Abstract

The E-commerce platform for the automotive industry has various obstacles regarding product distribution and sales marketing. Problems such as identifying the product's low defect rate and mapping failure features to the product's existing quality set, both of which occur in the actual world, are included in this category. With the help of an editorial cloud collaborative service, this study will focus primarily on identifying the core causes of product failure. The machine learning confidential (MLC) protocol is used to authenticate the editor's identity when accessing the industrial server's database. A cloud-based collaborative editing service can also be used to extract the root cause of a specific problem from customer complaints. There may be some product flaws that can be remedied with extra features gathered from the end-user to understand real-world practicality better and ensure product accuracy reaches 100% target.

Abstract

Conjugate gradient methods (CG) constitute excellent neural network training methods that are simplicity, flexibility, numerical efficiency, and low memory requirements. In this paper, we introduce a new three-term conjugate gradient method, for solving optimization problems and it has been tested on artificial neural networks (ANN) for training a feed-forward neural network. The new method satisfied the descent condition and sufficient descent condition. Global convergence of the new (NTTCG) method has been tested. The results of numerical experiences on some wellknown test function shown that our new modified method is very effective, by relying on the number of functions evaluation and number of iterations, also included the numerical results for training feed-forward neural networks with other well-known method in this field.

Abstract

Robust controls of photovoltaic (PV) system applications that include modular multilevel inverter (MMI) for interfacing stand-alone and gridconnected operating modes are investigated in this paper to overcome interfacing problems of two-level and three-level inverters. The MMI provides high-quality voltage, current, and power signals without additional filters, which reduces complexity and cost of interface circuits. A new control method of active and reactive power has been introduced for PV systems to get maximum power point (MPP) in various climatic circumstances. The steady-state and dynamic performances of MMI are investigated using MATLAB/Simulink. A fuzzy logic control is proposed to track the MPP utilizing the perturb and observe (P&O) technique. A fair comparison between fuzzy logic control and proportional integral (PI) control was conducted using MATLAB/Simulink. The fuzzy logic controller for obtaining MPPT by P&O method is proposed to get fast and accurate results. The obtained results obvioused that the fuzzy logic controller is quick accessing MPP than PI controller. A simple LC filter can achieve minimum harmonics provided by total harmonic distortion (THD) of MMI within IEEE limit. The PV system for standalone and grid-connected modes is being tested under climatic conditions in the city of Tabuk, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Abstract

Transmit antennas are chosen in multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) systems. Effective in improving system capacity while lowering RF connection costs and simplifying the system. Complete method with greatest accuracy for joint transmits and receive antenna selection (JTRAS), capable of scanning all subsets of both transmitting and receiving antennas for the optimal solution. However, when as the number of antennas but also computational complexity increase grows too great, limiting its application. Antennas are coded fractionally channel capacity maximizing coding is used as a basic criterion in this paper, and an intelligent algorithm Particle swarm algorithm, generic algorithm are used to pick antennas. The simulation results show that both algorithms are capable of performing antenna selection.

Abstract

The internet community is the only set of irreplaceable spaces in today’s world and is used by millions for knowledge acquittance via the digital exchange between the landed gentry. The torrent of available e-contents in the Internet community attracts corporates and researchers to find the factual weightage of formed data. It is high time for digital diversification, which is the objective of using various learning-based machine learning (ML) systems for hands-on fortification. The main idea is to make stylistic communication more understandable. Here, the authors try to adapt the factual weightage procedure of formed data through the Internet community using machine learning schemes. Hence, the authors have chosen to emphasize cyber security, which is not well discussed and concerned with ethical contemplation from hackers' forums amidst internet communities. There are disparities in the continual growth of connotations, acronyms, spellings, and even technical jargon, which need periodic re-learning and their prototype implications through the proposed model.

Abstract

Agarwood essential oil is used in most perfumery ingredients, as an incense and in traditional medical preparations. Agarwood essential oil, called "Black Gold," is extremely valued to the global community due to its numerous benefits. As of now, there is still no standard technique of grading different grades of agarwood essential oil. The current grading technique is inefficient since the agarwood essential oil is graded by using human sensory panel. Different people might have different perspective on grading the agarwood essential oil hence, the technique is not practical to adapt it globally. Due to the current technology, numerous intelligent techniques for verifying the grades of agarwood essential oil have been proposed and implemented. The study has conducted a statistical analysis on 4 grade agarwood essential oil using boxplot. Boxplot analysis summarizes the abundances for each chemical compounds from four different grades of agarwood essential oil with a high grade as a reference. This study shows the analysis of boxplot investigated 10-epi-δ-eudesmol, α-agarofuran, β-agarofuran, δ-eudesmol and dihydrocollumellarin as most important chemical compounds in high grade of agarwood essential oil. The chemical compounds that have been identified in high grade of agarwood essential oil can be a reference for future research studies.

Abstract

Fuzzy Mamdani knows as one of the modern control systems. It was known to have a better performance result when compared to conventional methods. However, because the input of this modern control system sometimes is based on human experience, therefore its performance is sometimes below the conventional one. We propose using the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system assisted (ANFIS) approach to optimize the fuzzy Mamdani membership function input to overcome this problem. We have tested our hypotheses in water chiller applications based on microcontrollers. Even though it is still behind conventional methods to cool 200 ml water, which is 6 minutes, using fuzzy ANFIS methods, we manage to improve the speed performance in cooling water from 20 minutes to 17 minutes, which is from room temperature to just 24 oC.

Abstract

We have produced a novel phosphor using Eu2+, which is green in color coupled to Ca15(PO4)2(SiO4)6 (abbreviated as Ca15P2Si6) by deriving it structurally from α-Ca2SiO4 with a typical solit reaction method. Additionally, the decrease of Eu2+ concentration as well as heat endurance is being studied. 330 nm is the wavelength at which the substance is stimulated. At 491nm, it attain the greatest radiation energy  when filled with the ideal concentration of Eu2+, which is 0.5 mol%. The primary mechanism of concentration reduction is discovered to be the fast transfer of stimulation through exchanging coupling among stimulated Eu2+ ions. The heat activating power boundary has been determined to be 0.244 eV. Additionally, we assess the productivity of this matter by fabricating alight-emitting diodes (LED)with converted phosphor (pc-LED) and integrating a light-emitting diode (LED) with an InGaN-foundation near-ultraviolet and running it at currents between 50 mA and 300 mA. All of the efforts result in an optimal for pc-LED to be able to ecedewhite light-emitting diodes (WLED) implementations.

Abstract

The increase in electricity consumption coupled with the lack of a convenient way to assist the consumers to lower their electricity consumption is a growing concern. Smart internet of things (IoT)-based devices has been developed in this regard. However, no specific standards were followed, and this is a problem for the consumer as they have to own different smart device from different brands which results in higher cost. To solve these issues, a smart power switch using IoT is proposed. The system consists of microcontroller (ESP32), relay and current sensor (ACS712). The ACS712 measures the current of the appliance. The ESP32 then send these readings to server. Whenever the ESP32 receives switching commands from the cloud platform, ESP32 will activate the relay and hence switching the appliance. The cloud platform is linux based virtual private server (VPS) running on Django Python and structured query language (SQL) ite database. The mobile application built using flutter to allow both iOS and android users to use the app to control and monitor the normal appliances. The server, circuit and mobile application have showed a real-time data exchange, fast response, numerical, graphical consumption presentation and capable of setting energy or power limit for the appliance to not exceed.

Abstract

Recently, there is increasing interest in data transfer between many different devices. Data must be encrypted before being sent so that the intended receiver can only read it to prevent unauthorized access and processing of a secret message. This paper suggests two levels of security to secure import messages that are sent via the internet. A secret text is encrypted by a Blowfish algorithm, then the secret text is hidden in an image by the least significant bit (LSB) technique. The LSB method of concealing important information was developed to conceal at least the first of at least two bits, depending on the cover data. The resolution of an image is raised in our work where the sender selects a stego image with a high peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR). The receiver knows all the necessary information for decoding by the first nine pixels. The PSNR is used for evaluating the resolution of the image to check robustness at sending. The number of PSNR illustrates in our proposal that the resolution of the image is near the original LSB technique, but the embedding is more randomly robust in steganography.
