several methods were introduced: i) the backward-Euler approach to calculate the discrete-integration operation of stator flux, ii) the modified non-restoring method to calculate complicated square-root operation of stator flux, iii) a new sector analysis method. The design, which was coded in synthesizable VHDL in RTL abstraction for implementation on Altera DE2-board has produced very-precise calculations, with minimal error when being compared to MATLAB/Simulink double-precision calculation. ZigBee is an IEEE 802.15.4 standard for information interchanges with business and purchaser gadgets. It is composed around low-control utilization permitting batteries to keep going forever. The ZigBee standard gives system, security, and application bolster administrations working on top of the IEEE 802.15.4 Medium Access Control (MAC) and Physical Layer (PHY) remote standard. It utilizes a suite of innovations to empower adaptable, self-arranging, self-mending systems that can oversee different information movement designs. ZigBee is an ease, low-control, remote lattice organizing standard. The ease permits the innovation to be broadly sent in remote control and observing applications, the low power-use permits longer an existence with little batteries, and the cross-section systems administration gives high dependability and bigger range.ZigBee has been created to take care of the developing demand for able remote systems administration between various low power. In industry ZigBee is being utilized for cutting-edge robotized assembling, with little transmitters in each gadget on the floor, taking into consideration correspondence between devices to a focal PC. This new level of communication allows finely-tuned remote observing and control.

Learning opportunities are available with the accessibility of new learning technologies, discovery of untraditional learning pathways and awareness of the importance of connecting current knowledge with new learning. Such situation allows the expansion in the number of courses, programs and professional certifications offered to the students resulting to the increment of the number of graduates annually. The graduates then employed by the industry for executing the job. However, there is a growing concern about the increment of unemployed graduates in the job market. One of the reasons of the mismatch between graduates’ skills and employers’ needs is that the jobseekers tend to choose wrong job because they are overwhelmed by the choices and typically they just randomly send the application because it is time consuming to filter relevant advert. Such action may have repercussion to the industry because the employers need to select relevant candidates to fill up the post from the unfiltered pile of applications making the selection process lengthy and time consuming. In this paper we proposed an automated approach to match the graduates’ and employers’ needs using a hybrid of text mining and visualization approach to facilitate jobseekers’ task of relevant job application. The important keywords are automatically extracted based on the frequency of the word used in the adverts. Then, the graduates’ skills are matched from their personalized profile. Relevant visualization approaches are incorporated to facilitate the selection. It is practical and feasible for the proposed approach to be incorporated in job searching websites that can optimize jobseekers and employers time and effort for a suitable match.

Tissue/flow detection is critical for high quality 2-D color flow image. The traditional tissue/flow detection method is based on one or several thresholds which are used for parameters after autocorrelation. Generally a lot of parameters: flow magnitude, variance and velocity are applied for tissue/flow detection. But this method may not distinguish tissue/flow because of moving tissue or noise. So in this paper, fuzzy logic method with multi-level range based on in vivo carotid I/Q data was proposed with three parameters: echo amplitude, flow magnitude and Flow variance for tissue/flow detection and then decision look-up-table (LUT) was designed for real time display. Experiment results shows that fuzzy logic method was improved for tissue flow detection significantly and can get high quality 2-D color flow image.

The Curve Fitting and Interpolation Model are applied in Nonel dosage detection in this paper firstly, and the gray of continuous explosive in the Nonel has been forecasted. Although the traditional infrared equipment establishes the relationship of explosive dosage and light intensity, but the forecast accuracy is very low. Therefore, gray prediction models based on curve fitting and interpolation are framed separately, and the deviations from the different models are compared. Simultaneously, combining on the sample library features, the cubic polynomial fitting curve of the higher precision is used to predict grays, and 5mg-28mg Nonel gray values are calculated by MATLAB. Through the predictive values, the dosage detection operations are simplified, and the defect missing rate of the Nonel are reduced. Finally, the quality of Nonel is improved. This paper elaborates on the concepts of a new programming language “Dart”, which has been developed by Google and considered for future use. Here, we compare it to the most famous, real time, and updated language “Java”. This is to define similarities and differences between the two important languages, explain programs’ behavior, with a focus on investigating alternative implementation strategies and problem definitions. We used programming languages’ concepts and terminologies to compare between the main characteristics of the two languages, Dart & Java.
