Abstract

PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is one of the growing BUMN banks. Since its establishment BRI has played a role in advancing the nation and the State through its attention towards the development of small businesses, while continuing to run a modern banking business and be ready to compete. Abstract

Mount Sinabung is an active mountain located in Karo District, North Sumatra. Mount Sinabung is the highest peak in the province of North Sumatra with an altitude of 2451 MDPL. The eruption of Mount Sinabung on the Karo soil made every village exposed to volcanic ash, and not only that, the existing plants in the area became damaged and made farmers fail to harvest. The tomato plants in the area around Mount Sinabung were damaged due to volcanic ash bursts, as a result the tomatoes failed to harvest and suffered losses. From the volcanic ash bursts, the tomatoes were damaged due to volcanic ash. Expert system is a system that uses human knowledge where this knowledge is entered into a computer and then used to solve problems that usually require human expertise or expertise. In probability theory and statistics, the Bayes theorem is a theorem with two different interpretations. In Bayes' interpretation, this theorem states how far the degree of subjective belief should change rationally when there are new clues. The Bayes theorem method is a good method in machine learning based on training data, using conditional probability as its basis.

Abstract

A decision support system is generally defined as a system capable of producing solutions and handling problems. Decision support systems are not intended to replace the role of decision makers, but to assist and support decision makers. Medan City is a big growing city, so it's no wonder there are so many shipping service partners that offer delivery services for the public. Where most of the shipping partners reach not only in Medan but also nationally and even internationally. Raya Utama travel is a travel agent that does not only serve flight and tour ticket sales. But it also serves passports and visas in various parts of the world, therefore every day it is necessary to send files for making these visas.

Abstract

Health is a valuable thing for humans because anyone can experience health problems, as well as humans who are very susceptible to various kinds of diseases but we don't realize the cause. The K-means algorithm is not affected by the order of objects used, this is proven when the author tries to randomly determine the starting point of the cluster center of one of the objects at the beginning of the calculation. The resulting number of cluster membership is the same when using another object as the starting point of the center of the cluster. However, this only affects the number of iterations performed. Object clustering (object clustering) is a process of object mining which aims to partition existing objects into one or more object clusters based on their characteristics. This study examines how to use the K-means Cluster Analysis Algorithm in case studies of human infectious diseases, namely Acute Respiratory Infection. Abstract

Irrigation is the use of water in agriculture to divide water into agricultural land, this is one of the factors that support the success of plant productivity. The success rate of implementing the irrigation function is measured from the performance of the existing irrigation system, so it is necessary to conduct an irrigation performance assessment. Performance appraisal based on Permen PU No. 32/2007 is carried out on 6 (six) parameters, namely; Physical Infrastructure, Planting Productivity, Supporting Facilities, Personnel Organization, Documentation and Water User Farmer Association (P3A). Currently, performance appraisal still depends on the experience of field officers or observers. For that we need a method that can measure the performance assessment of irrigation networks. One method that can be used to assess the performance of irrigation networks is by using the Promethee method which aims to reduce subjectivity with the method used by the center which is based on the PUPR Regulation No. 12 / PRT / M / 2015 concerning Guidelines for Exploitation and Maintenance of Irrigation Networks. The input data used is secondary data from the results of the irrigation network performance assessment in 2017 in several Irrigation Areas which still cover the work area of the Irrigation Management UPT Bah Bolon, Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya and Tata Ruang in Sumatera Utara province. The final results of the tests carried out on 14 alternatives and 6 criteria show that the alternative DI. Bah Kapul (179 Ha) (Code A005) is in the first rank with the highest net flow value of 0.9048 while the 14th or last rank is occupied by the alternative DI. Javacolonisasi / Purbogondo (1,030 Ha) (Code A009) with a net flow value of -1.4286.
