Abstract

ABSTRACT             Employee performance is a level of employee success in carrying out their duties. There are some factors affecting employee performance; some of which are selection and training. Selection is an action to select employees who have the potential to fill positions needed by the company in the hope of making a positive contribution. Training is an activity compiled by the management that aims to improve the skills and abilities of employees to produce high performance so that the goals of the company are achieved. Employee performance can decrease due to a weak selection process and inappropriate training programs. PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) is an international supermarket group that provides daily basic needs. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The population used is all employees totaling 127 people. Determination of the sample in the study using the Slovin formula is 96 people, while for testing the validity taken 30 respondents outside the study sample. The results showed that simultaneous and partial selection and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a determinant coefficient of 0.742 or 74.2%, while the remaining 25.8% was influenced by other independent variables not examined. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneous and partial selection and training have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job training, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Surya Intimakmur's sustenance. The research is descriptive quantitative. The total population in this study was 150 people, so that a sample of 25% of the population was taken as many as 38 people. The independent variables consist of job training (X1), work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3), while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data in this study were analyzed by multiple linear regression test. The results of the study revealed that training, work motivation, and work discipline all had a significant impact on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. Surya Intimakmur's sustenance. The results showed that the variables of training, work motivation and work discipline explained their effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Intimakmur's sustenance is 79.60%. The remaining 20.40% is caused by the influence of unmeasured independent factors such as work environment variables, leadership style, compensation and incentives, and various other variables. Abstract

This research was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication and training on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Padang Bulan Branch. The nature of the research in this study is explanatory. The total population in this study was 84 and all of them were used as samples. The independent variables in this study consisted of motivation (X1), communication (X2) and training (X3), while employee performance was the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the data. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of motivation, communication and training have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan Padang Bulan Branch. Abstract

The background of the research in this study was to examine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and communication on employee performance at PT Putra Jaya Propita. Decreased employee performance becomes the basis for researchers to develop factors that cause decreased performance. The objects in this study were employees of PT Putra Jaya Propita with a total population of 76 employees. The research sample was 76 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Research limits theory to the use of theories related to human resource management. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with a causal study research model. The implementation of this research can be a consideration to pay attention to discipline, satisfaction and communication that occurs in the company and its impact on employee performance. The conclusions on the research results indicate that the study accepts the hypothesis that work discipline, job satisfaction and communication have an effect on employee performance at PT Putra Jaya Propita either simultaneously or partially with a determination value of 40.7%.. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Palmanco Inti Sawit Medan. The purpose of this study is mexamine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image and Distribution on Palmanco Cooking Oil Purchase Decisions at PT Palmanco Inti Sawit Medan. There is a decrease in purchasing decisions caused byService Quality, Brand Image and Distribution. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 167 customers and the number of samples in the study were 118 customers. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The test uses a linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is that Service Quality, Brand Image and Distribution have a positive and significant effect on Palmanco Cooking Oil Purchase Decisions at PT Palmanco Inti Sawit Medan

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Delta Agro Makmur Medan. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Distribution Channels and Promotion on Sales at PT Delta Agro Makmur Medan. The population in this study amounted to 139 cases and a sample of 94. The results showed that partially Service Quality has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Sales Volume. Partially Distribution Channels have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Sales Volume. Partially Promotion has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Sales Volume. Simultaneously, Service Quality, Distribution Channels, and Promotion have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Sales Volume at PT. Delta Agro Makmur Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the Price, Service Quality and Distribution of the Decision to Purchase Crude Palm Oil at PT Bangun Sempurna Lestari Medan. The population and sample in this study were 64 CPO customer participants. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The partial hypothesis calculation results obtained tcount> ttable or 2.806> 2,000 and the significant obtained 0.007 <0.05, means the partial significance of positive and significant prices on CPO purchases at PT Bangun Sempurna Lestari. The calculation result of hypothesis testing partially obtained tcount> ttable or 2.193> 2,000 and the significant obtained was 0.032 <0.05, meaning partial significance. Positive and significant service to CPO purchases at PT Bangun Sempurna Lestari. The partial hypothesis calculation results obtained tcount> ttable or 2.059> 2,000 and the significant obtained 0.044 <0.05, meaning partial. Positive and significant distribution of CPO purchases at PT Bangun Sempurna Lestari. The test results obtained calculated F value (11,240)> F table (2.76) and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, the simultaneous significance of Price, Service Quality and Distribution is positive and significant for CPO Purchasing Decisions at PT Bangun Sempurna Lestari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of segmentation, targeting, positioning, communication and price towards purchase decisions. This type of research is explanatory research. The entire population is 9.408consumer. Due to a large population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 10% so that there are as many as 99 respondents in the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test, and partial test. The results showed that segmentation, targeting, positioning, communication and price partially, andsimultaneously have a positive, and significant effect on purchase decision. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve the better segmentation, targeting, positioning, communication and price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and service quality towards customer satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research. The entire population is 352 store. Due to a large population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are as many as 187 respondents in the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test, and partial test. The results showed that price, product quality and service quality partially, andsimultaneously have a positive, and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve the better price, product quality and service quality.
