Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Determine the marketing strategy of Hisana Fried Chicken's fast food business through a SWOT analysis. In Determining the marketing strategy it is Necessary to know the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses or SAP analysis, external factors of opportunities and threats or ETOP analysis. The design used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were branch heads, employees and consumers. Sample of this research is branches, employees and consumers at Hisana Fried Chicken outlet, Panglima Denai. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument was Carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of the Data used is by reductio of data, the data presentation, and conclusion drawing.

Abstract

PT XYZ (CMSS) is a subsidiary of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana (CSA) which is engaged in the distribution of building materials - giving birth to the concept of building material shopping under one roof in Indonesia under the name Mitra10. As an anticipation step towards the era of globalization and the free market of AFTA in 2003, where all Asian countries can do business freely in member countries such as in their own countries, then entering the retail business is felt important to strengthen networks, survive, and develop even more rapidly. So that researchers are interested in examining the incentives and performance satisfaction of work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. So we get a few conclusions from this study. The incentive variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. This is seen through the t-incentive value of 3.714 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.051 and also has a significant t level of 0.001 smaller than alpha 0.05. So the alternative hypothesis related to the variable is accepted. The performance satisfaction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. This is seen through the t-incentive value of 3.222 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.051 and also has a significant level of t of 0.003 smaller than alpha 0.05. So the alternative hypothesis related to the variable is accepted. The incentive and performance satisfaction variables jointly influence work loyalty at PT XYZ Medan. This can be seen through the value of F-count = 16.126 and the significance (p-value) = 0.000, it can be concluded that the F-count (16.126) is greater than the F-table (2.95) and the p-value (0.001) is smaller than sig-α = (0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance.This research is a quantitative study with an associative method. The analysis method uses the questionnaire method. The population in this study were employees of PT. XYZ , amounting to 55 people. The statistical tests used are the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2), have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of PT. XYZ .

Abstract

Strong goals and desires are one of the meanings of commitment. These words are always demanded of individuals who are undergoing a relationship between individuals and agencies or organizations. Commitment is characterized by a form of positive loyalty, active in the work. Where these individuals are willing to give everything in order to realize the goals and continuity of the organization. When we commit ourselves in the heart, then every job carried out becomes lighter. Energy, totality, compactness and confidence to achieve a goal of mutual success will be created by itself. Commitment is a complete acknowledgment, as an attitude that originates in one's character. Commitment is not limited to words but a series of actions to realize a promise becomes a tangible proof, with a commitment we will get courage, high social stability and of course tolerance, so that we are able to survive in facing any difficult situation, because with our commitment is not easily provoked.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Product Quality on the Customer Satisfaction of Spotlights of PT XYX. The research method used is linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 191 customers and the sample was 131 luxent spotlight customers. The results of simultaneous and partial calculations of Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Service Quality affect the Customer Satisfaction Spotlights of PT XYX.

Abstract

In the world of banking, there is human resource management that is the spotlight and the foundation of a financial institution to survive. Human resources have a major role in an organizational activity and are the most important resources to win the competition. Especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 like today, it requires a bank to be trustworthy and able to provide the best customer service performance so that it can be accepted by the public. This study aims to determine the partial effect of customer service performance, and accountability on customer satisfaction, to determine the simultaneous effect of customer service performance, and accountability partially influence customer satisfaction PERUMDA BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan, and the two variables (customer service performance and accountability. ) which one has the most dominant influence on customer satisfactionm PERUMDA BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan. This study uses quantitative methods, the population used is the customers of PERUMDA BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan. The number of samples in this study were 100 customers using analysis tools of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). From the analysis using SPSS 22 for Windows. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the variables of customer service performance and accountability partially influence customer satisfaction, customer service and accountability variables simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. And the variable that has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PERUMDA BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan is accountability (X2)..
