Abstract

Ikonos imagery is a satellite image that has high spatial resolution with an accuracy of one meter pixels for panchromatic and four meters to multispektral. Ikonos imagery is often used to map the process, view, measure and memoniotring areas of work/activities on the Earth. Ikonos image of Government also often use it for things like national security evaluation against the occurrence of the disaster, city planning, mineral exploration and mine planning monitoring of agriculture, and others. Image digital imaging results over long distances using satellite is often there are disturbances in the form of light distortion, noise or other distractions that cause the object on the image less obvious or obscure. This discussion on the research being done is knowing the process of detection on image by calculating the difference between two dots are bertetanggan, and is in the process of smoothing and thresholding on image ikonos. The methods used in this research is a method of Marr-Hilderth. In addition, a process that is done on this research is conducting a testing method against Marr-Hilderth, which can be implemented to fix the blurry objects on images ikonos. The results of this research is to generate image ikonos with display clear object with the menerapakan method of the Marr-Hilderth and tested using the matlab application version 7.8 (r2009a).Keywords: Ikonos image, image processing, method of Marr-Hilderth, Matlab 7.8

Abstract

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Abstract

Follow said or speech act is to include a component of language and nonbahasa that describe the Acts language intact involving someone in the conversation for the delivery of the mandate. Batak is one of the tribes that are in the North sumatra province which has its own regional languages. Batak region has many languages spoken that have their own special meanings commonly used batak on each process festivities batak. In General, any person who has a marga batak in particular, will be required to perform its role in accordance with the roles have in attending ceremonies or else speak sapa with other families. Many said the word in the language area of the batak batak descent are sometimes obliged to remember it and sometimes there are that have yet to find out its meaning. It is an obvious problem for the people of batak especially for living in urban areas because of the technological developments that erode customs. The solution of these problems is by way of designing a media information in the form of the application is the meaning of the said in the batak are easily accessible and easily understood by the public. Word search techniques used in this research is the turbo algorithm boyer moore. The Turbo Boyer-Moore algorithm is an algorithm that was developed originally is Boyer-Moore Algorithm. Abstract

The Medan Central Bureau of Statistics is tasked with surveying data or calculating quality statistical data and information which includes accuracy of relevance and also for price standardization or determination. The problem in setting the price standard is because many companies raise prices without surveying data first and some other companies do not adjust the price of one to another. To handle this, one method is needed to study and analyze Distributor Item Price data to be uniform, using knowledge of artificial neural network analysis using the Levenberg-Marquardt method. With this activity the Medan Central Bureau of Statistics hopes that the company in an effort to increase customer satisfaction with the products produced can be done by producing a product or item with high quality and quality with balanced pricing in accordance with the conditions in the market (adjusted to community income). The results obtained through this study are the uniformity of the prices of distributor goods in the market, which have previously been through the process of testing and applying mathematically statistically using matlab software.Keywords: Artificial Neural Networks, Levenberg-Marquardt Method, Distributor Prices, MATLAB

Abstract

Compressed files require less disk space than files that are not compressed, so compressing is useful for backing up data by using storage space to be small or to send information over the Internet faster. MP3 makes the audio format often used because the data stored resembles the original data when recorded and has a size that is not too large compared to other formats. Users besides storing song files, they also store videos and other files and users also want the highest quality data and minimum quantity (size). So to make a lot of empty space and have a size of data that is not large on storage media, a compression method that means to shorten the size of the bits needed for data is needed. Algorithms used in the compression process, including the Levenstein algorithm which is a type of lossless compression. Applying the Levenstein algorithm to the compression process the author wants to know the performance of compression when done by compressing MP3 files, so that large MP3 files will be compressed into smaller sizes, so that the transmission process is carried out faster and reduces the data storage location.Keywords: MP3, File, Levenstein

Abstract

Bantuan Rastra merupakan program pemerintah yang diberikan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan ketahanan pangan dalam rumah tangga, mengatasi kemiskinan dan sekaligus memberikan perlindungan sosial kepada masyarakat yang tidak mampu. Pemilihan penerima bantuan rastra sudah menjadi tugas perangkat desa memilih siapa saja layak untuk mendapatkan bantuan rastra. Mendukung keputusan pemilihan penerima bantuan rastra yang sifatnya multi alternative maka diperlukan metode pendukung keputusan. Metode MABAC adalah salah satu metode pendukung keputusan yang jenis keputusannya multi alternative, metode ini dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan bantuan rastra dengan optimal. MABAC merupakan metode perbandingan multikriteria. Metode ini dipilih karena, metode ini menyediakan stabil (konsisten) solusi dan handal untuk pengambilan keputusan rasional, dibandingkan dengan metode lain multi-kriteria pengambilan keputusan (SAW, COPRAS, Moora, TOPSIS dan VI-KOR). Menerapkan metode MABAC dalam proses pendukung keputusan pemilihan penerimaan bantuan ranstra, metode MABAC memiliki 6 langkah proses yaitu Forming initial decision matrix, Normalization of initial matrix, Calculation of weighted matrix, Determination of border approximate area matrix, Calculation of matrix elements of alternative distance from the border approximate area, Ranking alternatives.   Kata Kunci: RASTRA, SPK, MABAC

Abstract

Kriptografi adalah ilmu tentang menjaga kerahasiaan informasi aspek, yang dapat mengancam keamanan informasi oleh metode matematika tertentu dan teknik. Dengan berprinsip pada definisi super enkripsi yaitu, sebuah konsep enkripsi yang menggunakan kombinasi dari dua atau lebih teknik substitusi dan permutasi dari kode, untuk mendapatkan algoritma yang lebih dapat diandalkan (sulit belum terpecahkan). Proses mengirim dan menerima pesan ini sangat rentan terhadap upaya pencurian, penyadapan, pembajakan, pemerasan dan banyak hal lain untuk informasi. Karena beberapa hal di atas, Aplikasi kriptografi sangat dibutuhkan di menjaga kerahasiaan pesan. Dalam studi ini penulis akan merancang aplikasi penyandian teks menggunakan algoritma ROT13 dan sandi jaringan algoritma segitiga (TCC). Algoritma ROT13 adalah salah satu algoritma dari perkembangan pergantian Cipher Caesar algoritma. Metode ROT13 adalah metode enkripsi yang mengubah huruf ke huruf berbaring posisi 13 dari surat asli. Algoritma kriptografi segitiga jaringan Cipher adalah algoritma yang dibuat untuk memperbaiki algoritma kriptografi klasik terutama algoritma substitusi tunggal alfabet sangat rentan dengan teknik analisis frekuensi. Kekuatan cipher terletak di kunci yaitu nilai integer yang menunjukkan pergeseran karakter-karakter sesuai dengan operasi pada caesar cipher.

Abstract

Pengolahan citra digital merupakan proses yang bertujuan untuk memanipulasi dan menganalisa citra dengan bantuan komputer. Salah satu teknik pengolahan citra yang di gunakan adalah deteksi tepi (edge detection). Deteksi tepi adalah proses untuk menentukan lokasi titk-titik yang merupakan tepi objek. Data yang digunakan dalam deteksi tepi berupa citra digital. Citra dari sudut pandang matematis, merupakan fungsi menerus (continue) dari intensitas cahaya pada bidang dua dimensi f(x,y), dengan x dan y adalah koordinat special dan amplitudo f  pada pasangan (x,y) yang disebut intensitas atau derajat keabuan citra pada titik tersebut. Jika x, y, dan f  semuanya berhingga, dan nilainya diskrit, citra tersebut merupakan citra digital. Menurut Ayu Leonitami, Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pendektesian tepi adalah menggunakan metode Robinson operator 3 level. Pendektesian Robinson operator 3 level bukan hanya melakukan proses pendektesian tepi dari arah vertikal dan horisontal saja seperti metode Robert’s operator dan sobel operator lebih sensitive terhadap tepi diagonal, sedangkan robinson operator 3 level  melakukan pencarian tepi dengan menggunakan delapan arah mata angin, sama halnya dengan proses pendektesian tepi prewitt dan kirsch operator bedanya hanya pada nilai kernel (mask).

Abstract

Data adalah sesuatu yang belum mempunyai arti bagi penerimanya dan masih memerlukan adanya suatu pengolahan. Data bisa berujut suatu keadaan, gambar, suara, huruf, angka, matematika, bahasa ataupun simbol-simbol lainnya yang bisa kita gunakan sebagai bahan untuk melihat lingkungan, obyek, kejadian ataupunsuatu konsep. Besarnya ukuran data yang harus dikirim melampaui kecepatan transmisi yang dimiliki oleh perangkat keras yang ada, sehingga masih terdapat delay time yang relatife besar. Selain media penyimpanan seperti floppy disk, hard disk, dan compact disk mempunyai kapasitas yang terbatas. Ada banyak teori dan algoritma  untuk kompresi data, diantaranya metode Huffman, Run- Legth Encoding (RLE), Lempel-Zip-Weleh (LZW), Shanon – Fano, dan beberapa algoritma lainnya.

Abstract

Fuji apples (Malus Domestika) are fruits that contain a lot of antioxidants. Besides the fruit flesh, the apple also contains pectin. Fuji apples are red and have a yellow line. The size of apples can affect the selling price of apples, the determination of the size of apples can be seen from the size of the diameter, measuring the diameter of apples is usually done visually by comparing apples. Based on these problems, a research is needed to develop a system to determine the diameter of fuji apples by using image processing techniques to find the diameter. This measurement process uses the matlab application and tests with the sobel edge detection method and image processing to see the more visible edges of the lines. The results showed that the developed system was able to obtain images and identify the diameter of fuji apples
