Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze the prospects and challenges of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia, as well as get a broader view of Sharia Insurance and be able to deepen understanding of the prospects and challenges of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely literature study, and observation by visiting the official website of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) to obtain relevant data. Indonesia has a society that is predominantly Muslim so it has a large market share and opportunity. However, this does not fully make people interested in using Sharia Insurance products so that it becomes a challenge in the development of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia. Some of the challenges faced by Sharia Insurance products are starting from the lack of professional human resources, the absence of comprehensive information dissemination and the lack of public awareness of insurance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effective analysis of the financial performance of non-profit institutions for case studies at legal aid institutions in Banda Aceh. The data collection technique is using secondary data, namely documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses the working capital ratio, current ratio, and Boppo ratio. . The results of the study show that the highest working capital ratio is in 2020, namely 522.95% in the inefficient category and the lowest is in 2021, which is 8.01% and is categorized as very efficient. The Current Ratio in 2020 was 522.95 very effective and in 2021 it was 5.229 ineffective. The highest Boppo was in 2020, namely 118.85%, which was in the very effective category, and the lowest was in 2021, which was 63.28%, which was categorized as less effective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and earnings per share (EPS) on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018- 2021. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sub-sector that are listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. The sample used is a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period that meets the sample selection criteria. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. The results show that simultaneously the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and earnings per share (EPS) affect stock prices in manufacturing companies. the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. Partially the current ratio (CR) and earnings per share (EPS) have a positive effect on stock prices while the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a negative effect on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

Cost Plus Pricing analysis is used to determine the selling price of the product at Bu Tik's geprekan stall in Kediri. The purpose of this research is to use cost plus pricing analysis to determine the selling price of the product at Warung Geprekan Bu Tik in Kediri. This method takes into account production costs and operational costs and adds a profit margin to determine the appropriate selling price. The results of this analysis indicate that the selling price which is determined using cost plus pricing can increase Warung Geprekan Bu Tik's revenue and provide stable profits for stall owners.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of ROA and NPM on the capital structure of PT. BPR TULUS. The data used consists of qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources. The data analysis technique employed is hypothesis testing. The results indicate that ROA has a non-significant negative effect on the capital structure. This suggests that the generated profits are primarily used to finance operational expenses rather than increasing capital or reducing debt. On the other hand, NPM has a significant positive effect on the capital structure. A higher NPM leads to a lower long-term debt to equity ratio. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company carefully considers expenses and loan terms, taking into account the interest rate, in order to achieve more efficient profits when utilizing debt s operational capital.

Abstract

Production planning is an activity used to plan a production strategy for goods or services, which requires a method that can be used to plan and control the production process. The method used to plan the production process is called the Master Production Schedule (MPS). The purpose of the MPS method is to make the production process more efficient and reduce unforeseen circumstances. This study investigates the effect of production planning on actual production. The study includes MPS data from January 2023 to April 2023, for a total of 59 MPS data. Data processing was carried out using linear regression processed with IBM SPSS 25.0 software. The results showed that production planning had a significant effect on actual data by 63.90%, besides that the hypothesis test showed an influence between production planning and actual production because the significance value was smaller than 0.05. at PT. United Tractors Pandu Engineering.

Abstract

The background of this research is how the people of Ungasan Village can get credit, which is one of the programs of the Bunga Bali Cooperative which is located at Jalan Melasti Banjar Kelod Ungasan – South Kuta. Thus, we can find out what the procedures are for granting credit to the cooperative. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative method where information and supporting data are used in collecting data using several methods, namely by using interviews, field studies and literature studies. The results of this study will provide a clear picture of how the procedure for granting credit to the community at the Bunga Bali Cooperative is. Looking at the results of the research, at the end of this study, the authors conclude that the Bunga Bali Cooperative has a very important role in helping support the local community's economy with a very simple credit granting procedure for the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Musyarakah financing on the increase of income for small businesses at PT BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Kantor Pusat. The data collection technique was conducted by gathering secondary data in the form of documents containing customer income from Musyarakah financing before and after the financing was provided. Out of a population of 391, the sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 98 samples, and the sample was drawn using the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques were carried out through descriptive statistics, normality tests, and hypothesis tests using SPSS 26.0. From the descriptive statistical results, it was found that the average income after financing was higher than before financing. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed that the data was not normally distributed, leading to the use of the nonparametric Wilcoxon Sign rank test for data comparison. The results of the Wilcoxon Sign rank test, an Asymp. A Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 was obtained, which is less than the critical limit of the research at 0.05. Thus, the research accepts the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejectsthe null hypothesis (Ho), indicating that there is a significant difference in income between before and after financing, and all samples experienced an increase in income after the financing or had a positive value.
