Abstract

Artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence) is a system that adopts knowledge from experts into an expert system, so that the computer can do as it is done by experts (experts) who act and can assist in providing solutions and making knowledge-based decisions appropriately. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques in solving problems, and usually can only be solved by an expert in a particular field. Expert systems add value to technology to help doctors diagnose diseases and provide information about types of diseases, as well as symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease (a disease that occurs when the body is attacked by the body's immune system and attacks joints) which results in inflammation that causes inflammation and pain. This disease is often affected by hands, feet and knees. Rheumatism can affect the ability to carry out daily activities such as writing, opening bottles, wearing clothes, and carrying things. The application of the forward chaining method in this expert system aims to diagnose rheumatoid arthritis in humans based on the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the expert system of diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis in humans is expected to help doctors (experts) in providing accurate and precise diagnosis, so that patients know what disease they are suffering from

Abstract

Qanun is a set of rules that have binding power and force Muslims to carry out the rules or laws. there are still many people who do not know about the existing rules in the area of ​​Aceh, the understanding of qanun and the sentence imposed for violating the qanun, the use of books is also considered to be long enough in the search for articles on the qanun, so it requires a long process of determining the sentence imposed for the actions of violators of the qanun. Berry Ravindran's algorithm works in two phases, namely the preprocessing phase and the search phase and start pattern matching from left to right. This algorithm is often implemented in various string search functions, such as for Find and Replace functions, DNA matching, and so on. For the preprocessing phase, a calculation is performed to determine the number of shifts and after that a search phase is carried out by matching strings from left to right. If there is a mismatch, the pattern will be shifted according to the rules of the Berry Ravindran algorithm. The author hopes to be able to know the special law of Aceh qanun based on mobile devcie. and Facilitate the search for Aceh qanun. And so that the public can know the law in Aceh, only by using an Android-based mobile device that already has a special law search application for Aceh qanun

Abstract

The process of counting quail chicks on farms using manual method is by moving 2 quail chicks on a cardboard that has been provided continuously until the amount specified. Calculations using this method can take a long time and it could be wrong in the calculation so the calculation must be repeated. Digital image is a picture of an object that is analog in the form of video signals on television monitors, mobile phones or is digital that can be directly stored on a storage medium. Digital imagery can also be used as segmentation, counting, detection, tracking and recognition. In this case the digital image will be able to detect the number of quail chicks through several processes before detecting. By using the morphology of dilation and erosion images, it can be done separating overlapping or close together quails. Detection of quail using the BLOB method, in this case a digital image will be able to detect an object that is either moving or not. Blob or blob detection method is detecting a collection of pixel dots that have different colors (lighter or darker).

Abstract

Jersey has become a new outbreak that has blended among the people of Indonesia, no longer used by men even the jersey has been used by women. No wonder that jersey is often found in places that have nothing to do with football, such as: campuses, public roads, malls, and banks in enlivening certain events. With so much community interest in jersey, the jersey shop owner has the opportunity to earn huge profits. Moreover, the world cup which is held every 4 years makes the euphoria of the people become big. But in fact there is still often a shortage of stock which causes the store to waste the opportunity that exists from an event or an excess stock of goods that will make the store suffer losses due to unsold goods. Prediction is done to estimate the value for the future to take a decision. This study uses the support vector machine method is expected to be able to predict sales of 2018 world cup jersey. By using the polynominal kernel function to get a predictive value, and the results concluded are the support vector machine method is able to predict sales of 2018 world cup jersey.

Abstract

The segmentation process in digital images is done with edge detection to provide a target path along the edge (edge) of the image object. The edge in the image is the area on the edge of the image object with strong contrast intensity, so that the intensity jumps from one pixel to another. Edge detects images by significantly reducing the amount of data and filtering out useless filtering, and also preserving the important properties needed in the image in this case which supports the appearance of the edges of the image. Edge Detection in an image of a process that results in the edges of image objects, the purpose is to mark the details of the image and to improve the details of the blurred image, which occurs due to errors or the effects of the acquisition process image. There are many methods for detecting this edge, but the method for locating this edge is characteristic of the "gradient filter" category and is included for searching image segmentation using the Khutlang method.

Abstract

The process of segmentation in digital images that separates an object from the background or background can be obtained from the RGB value in each pixel on a digital image so that the object can be processed for other purposes. Along with the development of technology in applications that process digital images, the process of segmentation is becoming increasingly necessary. The results of segmentation must also be more accurate because if the segmentation results are inaccurate it will affect the results of the next process. In general, the segmentation process is divided into three parts based on classification, based on edges and by region. From an image information can be obtained in accordance with the interests, but sometimes on existing images can not be obtained directly the information needed. There are times when it is difficult to process information from an image directly in plain view by only relying on the sense of sight. This is understandable, considering that the image is a large collection of dots of color. One alternative to help display and process this information is by segmentation.

Abstract

Cha Cha Mart store is a company engaged in the sale of basic commodities, which is in the city of Batam. The Cha Cha Mart store sells various types of products so that every day the Cha Cha Mart store conducts many transactions, the transaction data that occurs is not managed properly so that the accumulation of data in the database. One way that is used to utilize data that is piled up is to process the data using a priori algorithm calculation techniques which are part of data mining techniques. A priori algorithm is expected to help the Cha Cha Mart Store to determine the products that are often sold simultaneously and determine the placement of goods in accordance with consumer habits. The a priori algorithm calculation results are supported by the use of tanagra application. One of the algorithm techniques used is the analysis of high frequency patterns in which in this study all the rules have a lift value of more than 1 (one) support of 10% and 55% confidence so that it can be used as a reference to increase sales

Abstract

Chicken is one of the most desirable types of birds for breeding. However, the maintenance of any kind of chicken tended to be prone to attack by various diseases. This situation resulted in a chicken farmer has a high dependence on veterinarian or chicken expert. That requires that information technology expert system that can help diagnose diseases of chicken and can be used anywhere and anytime. In this study designed a web-based expert system that is able to diagnose and provide solutions for chicken diseases. Inference method used is a forward chaining and using search techniques depth first search. This expert system will show choice of symptoms which can be chosen by user, where each choice of symptoms will lead the user to the next choice of symptoms until get the final results. At the final results, the expert system displays the name of the disease is diagnosed, symptoms, description of disease, and disease solutions

Abstract

PT Pegadaian (Persero) is an Indonesian financial sector BUMN that is engaged in goods pawning services. The purpose of the information system governance audit at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch is to determine the level of maturity in the PASSION system. the system has been running well and then conducted an audit to find out whether the system used has been efficiently and effectively supporting business processes. This research focuses on performance measurement, and the method used in this study is the Cobit 4.1 framework which contains 3 subdomains, PO7, DS1, ME4. The results of this study the level of information system maturity in the PO7 domain with a value of 2.34, the DS1 domain with a value of 2.37, and at the ME4 domain with a value of 3.54. so the maturity level of PT Pegadaian (pesero) Bengkong Branch information system is an average of level 3 (Defined)

Abstract

People with visual impairment are one of the community groups that need special attention from the surrounding area, because this group experiences difficulties in social life. Not only that, blind people also experience difficulties in their daily lives due to their disabilities, such as reading and memorizing the Qur'an juz 30. The current media does not make it easy for blind people to be able to choose surahs and verses of the Qur'an ' juz 30 that you want to memorize randomly. Application for Al-Qur'an Audio Juz 30 for people with visual impairment using Android-based Voice Recognition is a solution to overcome the above problems. Application for Al-Qur'an Audio Juz 30 for people with visual impairments using Android-based Voice Recognition equipped with a speech recognition system or Google Speech API developed by Google to recognize various kinds of human voices as input commands to the application and use the Arduino UNO module as the main controller in a tool for processing data on an SD card that can be read by the DFPlayer module so that it can recite the surah and verses contained in Al-Qur'an Juz 30. The voice command mode of calling the Qur'an juz 30 can be used in two modes, namely the selection mode per surah and selection mode per verse. Besides this application has a voice notification feature as a reminder for blind people to memorize the Qur'an juz 30 every day. Test results on these applications and tools show that applications and tools designed to function properly
