Abstract

The objective of the present study is to analyze the influence of Government Expenditure on Education and Health, Unemployment Rate, Literacy Rate, to GDP Growth of Indonesian Population. This type of research is quantitative, using ordinary least square method (OLS). The data used are secondary data. Data type is yearly time series data between 2001-2017 period. The results of the study indicate that (1) Government Expenditures for Education and Health have positive and significant impact on the GDP growth of Indonesian Population (2) Unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on the GDP growth of Indonesian Population (3) Literacy rate positively and significantly to GDP Growth Population Indonesia

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan merupakan gambaran umum prestasi yang dicapai perusahaan Bachri Darmo dalam kegiatan operasionalnya baik menyangkut aspek kuangan, pemasaran, penghimpunan dana dan penyaluran dana. Tindakan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan diketahui dari berbagai perhitungan rasio seperti likuiditas, profitabilitas dan aktiva. Tujuan untuk mengetahui  kinerja  Keuangan  pada perusahaan tersebut melalui analisis  rasio likuiditas, rasio profitabilitas dan  rasio aktiva.Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian dengan mengunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian menggunakan laporan keuangan Perusahaan Bachri Darmo Kota Malang periode 2014-2016. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dokumentasi. Metode analisa data yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif dan rasio keuangan.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan Bachri Darmo Kota Malang dalam keadaan baik karena nilai likuiditas perusahaan berdasarkan current ratio cukup tinggi untuk membayar utang, nilai Return On Assets (ROA) cukup tinggi, Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) cukup tinggi dan nilai Asset Trun Over (ATO) tinggi.  Perusahaan diharapkan menjaga kinerja keuangan yang baik sehingga mampu mengetahui kesehatan usaha yang bertujuan untuk pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan loyalitas konsumen yang membeli Produk Roti Di Toko Rotte Bakery. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei pada toko Rotte Bakery. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil lapangan yaitu untuk karakteristik umur berada pada usia produktif yaitu pada kisaran usia 15–25 tahun sebanyak 66,68%, tingkat pendidikan responden yaitu pada kisaran 12-15 tahun atau setingkat SMU dan Diploma sebanyak 76,67%, pendapatan keluarga pada kisaran Rp.1.000.000–Rp.1.500.000 sebanyak 46,67%, dan pekerjaan dominan responden yaitu Pegawai Swasta sebanyak 36,67%. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis loyalitas konsumen belum pada tahap pembeli yang loyal karena piramid loyalitas nilai Switcher buyer masih diatas 50% dan nilai commited buyer masih sangat kecil yaitu sebesar 26,67%.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) sangat berperan penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia dan diharapkan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga mengurangi penganguran yang ada di Indonesia. Keberadaan UMKM sudah tidak diragukan lagi karena mampu bertahan dan menjadi penggerak ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia. Pelaksanaan aktifitas-aktifitas bidang tersebut harus didukung dengan adanya pelatihan dan motivasi agar dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kerja seseorang maupun karyawan yang bekerja dibagian tersebut. Hal tersebut dilakukan dalam usaha memecahkan berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan cara meningkatkan dan memperdayakan berbagai usaha dibidang UMKM yang keberadaannya sangat berpengaruh didalam kemajuan ekonomi Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan kalimat-kalimat motivasi yang digunakan oleh pemilik UMKM terhadap karyawan sehingga karyawan memiliki produktifitas kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan di UMKM NEES Tailor dan Konveksi yang ada di Kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sistem pengumpulan data dilakukan secara mengobservasi lapangan, mendokumentasi, dan mewawancarai pemilik dan karyawan UMKM. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan yaitu pelatihan yang telah diberikan berupa pelatihan tentang tata cara menyablon dan menjahit baju berpengaruh positif terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan dan kalimat motivasi yang dilontarkan berpengaruh positif juga terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Pekerjaan karyawan dari hari ke hari menjadi semakin baik dan karyawan merasa puas dengan penghargaan yang diberikan, baik berupa benda maupun kalimat pujian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pengelolaan modal kerja serta pengaruh modal kerja terhadap laba usaha pada UMKM took roti khususnya Toko Roti Fadilah yang terdapat di Jalan Raya Tlogomas Malang. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan selama lima periode dari tahun 2013 – 2017.Pengumpulan data berbentuk dokumentasi dari laporan keuangan pada UMKM Toko Roti Fadilah. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa modal kerja sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap laba usaha hal tersebut dibuktikan bahwa semakin banyak modal yang digunakan untuk produksi maka semakin tinggi pula hasil produksinya sehingga hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan laba uahanya.

Abstract

A study of agribusiness model of breeding of rice paddy seeds throught community development program (KKN)- community empowerment learning (PPM) of Lakidende Univercity aimed to increase institutional capacity of farmers in producing rice seed products with the use of high quality rice varieties. So far, the access to high quality rice seedlings in the farmer group business unit of rice seed breeders is still low and limited procurement in every rice planting season. Mean while, the need of rice seed in Konawe Recency averagely 415.000 tons of planting season with the fulfillment of seed supply from breeder farmer group only about 87.830 tons of planting season (21,16 %). In the study method with KKN-PPM spproach, the students and society conducted a study of the implementation of agribusiness field schools (SL-A) in farmer group of rice seed breeders in Ambuulanu village, Pondidaha sub-district, Konawe Regency. The study was implemented for 33 working days (July- Agusts 2016). The result of study of farmer institutional strengthening on the farmer group of paddy rice breeder farming unit showed that the institutional strengthening system of farmer group of paddy rice breeder in rural communities with the application of model field school agribusiness in the implementation of KKN-PPM program, is potentially able to meet the supply of high quality seeds with the average production as mush as 456.5 tons of rice seed ready to spread in each wet season rice fiel, and effective in the learning model of rural community empowerment with Univercity in Konawe district area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation venture white small and medium enterprises Cultivation Oyster mushrooms on the Group Affinity “Tunas Harapan Baru” in terms of financial aspect. Research conducted is a research application model, data that is used for data that is processed by the rekapan financial statements and investment amount of data that is used in an attempt to match a description patrons Group Affinity “Tunas Harapan Baru”. Data collection techniques are used i.e., interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis methods in use is composed of Financial aspects of the Analysis method of payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and profitability index. Results of the study shows the effort which implemented the terms of the financial aspect was feasible. It is based on the results of the analysis of the payback period of 8.8 (8 months 8 days), the value of the net present value of 16,659 million, the value of the internal rate of return of 3.70 and profitability index of 2.70 where oyster mushroom business revealed profitable and feasible in terms of financial or in terms of management. The bussines development could be held by making the great outline of bussines based on the result of group evaluation over all so that it will get the profitable bussines. Key words: feasibility study, financial aspects.

Abstract

Research actually aims at examination and taking empirical evidence on: (1) Wheter brand credibility impacts on consumer’s price sensitivity; (2) Whether brand credibility has indirect impact on consumer’s price sensitivity through perceived quality and expected utility, (3) Whether brand credibility has indirect impact on consumer’s price sensitivity through perceived risk and expected utility, (4) Whether brand credibility has indirect impact on consumer’s price sensitivity through informasi cost and expected utility. Research populasi is this study of students in Mayjen Sungkono Mojokerto University use and buy brand laptop. The number of responden is 100 students and the sample was taken was using probability sampling. The sampling collection techniques is proportional sampling while research data analysis path. Results of research indicate that: (1) more and more high brand credibility, more and more decrease consumer’s price sensitivity; (2) more and more hight brand credibility, cause perceived quality of product higher increase perception expected utility higher, reduse the consumer’s price sensitivity; (3) more and more hight brand credibility, cause decrease informasi cost higher increase perception expected utility higher, reduse the consumer’s price sensitivity

Abstract

This research was conducted a many of broiler farmers who partnered with PT. SMS in Blitar district. The data collection was conducted during June – July 2014 that focus on the elasticity of the business production of a farm broiler a partnership system PT. SMS. Research method used is a method of survey sample with the determination of the sampling method purposively namely broiler chicken farmers who implement the program partnership with PT. SMS Indonesia. The number of the overall sample can be taken a number of the population of 60 people as representatives of farmers. Variable research used is the number of broiler, the purchase of DOC, the work force, the cost of feed, vitamins and medicine, electricity, mortality, the cost of production, and the number of family members. Data analysis conducted includes data qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analysis is the calculation of the production costs, revenues, and income. Qualitative analysis of the aims to calculate factors affecting business production of the use of Cobb-Douglasregression analysis. Data processing from the result of this research conducted using the SPSS version 16,0. The research results show that mortalitas and its cost of production a factor of production that is very significant to affect elastic and wreak on the number of businesses production. Conclusion shows that 1 ) mortalitas and its cost of production is of factors affect elastic and wreak on the amount of the production of 2 ) the number of cattle, the purchase of d.o.c, the cost of feed, and its cost of production is the factors that are not elastic against the production of business. Advice in research to 1 ) farmers more selective in the election of the seeds of doc who will be maintained and noticed a big factor cause of death of livestock so that the number can be suppressed mortalitas 2 ) the use of the factors of production and business capital is more efficient, because with the use of production factors efficient will affect the amount of income production

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior and consumer satisfaction of consumers of basic food products at the Juan minimarket in Benai District. The method used in this study is the Likert scale and analysis method (IPA) and (CSI) or Consumer Satisfaction Index. The results obtained from consumer behavior towards rice are in the satisfied category, with a total of 16 people from 30 respondents with a percentage of 53.33%, sugar and cooking oil in the category of Very Satisfied with 23 souls from 30 respondents with a percentage of 76.67% %, eggs are in the satisfied category with 25 souls from 30 respondents with a percentage of 83.43%, milk is in the very satisfied category with a total of 17 souls from 30 respondents with a percentage of 56.67%. And the results of the calculation of rice as a whole the value of the index of consumer satisfaction is 69.50%. Where this value is in the consumer satisfaction index range of 50% -75%. Sugar consumer satisfaction index value of 59.57% CSI results are in satisfied criteria, cooking oil consumer satisfaction index value is 72.00% and CSI results are on very satisfied criteria, egg consumer satisfaction index value is 76.00% based on CSI results are in the criteria of satisfaction and milk the consumer satisfaction index value is 70.00%.
