Abstract

PT. Multazam Sukses Berjama’ah Sukabumi is a company engaged in the textile industry. The company provides finished fabric materials with various offered patterns that can then be sold on the market and further processed into clothing. The length of the fabric sold can be adjusted according to the buyer’s request. This thesis research aims to analyze and determine whether there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Multazam Sukses Berjama’ah Sukabumi, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection methods used in this thesis are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature study. The data obtained through the questionnaires used a Likert scale measurement. The research sample consisted of 45 employees using the saturated sampling technique. The analysis used includes T-test and F-test hypotheses testing with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results obtained, the work environment and work motivation significantly influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

IHSG covers all stock prices listed on the stock exchange. IHSG is calculated from the stock prices of all issuers listed on the IDX and serves as a reference for investors to observe the condition of the Indonesian capital market and make the right investment decisions. Several factors that are considered to have an influence on the movement of IHSG include inflation, interest rates (BI Rate), exchange rates (exchange rates), and commodity prices such as gold.The aim of this research to determine the influence of inflation, BI Rate, USD exchange rate, and gold price on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach and gathers data through literature review methods. The data, sourced from institutions like Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), spans from 2018 to 2022 and consists of time series data. To analyze the data, the researchers use multiple linear regression methods, incorporating tests such as the coefficient of determination, the F-test, and the t-test to validate the research hypothesis. The findings suggest that inflation had no significant effect on the JCI prior to the pandemic but had a positive and significant effect after the outbreak. Interest rates (BI Rate) were found to have a positive and significant impact before the pandemic but a negative and significant impact post-pandemic. The USD exchange rate had a negative and significant effect both before and after the outbreak, while the gold price had a negative and significant effect before the pandemic but showed no significant impact after the pandemic. Collectively, these four variables were found to simultaneously affect the JCI both before and after the COVID-19 outbreak

Abstract

Today's business world is very competitive and growing very quickly. When a business grows, its activities towards various resources automatically increase to generate profits. This can affect the environment and create social disparities for parties directly related to the company, society, and the surrounding environment. Therefore, every business action is expected to help the economic growth of stakeholders, including the government, the business world, and society, so that they can benefit each other, contribute to each other, and have a harmonious relationship. As a result, there is an awareness to increase Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to reduce negative responses to the company.The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility on company value. The sample and population used in this research are food and beverage companies in the sub-sector of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 21 software. The results of this research prove that CSR has a positive effect on financial value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the effectiveness of Brand Awareness, Content Marketing, Value, and Pricing on the Purchase Decision of B2C Skintific products on the TikTok platform. This research shows that the decline in Skintific product sales is caused by the high and uneconomical product price, particularly for students at Universitas Murni Teguh. This is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The variables studied include Brand Awareness, Content Marketing, Value, Pricing, and Purchase Decision. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, measured using the Slovin formula, with a sample size of 270 respondents. The data used is primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique includes several stages. First, instrument testing is conducted to measure validity and reliability. Next, classical assumption testing is performed, including normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Finally, analysis is continued with multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, including t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results show that Brand Awareness, Content Marketing, Value, and Pricing have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of B2C Skintific products on TikTok. Partially, the tvalues for Brand Awareness (4,746), Content Marketing (4,974), Value (9,757), and Pricing (5,721) are each greater than the ttable (1,969) with a significance level < 0,05. Additionally, simultaneous analysis shows that the Fvalue (103,955) is greater than the Ftable (2,41), indicating that all four variables together have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0,605, meaning that the variables Brand Awareness, Content Marketing, Value, and Pricing account for 60,5% of the effect on Purchase Decision, while the remaining 39,5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

Abstract

Permasalahan ekonomi yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat Indonesia adalah kenaikan harga beras yang terus menerus. Akan tetapi, pemahaman masyarakat terhadap persentase kenaikan harga beras dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kenaikan harga beras masih sangat minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan kebijakan pemerintah dalam menanggapi kenaikan harga beras. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka. Data bersumber dari laporan Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas), Badan Urusan Logistik Nasional (BULOG), dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap harga beras. Hal ini dipicu oleh kenaikan harga beras akibat El Nino yang menyebabkan kekeringan dan gagal panen, yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan penurunan produksi dan kenaikan harga beras. Banyak pihak yang dirugikan akibat kenaikan harga beras, terutama masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah serta pedagang dan distributor beras. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, salah satu kebijakan pemerintah adalah bantuan beras untuk keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM). Penulis menemukan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah dapat lebih holistik dalam mengatasi kenaikan harga beras dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain seperti produktivitas petani dan lahan pertanian.
