Abstract

Farming income from sugar cane can be improved by the application of technology sugar cane farming and supported by existing capital. This research aims to describe the implementation of Kredit Ketahanan Pangan dan Energi (KKP-E) and analyze factors that affect sugarcane farmers in making decision the KKP-E. Research was filmed in the Bakalan Village Bululawang Subdistrict Malang District. Sample determination was done by using simple random sampling method. The data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation methods. Analysis data method used were descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of study showsthat implementation of the KKP-E which was done in the area of research was right on target, but the goal of the KKP-E programs has not been fully achieved. In the meantime of logit analysis, socio-economic factors which affecting the decision making farmers KKP-E that is land farmers and number of household dependents sugar cane farmers. Suggestions may be submitted: (1) the supervision and evaluation of the implementation of the KKP-E programs, and (2) to the next, expected to analyze the research or put other variables such as length of sugar cane farming and interest of KKP-E that expected can be affect decision making farmers credit.

Abstract

Promosi online adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pihak (perusahaan) menggunakan media online (internet) dalam menawarkan produk atau jasa, sehingga tidak terjadi tatap muka langsung antar pembeli dan penjual. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pada UKM terang bulan merona di jalan Bendungan Sutami, Kota Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui jenis promosi online yang digunakan, memahami model promosi online yang digunakan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen dan mengetahui keefektifan promosi online dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/ angket dan wawancara dari 100 responden, penentuan sampel dan teknik sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan non probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Daniel Terrel, metode analisis data menggunakan analisis skor rata-rata mengunakan microsoft excel dan SPSS untuk menguji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa promosi online pada media sosial online (facebook, twitter dan instagram) menggunakan pendekatan 4C menghasilkan angka 3, 91, yang berarti promosi online menunjukkan angka yang efektif karena dengan angka yang demikian konsumen dianggap sudah menyukai dan mengingat promosi yang dilakukan sehingga akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengujian simultan menunjukkan promosi online berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil F hitung (22,223) F tabel (1,401) dan nilai Sig. 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak (Ha diterima) sedangkan pengujian secara parsial menghasilkan facebook (X1) t hitung t tabel ( 2,120) (1,984), dengan nilai sig sebsar 0,037 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, twitter (X2) t hitung t tabel ( 2,1791,984), dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,032 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan instagram (X3) t hitung t tabel ( 4,7851,984), dengan nilai sig sebsar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel sosial media online mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Selain itu jumlah r square adalah 0,410 atau 41% maka E =1-0,41,0 = 0,59 atau 59% yang berarti kontribusi promosi online terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 41% sedangkan sisa yaitu 59% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu tempat dan rasa yang beraneka ragam.

Abstract

Socio-economic is one of the factors that determines the feasibility of wetland expansion. Survey of socio-economic characteristics of prospective farmers is done on prospective location of rice field extension in Tulang Bawang district spread in six villages in four subdistricts. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and deepened with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approaches, in-depth interviews, and field observations. The results showed that the age of prospective farmers was below 50 years old (77.02%), elementary school 31.36%, junior high 27.62% and high school 27.35%, mostly farmers (83.95%), Land of 2 hectares per farmer, and most willing to paddy (96,80%). Economically, wetland expansion program can improve farmer's welfare because the location candidate is not economically utilized swamp land, while social factor that hamper rice expansion program is land ownership conflict as happened in Andalas Village Cermin Subdistrict Rawa Pitu.

Abstract

Salah satu jenis pajak provinsi yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah adalah pajak kendaraan bermotor. Dalam upaya memaksimalkan penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam membayar pajak Gubernur Jawa Timur mengeluarkan Peraturan Gubernun Nomor 44 Tahun 2016 tentang pemberian keringanan dan pembebasan pajak kendaraan bermotor untuk masyarakat Jawa Timur atau sering disebut dengan kebijakan pemutihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat efektivitas penerapan pemutihan pajak kendaraan bermotor terhadap peningkatan penerimaan pajak daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Pelakasana Teknis (UPT) Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Jawa Timur Malang Utara dan Batu Kota dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis rasio efektivitas pajak daerah. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil wawancara dan data penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor tahun 2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor tahun 2016 pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Jawa Timur Malang Utara dan Batu Kota sudah sangat efektif, karena melebihi 100% (Mahmudi,2010) yaitu sebesar 108,18%.

Abstract

Development of the theory of consumer behavior found any part of the bad side of consumer shopping behavior. Such behavior is compulsive buying. This research study is a replication of Johnson and Attman (2009). Researchers wanted to prove a pattern of relationships variable used in the study, applied in Indonesia. The problem of this research is whether there is a significant difference in the relationship pattern between variables or the same, where there is a difference of background between this research and previous research. The method used in this study is the path analysis, using 100 respondents from Mayjen Sungkono University students of Mojokerto. Research shows that all paths are significant positive and it can be concluded that the direct influence of the tendency of neuroticism, materialism, and orientation to the fashion of compulsive buying and indirect effect on compulsive buying through materialism and fashion orientation. Thusmaterialism and fashion orientation to reinforce the tendency toward neuroticism compulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

Research actually aims at examination and taking empirical evidence on: (1) Wheter brand credibility impacts on consumer’s price sensitivity; (2) Whether brand credibility has indirect impact on consumer’s price sensitivity through perceived quality and expected utility, (3) Whether brand credibility has indirect impact on consumer’s price sensitivity through perceived risk and expected utility, (4) Whether brand credibility has indirect impact on consumer’s price sensitivity through informasi cost and expected utility. Research populasi is this study of students in Mayjen Sungkono Mojokerto University use and buy brand laptop. The number of responden is 100 students and the sample was taken was using probability sampling. The sampling collection techniques is proportional sampling while research data analysis path. Results of research indicate that: (1) more and more high brand credibility, more and more decrease consumer’s price sensitivity; (2) more and more hight brand credibility, cause perceived quality of product higher increase perception expected utility higher, reduse the consumer’s price sensitivity; (3) more and more hight brand credibility, cause decrease informasi cost higher increase perception expected utility higher, reduse the consumer’s price sensitivity

Abstract

Agriculture in Cirebon Regency very developed, one of the production of agricultural products that have increased the commodity of fruits, in addition to the agricultural sector, the tourism sector became the attraction of visitors to visit Cirebon regency. To be able develop agro-tourism potential areas that will be used as an area of agrobased development of fruit plants such as mango, guava, papaya and banana. Potential superior commodity areas were analyzed using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis of several subdistricts in Cirebon Regency. Cirebon Regency consists of 40 sub-districts, from 40 sub-districts there are 7 districts that become the commodity fruits base sector with LQ value above 1. Subdistricts that become the base areas are Sedong Subdistrict, Susukan Lebak Subdistrict, Greged Subdistrict and Duku putang Subdistrict The base area for the mango fruit commodity, Jamblang District as a guava commodity development area, Duku Puntang subdistrict and Greged sub district is the base for papaya commodities, and Lemah abang and Susukan subdistricts are the basis of banana commodities. For Localization Coefficient and Specialization coefficient, in sub-districts which are fruit commodity base sector there is not one subdistricts which is centered in producing a commodity or specializing in certain farming activities.

Abstract

Batam is an industrial city, where workers in Batam are from various islands in Indonesia and also manpower from abroad (expatriates) in which labor-power is occupying the major industries on the island of Batam. The industries that dominate in Batam of which type of manufacturing industry. Manufacturing industry is heavily dependent on the availability and resource needs, namely human resources, especially women. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of the dual role of women (dual role) who worked on the manufacturing industry in Batam and further discusses the relationship between work-family conflict, family-work conflict, work-life policies, organizational support, to the performance. The study was conducted by collecting quantitative data through questionnaires distributed to 268 respondents. Data collected were analyzed using Statistical AMOS as software for Structural Equation Modeling. Research findings show that work-family conflict had a positive effect on work stress, family-work conflict had a positive effect on the stress of work, policy work life has a positive effect on job stress, organizational support has a positive effect on job stress, work stress has an influence significant negative on performance.
