Abstract

Diseases of the digestive system are a type of disease that often attacks rabbits. This disease is also one of the causes of death in rabbits. This is based on interviews with veterinarians who say that, if diseases of the digestive system are not given the treatment quickly and precisely it will cause death in rabbits. Most veterinarians only open practices in big cities, so it is not uncommon for rabbit breeders who are late in giving treatment to diseases of the digestive system suffered by their pet rabbits. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to create an expert system that can help rabbit keepers and veterinarians in diagnosing diseases in the digestive system of rabbits, because so far there has not been any application to deal with this. The Fuzzy Expert System method will calculate every symptom experienced by rabbits by using the inference method from mamdani. In the Mamdani method, both input and output variables are divided into one or more fuzzy sets. The end result will be done by the process of processing a fuzzy set obtained from the composition of fuzzy rules to produce output in the form of a number in the fuzzy set domain, while this process is called affirmation (defuzzification). From the results of testing the system using the visual basic 2008 program is good to use, but still needs a lot of development in applying it to the expert system

Abstract

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is one of the artificial representations of the human brain that always tries to simulate the learning process of the human brain. Backpropagation training algorithm or can be translated into back propagation, first formulated by Werbos and popularized by Rumelhart and McCelland to be used in ANN, and then this algorithm is usually appointed as BP. Abstract

Islamic Shari'a (The word syara 'etymologically means "paths that can be traveled by water"), meaning that the path traveled by humans towards God. Sharia Islamiyyah is an Islamic law, or regulation, which regulates all aspects of the life of Muslims. In addition to containing laws, rules and guidelines for life, Islamic law also contains the key to solving all problems of human life both in the world and the hereafter. Many Islamic Sharia must be known to every Muslim because by studying Islamic Sharia a Muslim will know which obligations and rights as a servant of Allah SWT. In general, Muslims need fiqh books or fiqh books to help find law in Islam. But often Muslims do not bring books or books of jurisprudence, because books have a large size because there are so many discussions in them. The use of books or books is also considered to be long enough in the search for Islamic Sharia so that slowing Muslims in learning. The zhu-takaoka algorithm is a string matching algorithm that can search words with a lot of shifts, namely with an array of 2 (two) dimensions. The core process of searching for the zhu-takaoka algorithm is to search for words using the Right-to-left scan rule technique. Each shift in the word search process is determined by the shift values ​​in the Good Suffix Shift Rule and Bad-Charcter Shift Rule tables. Abstract

Lecturer is a person who works as a lecturer in tertiary institutions. In the broad definition of lecturers, lecturers are professional and scientific educators with the main task of transforming, developing and disseminating science, technology and arts through education, research and community service. (Law-RI No.1 of 2005 article 1 (2) About Teachers and Lecturers). From this article 1 it should be emphasized that a lecturer is not only a professional educator at a university, but also a scientist. Abstract

Types of multimedia that are developed and known by all groups, namely photos, videos, images, moving to images can be inserted into audio and so forth. Piracy of information or data in the type of multimedia that is confidential is often revealed to the public and known to the public. Based on these problems, it is necessary to secure information in the form of images using Cryptography. Cryptography is knowledge or skill that observes and examines how to encrypt images that are in the owner's secret to remain safe and cannot be duplicated which is guaranteed and confidentiality is maintained. Based on these problems we need a base 64 algorithm that has an encryption process to be able to help secure an image or information that is confidential. DCT algorithm is able to liken an image or information with very strong security

Abstract

This Decision Support System aims to provide information, guide, provide predictions and direct information users to be able to make better decisions. Decision Support System is the implementation of decision-making theories that have been introduced by sciences such as Operation Research and Management Science, the only difference is that if first to find a solution to the problem at hand it must be calculated manually iteration (usually to find the minimum and maximum values ). At Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Seluma, each year it will select regional superior products from all products in each UKM in the Seluma Regency environment. However, the product evaluation process for each UKM is still done manually through the form provided by Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Seluma. Abstract

As for the search for the location of dental clinics at this time is the existence of dental clinic locations in the city of Medan a little. Because of the small number, it is difficult for the community to find the location of the dental clinic. And requires a system to search the intended location. Where in this system there is location information, which consists of the name and address to get to the location of the dental clinic using the Android-based taboo search algorithm. Based on these problems, the writer will discuss about making Geographic Information Systems Searching Location of Dental Clinics in Medan City Using Taboo Search Algorithm. This system is made using Android-based, where in this system there is location information, consisting of an address, as well as route routes that can be used to get to the location of the Dental Clinic. In this system can only see and search for information on Dental Clinics in the city of Medan. With a simple and easy-to-understand system for the public to access information on locating Dental Clinic locations, it can be used as an effort to introduce technology based on geographic information systems to the public

Abstract

Business is always traversed by competing all companies always thinking of ways to make the company always go forward and the company can continue to survive in developing the business if the company will not decline. The company wants to know the number of sales at PT. Anugerah Alam Semesta Raya to obtain the most popular sales data analysis for the sale of fuel types. One of the factors in clustering the sale of fuel oil is to facilitate the sale of fuel oil by means of grouping. One problem in inventory is the difficulty in determining the large amount of inventory that must be provided in meeting the demand. It often happens that a company has too little inventory compared to consumer demand. Reviewing the company directly regarding the process of selling fuel at the company by processing it by clustering the previous sales data to produce a prediction about further sales in order to be better. Unstable sales will result in a company's precenomian can be weakened with the word another company must obtain a technique in terms of managing sales of fuel oil in the future, so that it can produce a prediction with good accuracy in drawing a conclusion

Abstract

Expert system is a system that combines human knowledge into a computer designed to mimic the expertise of an expert in solving problems such as those done by experts, and with the existence of an expert system can help doctors get information in diagnosing disease. Phyllodes tumors are rare fibroepithelial malignancy neoplasms and this disease is also quite a step, the incidence is only about 0.3-0.9% of all breast tumors, these tumors appear and continue to grow, while some types of phyllodes tumor disease in the malignant category and benign, mammary cancer, fibroadenoma tumor, mastitis, gynecomastia, paget cancer. By applying the shafer dempster method aims to diagnose phyllodes tumor disease based on phyllodes tumor symptoms, the results of the study are expected to make it easier for doctors to provide diagnostic results accurately, so as to produce results that match the patient's symptoms

Abstract

Account Officers are the main part that handles credit analysis and are required to have expertise and skills and have mastery of theoretical knowledge. The process of accepting an Account Officer (AO) is often a problem that needs to be dealt with, so far the process of accepting an Account Officer (AO) depends only on the administrative aspects or it can be said to be merely file selection without regard that applicants have the ability in that position. The need to get employees working as Account Officers (AO) is not an easy problem, many problems can be solved by using SPK. The method used in the Account Officer acceptance decision support system is the extended promethee II (EXPROM II) method. Exprom II is one of the methods of determining the order or priority in multi-criteria analysis. Exprom II compares one alternative to another and calculates the distance, the difference in alternative pairs in order to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest flow value. It is hoped that the results of this study can help the bank in North Sumatra in determining the account officer who is suitable to work at the bank in North Sumatra
