Information system and data mining are important resources for the investors to make decisions. Information theory pointed that the information is increasing all the time, when the corporations build their millions of databases in order to improve the efficiency. Database technology caters to the needs of fully developing the information resources. This essay discusses the problem of decision making support system and the application of business data mining in commercial decision making. It is recommended that the intelligent decision support system should be built. Besides, the business information used in the commercial decision making must follow the framework of a whole system under guideline, which should be designed by the company.DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3977

In this paper, we address the Full-Reference (FR) Image Quality Metric (IQM) to assess the quality of JPEG-coded images and we present a new effective and efficient IQA model, called Local Standard Deviation Based Image Quality (LSDBIQ). The approach is based on the comparison of the local standard deviation of two images. The proposed metrics is tested on four well-known databases available in the literature (TID2013, TID2008, LIVE and CSIQ). Experimental results show that the proposed metrics outperforms other models for the assessment of image quality and have very low computational complexity.

In this paper, a proposed design, fabrication and testing of sine wave oscillator “LC” type (Hartley and Colpitts oscillator) has been performed using five approaches. The first approach proposed design is done theoretically using the basic theorems used to generate oscillations, such as the condition of oscillation criteria and determine the values of capacitor (C) and inductor (L) component, Secondly it is done using simulation technique (LTSpice IV), Thirdly the simulated design is implemented practically using IC OP-AMP 741 with passive elements such as resistors, capacitors and inductors by oscilloscope and frequency generator. Fourthly design the Hartley and colpitts tool kit by 2-D and 3-D, layouting the circuit by Eagle PCB design software then package into tool box which integrated each other. Finaly, the LC-oscillator tool kit was tested such as resistor, capasitor and inductor module and write the result into tables (for jobsheet data).

Automatic hydraulic press is one of the key Ceramic machinery and equipments for pressing ceramic wall and floor tiles, and its frame withstands all of the work force when it works, so the work performances of the frame have an important impact on the structural performance of the entire automatic hydraulic press. Took the frame of 32.8MN automatic hydraulic press as research object, established its three-dimensional model through Pro/Engineer software and carried on contact finite element analysis for it by using the large commercial finite element software ANSYS to gain the stress and strain distribution of the frame, and then carried out a detailed analysis of the results. The work done can help to fully understand the structure properties of existing automatic hydraulic press and serve as guidance to further improve its performance, and at the same time provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of the same type of automatic hydraulic press frame. The characteristics of the user’s implicit knowledge in product design and the relationship between the user’s implicit knowledge and design knowledge are discussed. The transformation model of user implicit knowledge to design knowledge is built. And the key technologies of it are analyzed. The four design dimensions which the transformation from user implicit knowledge to design knowledge is based on are proposed, namely, the design process dimension, the design object dimension, the organization dimension and the knowledge dimension. Taking household cleaner as an example, this paper utilizes the oral analysis method and the semantic differential method to analyze the transformation of user implicit knowledge to design knowledge, and validates the conversion model. It is helpful for improving the computer aided industrial design and household appliance products network collaborative design.

Interest in the power electronic system which used in many applications is increasing day by day. So, many researchers have focused on the analyses, design and control of these systems. In this study, Optimal for Three Phase Rectifier in Power Electronic System control strategy has been proposed for PSO-PI fuzzy logic controller (FLC) based Three Phase Rectifier in Power Electronic System. Proposed Power Electronic System(PES) consists of input, isolation and output stages. In order to test dynamic performance of PSO-PI based PES, simulation study was carried out by MATLAB/Simulink. The results obtained from the PSO-PI based PES are not only superior in the rise time, settling time and overshoot but can prevent from voltage and has improved power quality.

The human Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) controls the body’s physiological responses such as heart rate, electrodermal activity, temperature, and pupil diameter. The physiological responses are increased in the presence of a stressing stimuli and this is a typical ANS response. However, in case of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), they suffer from autonomic dysregulation as reported in past owing to their atypical ANS response. This study investigated the ANS response of children with ASD and compares it with the response of normal children. EDA response datasets of 35 children with ASD and 55 normal children were acquired with the help of E4 wristband at a sampling rate of 4Hz. The signals were preprocessed to remove artefacts and noise and later compared. Furthermore, an SVM classifier was also used to classify the EDA response signals of normal children and children with ASD. The obtained results highlight that the ANS response of children with ASD is atypical as their EDA response is blunt and shows no significant tonic and phasic changes in EDA levels in the presence of stressing stimuli. In addition to that, an accuracy of 75% was obtained using the LF kernel of SVM classifier. The study further unfolds the hypoactive sympathetic response of children with ASD during a stressing event. Furthermore, this will help in future to anticipate the emotional responses of children with ASD such as anger, happiness, and anxiety.

The explosive growth of mobile devices is the main engine to continue evolution in the communications field. The amount of traffic generated by today’s users in applications such as high definition videos, cloud computing, and wearable devices, require a drastic change in mobile telecommunications. 5G Ultra Dense Network (UDN) is one of the key components leading in achieving the high capacity for all users. In UDN, the number of base stations or access nodes equals or exceeds the number of active users by unit area. In this paper, different modeling techniques of UDN are studied. Moreover, a heterogeneous framework modeling was proposed. This framework illustrated a system model for UDN based on Urban Macro (UMa) Scenario. The distance dependent path loss model for UMa was presented and analyzed. The Simulation results of path loss model indicated an increase in the path loss with increasing the distance range from 10m to 500m. The received power simulation results of User Terminal (UT) displayed the power is approaching zero when the distance between the BS and UT goes beyond 250m. Therefore, it is assumed that UTs located 250m away from the BS can reuse the subchannel of AN in another sector with negligible interference.
