Unemployment is a big problem faced by the Indonesian people from year to year besides poverty. Therefore it is necessary to predict the level of open unemployment in Indonesia so that later the government and private parties have the right references and references to work together to overcome this problem. The prediction method used is Resilient Backpropagation which is one method of Artificial Neural Networks which is often used for data prediction. The research data used is open unemployment data according to the highest education completed in 2005-2018 based on the semester obtained from the website of the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. Based on this data a network architecture model will be formed and determined, including 12-6-2, 12-12-2, 12-18-2, 12-24-2, 12-12-12-2, 12-12-18 -2, 12-18-18-2 and 12-18-24-2. From these 8 models after training and testing, the results show that the best architectural model is 12-18-2 (12 is the input layer, 18 is the number of hidden neurons and 2 is the output layer). The accuracy of the architectural model for semester 1 and semester 2 is 75% with an MSE value of 0.0022135087 and 0.0044974696

Metode Resilient merupakan salah satu metode Jaringan Saraf Tiruan yang sering digunakan untuk melakukan sebuah prediksi, terutama pada data times series (berkelanjutan). Metode ini mampu melakukan prediksi dengan belajar dari data-data yang sudah pernah terjadi sebelumnya dengan terlebih dahulu membentuk model arsitektur jaringan yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membahas tentang model arsitektur jaringan terbaik yang tepat untuk melakukan prediksimenggunakan metode Resilient. Metode ini pengembangan dari metode Backpropagation. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data pengangguran terbuka menurut pendidikan tertinggi yang ditamatkan di Indonesia tahun 2005-2018 berdasarkan semester, yang bersumber dari Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas) yang diperoleh dari website Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Berdasarkan data ini akan dibentuk dan ditentukan model arsitektur jaringan yang digunakan dengan metode Resilient, antara lain 12-6-2, 12-12-2, 12-18-2, 12-24-2, 12-12-12-2, 12-12-18-2, 12-18-18-2 dan 12-18-24-2. Dari 8 model ini setelah dilakukan pelatihan dan pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa model arsitektur terbaik adalah 12-18-2 (12 adalah input layer, 18 adalah jumlah neuron hiden layer dan 2 adalah output layer). Tingkat akurasi dari model arsitektur untuk semester 1 dan semester 2 ini adalah 75% dengan nilai MSE sebesar 0,00052083 dan 0,00105823.

With the development of the times, online shopping applications have begun to emerge that make it easier for buyers and sellers to sell and buy goods without the hassle of running. But with so many applications that make people confused about which application is best used. Therefore the author wants to help the community in determining the best application by using a decision support system using the Electre II method, it is hoped that this research can help recommend the best online applications for the community.

The Gunung Maligas District Office is a government agency tasked with running a government program, namely the Social Assistance Receipt program, to run the social assistance program, many residents complain that they do not receive assistance, while some residents who are considered capable actually get assistance, where each aid program is have different criteria in determining the recipient. Due to the large number of existing aid programs with different criteria in determining the acceptance of the aid program, of course, local government staff will have difficulty in conducting the selection process. So we need a system that is able to help local government staff to more easily determine the recipients of the social assistance. Based on the historical data of beneficiaries, recommendations for the classification of beneficiaries can be made that will assist government staff. Classification can be done using the C4.5 algorithm. In this study, it has parameters, namely, occupation, income, housing conditions and number of dependents. By applying the C4.5 data mining algorithm, it is hoped that it will make it easier and faster for government staff to determine the recipients of social assistance at the Gunung Maligas District Office.

Menjaga kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan terutama di masa pandemi Covid- 19 sekarang. Salah satu protokol yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah bagi masyarakat yang berkegiatan di ruang umum atau fasilitas terbuka adalah memeriksa suhu tubuh. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat rancang bangun alat pengukur suhu tubuh berbasis arduino uno dan hasilnya akan ditampilkan di LCD Digital. Alat pengukur suhu tubuh ini memanfaatkan sensor GY-906 untuk mengukur suhu dalam satuan celcius dan Buzzer sebagai sensor alarm. Data suhu tubuh juga ditampilkan pada LCD 16x2 (cm) yang terdapat pada alat. Hasil pengujian alat ukur suhu tubuh akan di coba langsung ke pegawai dan siswa. Alat pengukur suhu tubuh ini diharapkan dapat dipasang di lokasi bimbingan belajar untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap pegawai dan siswa yang akan beraktifitas di tempat tersebut, operator dapat berdiri di meja kendali sehingga tidak kontak langsung dengan pegawai dan siswa maupun tamu yang datang ke tempat bimbingan belajar tersebut

Indirectly, this website design includes the terms used in making designs. Focus on the appearance, but will not eliminate the main function of the website that is being designed. Able to provide additional convenience for visitors and website readers. For the purpose of making your own web design by becoming one of the communication media. This goal will convey information in real time and quickly. Meanwhile, in making your own design, the website requires special skills. Therefore, web design training is deemed necessary to be applied to entities that concentrate in the field of software engineering since school age. The training and competency test for the National Examination is carried out using the method of delivering lectures on web design material, questions and answers and discussions, practicum and evaluation of the results of the practicum.

Technological improvements and rapid population growth are now encouraging mineral water companies to continue to innovate and expand their market network in order to continue to survive and compete with companies - companies. A product that can be desired by consumers must be able to provide satisfaction to consumers who consume these products. In realizing the goals to achieve customer satisfaction, companies must be able to learn in advance about products that consumers are interested in, habits carried out by consumers, why consumers are interested in consuming these items, and how many products are needed by consumers. The author wants clean water customers which will be clustered using the K-means algorithm to do which provinces will get customers of clean water companies.

Pengembangan ilmi serta teknologi sekarang semakin kedepan akan semakin maju karena sangat dibutuhkannya pengetahuan berbasis website. Pelatihan pembuatan website dengan PHP dan MySQL yang dilakukan pada SMK Negeri 1 Siantar dikarenakan pada SMK Negeri 1 tersebut dirasa belum maksimal dalam pengetahuan teknologi informasi yang telah diajarkan dikarenakan kondisi pandemi dan belajar daring, maka sebab itu pengabdian ini dilakukan. Adapun peserta dalam pengabdian ini adalah Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Siantar . Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan suatu pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk pembuatan Website dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL kepada para siswa dan siswi di SMK Negeri 1 Siantar. Adapun manfaat dari pelatihan ini adalah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan para siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Siantar dalam membuat website perpustakaan berbasis database mysql. Pentingnya pelatihan ini bagi SMK Negeri 1 Siantar karena dengan melihat perkembangan zaman tentang teknologi yang canggih oleh sebab itu siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Santar juga dituntut untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi tersebut agar dalam proses ujian kompetensi keahlian nantinya mendapatkan nilai yang baik
