Abstract

Entrepreneurship can be interpreted as the process of the actions of an entrepreneur as someone who is always looking for something new and exploits these ideas into profitable opportunities by accepting risk and uncertainty with the company. Training activities were carried out at  the Sempakata Village Hall, Medan Selayang District, Medan City by inviting residents of the surrounding community by bringing materials and materials that will be used as training materials that can later be used as practice tools for the local community.  In addition, this dishwashing liquid soap can also be used and empowered among traditional markets as an enhancer of people's livelihoods in Sempakata Village, Medan Selayang District, Medan City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion, digital marketing and e-wom as independent variables on online purchasing decisions as the dependent variable through consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The test analysis model uses the outer model, inner model, direct effects, and specific indirect effects using the Smart PLS 4 application. Directly, the results of this study indicate that promotions, e-WOM, and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decision, while product quality and digital marketing have no significant effect on online purchasing decision. Digital marketing and e-wom have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while product quality and promotions have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Indirectly digital marketing and e-ewom have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decision through consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality and promotion have no significant effect on online purchasing decision through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

  Research on analyzing the influence of competence, compensation, organizational commitment, training, and work experience is used as a test of employee performance. The population in this research process is all employees of PT XYZ. In this clai research, data sampling techniques will be used with a combined method of area sampling techniques and also simple random sampling with a population of employees from PT XYZ. Analysis of this data itself shows several factors such as compensation, competence and also organizational commitment that have a simultaneous and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT XYZ. Then the role of competencies that have a very significant role on the performance and satisfaction of employees who work at PT XYZ. This research was conducted to analyze various factors that have an influence on the motivation of employees and also the performance of employees at PT XYZ. The data analyzed is data related to compensation and competencies that can have an influence on employees in terms of compensation, competence and motivation. From the data obtained, PT XYZ must provide compensation, competence to employees in order to improve their performance.

Abstract

This research aims to prove that net sales, operational costs and capital structure (Long-term Debt to Asset Ratio) have an influence on the Corporate Income Tax payable in Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling, with a total sample of 29 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with a significance level of 5% using SPSS 21. The results of research using SPSS, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.691. Net sales, operational costs and capital structure (Longterm Debt to Asset Ratio) together influence the Corporate Income Tax payable, namely 69.1%. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that net sales have a significant positive effect on Corporate Income Tax payable, operational costs have an insignificant positive effect on Corporate Income Tax payable and capital structure (Longterm Debt to Asset Ratio) has a significant negative effect on Corporate Income Tax payable to the company consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The higher the net sales, operational costs and capital structure (Longterm Debt to Asset Ratio), the more it will affect the Corporate Income Tax payable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ROA, EPS dan DER terhadap harga saham. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi laporan keuangan untuk tahun 2021-2023, perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel dalam penelitian penelitian ini ada 17 emiten sehingga keseluruhan data yang digunakan berjumlah 51 unit data. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Selama penelitian yang dilakukan dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023, laporan keuangan dari perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia digunakan sebagai sumber data. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah suatu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu di mana sampel sengaja dipilih untuk mewakili populasinya. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis uji t secara parsial Retrun on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Untuk Variabel Earning Per Share (EPS)berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Berdasarkan hasil uji F secara simultan ROA, EPS, dan DER berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Medan City regional secretariat environment, where this research is quantitative descriptive research, which explains training, discipline, facilities, satisfaction, and performance. This research also tests the relationship between these variables directly and indirectly. The population in this study were all employees at the Medan City Regional Secretariat, totaling 205 people spread across 12 work units. The total research sample was 68 people, determined using the Slovin (2001) formula with an error rate in sampling of 10%. The list of questions in this research was first tested for validity and reliability, the data was processed with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show that Training, discipline, and satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on performance, while Facilities do not have a significant influence on the performance of the City Regional Secretariat ASN Medan. Training, discipline, and facilities partially do not have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of ASN of the Medan City Regional Secretariat. For testing the path analysis, it shows that the training, discipline, and facilities variables both have no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of ASN of the Medan City Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

Today's business world is very competitive and growing very quickly. When a business grows, its activities towards various resources automatically increase to generate profits. This can affect the environment and create social disparities for parties directly related to the company, society, and the surrounding environment. Therefore, every business action is expected to help the economic growth of stakeholders, including the government, the business world, and society, so that they can benefit each other, contribute to each other, and have a harmonious relationship. As a result, there is an awareness to increase Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to reduce negative responses to the company.The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility on company value. The sample and population used in this research are food and beverage companies in the sub-sector of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 21 software. The results of this research prove that CSR has a positive effect on financial value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Daya Tarik Iklan, Persepsi Harga, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) terhadap keinginan pengguna jasa transportasi online Gojek. Penelitian penjelasan (explanatory) adalah jenis penelitian yang digunakan, dan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah kuisioner. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah model analisis data yang digunakan. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel. Seratus orang yang menjawab sampel tersebut. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik iklan, pesepsi harga, dan ewom dapat bertanggung jawab atas komponen minat pengguna jasa, dengan hasil F hitung menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik iklan, persepsi harga, dan ewom secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pengguna jasa. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel electronic word of mouth menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik iklan, persepsi harga, dan ewom secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif sample. Seratus orang yang menjawab sampel tersebut. Elektronic word of mouth (eWOM) adalah variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat pengguna jasa transportasi online Gojek di Kota Medan, dengan variabel daya tarik iklan thitung dan variabel persepsi harga thitung masing-masing tidak berdampak positif atau signifikan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of good governance and company size on financial performance. The sample and population used in this research were 27 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020 - 2023. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 21 software. The results of this research prove that good corporate governance and company size have a positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the financial performance of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk during the 2020–2024 period using profitability and liquidity ratios. The profitability ratios examined in this study include Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM), while the liquidity ratios consist of the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied using financial report data from the company. The findings reveal a notable improvement in profitability from 2021 to 2023, followed by a decline in 2024, indicating reduced efficiency in generating profits. In terms of liquidity, the company exhibited a strong position at the start of the period, but experienced a sharp decrease, particularly in the Quick Ratio, during the final two years—implying potential short-term financial challenges. Overall, the company has shown signs of post-pandemic recovery and growth, although better working capital management is necessary to ensure long-term financial stability.
