Abstract

Tujuan penelitian disini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak penurunan atau peningkatan PDRB di kota Batam pada tahun 2019 dan 2020, metode penelitian kita menggunakan penelitian studi pustaka, hasil penelitian kita dapat dilihat bahwa tahun 2020 PDRB di kota batam megalami penurunan dari pada tahun 2019.Kami menyimpulkan bahwa penyebab penurunan PDRB di kota batam bahwa karena pandemic covid-19 dan ada 3 item yang mengalami penurunan parah yaitu: jasa lain, akomodasi dan makanan minuman serta transportasi dan pergudangan.

Abstract

UMKM yang berdiri di Indonesia sendiri sangatlah banyak. Banyak dari generasi muda yang menjalankan bisnis UMKM ini dan mengembangkannya. Mulai dari bisnis UMKM di bidang kuliner, fashion dan masih banyak lagi, salah satunya salon. Salon merupakan umkm jasa yang cukup populer di kalangan masyarakat saat ini. Bukan karna banyak yang memulai usaha di bidang jasa, melainkan di populerkan oleh potongan rambutnya dan orang yang memotongnya. Adanya UMKM cukup berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. Begitu juga dengan UMKM Djakarta Salon. Adanya tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana UMKM Djakarta Salon ini mengelola permintaan dan kapasitas produksi yang ada. Dan hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menuliskan bahwa UMKM Djakarta Salon sudah cukup cakap dalam mengelola permintaan dan mengelola kapasitas produksi yang ada.

Abstract

In this era of globalization which is full of competition, fast and practical technological developments have helped increase efficiency in completing work. The positive impact of this development is also felt in the company's operations. By implementing good operational management, companies can improve efficiency, production effectiveness, and meet consumer needs. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing operational management before and after the COVID-19 pandemic at PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk. This type of research is qualitative with a document study research method with data collection in the form of documents and archives. With the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is possible that it will affect the performance of operational management. From the results of research on all management projects that have been implemented, such as project management that predicts a decrease or increase in the impact of a pandemic, by continuing to improve and adjust in terms of service, product quality, designing the right strategy, and using technology systems properly such as MRP and ERP . The results of this research are expected to provide an understanding of how paper companies face the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and to what extent their operational management can adapt. As for suggestions for further research such as reviewing operational management strategies in other companies with different approaches but still in the same field to provide more insight for paper companies in improving their operational management performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze the prospects and challenges of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia, as well as get a broader view of Sharia Insurance and be able to deepen understanding of the prospects and challenges of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely literature study, and observation by visiting the official website of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) to obtain relevant data. Indonesia has a society that is predominantly Muslim so it has a large market share and opportunity. However, this does not fully make people interested in using Sharia Insurance products so that it becomes a challenge in the development of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia. Some of the challenges faced by Sharia Insurance products are starting from the lack of professional human resources, the absence of comprehensive information dissemination and the lack of public awareness of insurance.
