<![CDATA[The Bank's Financial Performance Appraisal Method continues to evolve along with developments. This study aims to compare the level of financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the period of Quarter I 2019 - Quarter II of 2020. The Bank's Financial Performance Level is measured through several assessments. These assessments include ratio assessments (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The object used in this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) Quarter I 2019 - Quarter II 2020. The data collection technique in this study is by downloading financial reports from the official website of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The analysis technique used is the ratio assessment. The results of this study note that the Financial Performance Assessment of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) with this ratio approach shows a continuing downward trend.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: For companies engaged in providing services, operational costs are a very influential element for the formation of corporate profits. Similarly, the UD. Saroha Serbelawan, so that the management and use of operational costs in this company are always monitored from period to period with a continuous monitoring system to maintain the creation of efficiency and effectiveness of work and to see the responsibility of each part in the deviation that occurs in the use of operational costs. After conducting a review and research on UD. Saroha Serbelawan, it can be seen that in the period of 2004 the company experienced a problem, namely the realization of operating costs in 2004 deviated from a sufficient amount of material from the company's operating budget. " To prove the truth and reality of the company, direct research is carried out in the field to obtain data related to the problem and then conduct library research to obtain theoretical materials as a basis for analyzing and evaluating problems that occur. As for suggestions - suggestions that can be made on the conclusions of the problem that occurs is that in each preparation of operational costs should the company conduct a more careful study of all factors that affect operational costs both internal and external factors and then followed up by increasing supervision of management and use of operational costs, mainly through accounting oversight by creating a more in-company accounting system.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was about applying HOTS question on students’ writing ability in report text at Business Murni Sadar Polytechnic , which the problem of this research was “What extent to the students’ writing ability in report text by applying HOTS question at Business Murni Sadar Polytechnic ?” and the objective of this research was to find out the extent of students’ writing ability in report text by applying high order thinking skill (HOTS) question at Business Murni Sadar Polytechnic. The method that used in this research was quantitative research design. The population of this research was students of Business Murni Sadar Polytechnic Population of this research were 100 students. The sample of this research were 60 students with divided into 30 students as experimental class and 30 students of as control class. The analysis of this research showed that the mean score of pre- test of the experimental group was 53, 566 and control group was 54, 1. The mean of post-test of the experimental group was 82, 066 and control group was 67, 033. Testing hypothesis showed that t-test (4,0003) was higher than t-table (1,671) at level of significant 5% for two tailed test. It meant that applying HOTS Question on students’ writing ability in report text gave a good contribution. Based on the result, it can be seen that the students’ writing ability in report text increased. It meant that there was an extent (improvement) of students’ writing ability in report text by applying HOTS Question at Business Murni Sadar Polytechnic.]]>

<![CDATA[`Abstarct The development of the times is growing rapidly marked by increasingly sophisticated technology. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of prices on purchasing decisions with taste as an intervening variable. This research aims to determine the price of purchasing decisions with taste as an intervening variable. The research design used by the author is field research, where the research was conducted at the Pematangsiantar Horas Jaya Regional Corporation, the population that is the Sword in the Horas Market in the Horas Regional Company. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of shoe traders as a research sample of 56 traders. Data analysis techniques using simple regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and path analysis. The results of the study showed that the price had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in the Regional Corporation of Horas Jaya, Pematangsiantar City, and taste was an intervening variable, or by adding a variable of tastes the price effect on purchasing decisions was higher.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of the research was to analized the influence original local revenue and capital expenditure partially on the independence of local finance in districts/towns of North Sumatera Province. The population was 33 districts/towns of North Sumatera Province years of 2010-2017 and population will be used as sample. The data were processed by using panel data regression statistic method. The result of the research that original local revenue had positive and significant influence on the independence of local finance. Meanwhile, capital expenditure had negative and significant influence on the independence of local finance. Keywords : Original Local Revenue, Capital Expenditure, Independence of Local Finance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study entitled "Analysis of The Relationship Between Gross Domestic Product and Indonesian Exports (Granger causality test)”. This research was conducted because of the dualism of the theory between the two variables. In macroeconomic theory, the relationship between Gross Domestic Product is one of the similarities, because exports contribute to Gross Domestic Products on the demand side, while neoclassical trade theory emphasizes causality related to household production and assistance for exports. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Gross Domestic Product and exports. This study uses several analytical methods: Unit Root Test, Cointegration Test, Granger Causality Test using the E-views program7 and using Quarterly data. The results of the estimation of this study are the estimation of the relationship in GDP and exports, or in other words, the Gross Domestic Product affects Indonesia's exports. This is concluded based on the estimation results that can be seen from the statistical F value that is greater than the f-table (8.958205> 3.841466) on the Null hypothesis. GDP is not an Export Granger with a 95% confidence level. This means GDP affects exports When GDP can affect the level of exports in the intervals of 2000 to 2012.]]>

<![CDATA[The policies issued by the government to prevent the spread of COVID-19 have an impact on the economy, including the micro economy. This study was made with the aim of knowing the impact of policies in handling pandemics and the factors that affect the income of micro business owners who partner with grabfood as well as to compare the income earned before and after the pandemic and to find out how the application of technology impacts traders in Ketintang Surabaya during the pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the policies during the pandemic had an impact on micro businesses in the form of a drastic decrease in the number of buyers, decreased income and business closures.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of providing daily test evaluation on the improvement of student achievement in economy class X SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar. The population of this research was all class X as many as 344 people. Samples were taken as many as 86 people, the research was conducted at SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar.The instrument used to collect data on the provision of daily test evaluations was a questionnaire compiled by the researcher, while the economic learning achievement data were obtained through a list of value sets. The quality of the research instrument was carried out by testing the validity and reliability. By using the normality test, the data for the provision of daily test evaluations were normally distributed. While the linear regression equation is Y = a + bX, so the regression of learning achievement (Y) on the provision of daily test evaluation (X) is Y = 50.43 + 0.38X. For analysis accuracy used regression linearity test and using a list of variances (ANOVA) through the F test, it turns out that Y does not need to look for a non-linear model. To determine whether the relationship between variables is close or not, the correlation coefficient test is used as follows: The correlation of providing daily test evaluation with student achievement is 0.359 and the coefficient of determination of Y on X is 0.1288 or 12.88%. Based on hypothesis testing, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than Ftable (12.44> 3.96). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of providing daily test evaluations on the improvement of student achievement in class X SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar]]>
