The development of culture are a thing is not possible to evade, with of development of information technologies the development of culture has expanded until everywhere, even can change purity local culture where new culture came including also in culture local Aceh though .This discussion aims to look at about the influence of modern culture to existence local culture aceh that flourish with of development of information technologies .Discussion this was done in review texts and the results of research having relevance for the purpose subjects, writer take some forms of the development of culture and an effect on cultural took. Discussion results found that cultures aceh by deliberately is shifting and the community aceh by receptive the new culture , are evident in the form of intercommunication youth, degradation moral, divorce rates and affair, style intercommunication and social interaction s broader. Change and development of this culture has to be early protection for all stakeholders in Aceh to bore filterisasi culture to local culture Aceh in which to come.

Reading interest is one of the important keys for someone to gain knowledge and information. So by reading, students can get the knowledge that has been provided. The more often a student reads, the broader his knowledge and insight will be. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 15 Minute Literacy Movement in Fostering Reading Interest in Class 4 Autistic Students in Indonesian Language Subjects in Narrative Story Text Material at TNCC Banda Aceh Special School. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and studies. documentation. The subjects in this study were students of class IV Autism at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh, which consisted of two people, and the data analysis technique was carried out qualitatively with stages including: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation. (3) Triangulation, and (4) Verification / Conclusion Withdrawal. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Literacy Movement 15 minutes before the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is very effective in cultivating students’ reading interest in autism in class 4. This can be seen from the results of completeness of the indicators of the effectiveness of reading interest, with 15 minutes of Literacy activities for autistic students there are significant changes. in recognizing letters and students’ reading interest increases.

Communication is a process when a person or several people, groups, organizations, and society create and use information to connect with the environment and other people. The Mosque Prosperity Board needs good communication, one of which is external communication. External communication is communication made by the organization/company through a management agreement to carry out communication activities with outside parties or the public outside the organization which is of course a concern. In prospering the mosque, a communication strategy is needed to revive the activity program at the mosque, then also to influence congregation to be interested in coming to the mosque. Thus, the mosque became prosperous. The mosque’s welfare agency can conduct external communication through magazines, media releases, speeches, brochures, posters, press conferences, social services and exhibitions.

The Gayo people are people who live in the highlands of Aceh province. Islamic identity for the Gayo community has existed since the 11th century AD, the Gayo community pays great respect to religious leaders. This can be seen in various aspects, one of which is in government, known as sarak opat. The role of ulama in Gayo is classified in several ways: In the context of the Gayo community, ulama have a role as religious educators, as politicians, as religious officials and as government officials and most ulama in Gayo are classified as free ulama. The public’s recognition of the predicate “free ulama†for someone is based on deep knowledge, noble character and high adherence to religious teachings, and is not tied to the government bureaucracy as an official.

Basically, all children have the same rights to get education, including children with special needs. Teachers must be able to understand and think about what learning strategies are suitable for children with special needs, because children with special needs require special treatment in educating or teaching them. Inclusive PAUD is an educational institution intended for children with special needs, in addition to children with special needs, many students have also registered in Kasya Inclusion PAUD. This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning strategies in the Kasya Day Care Center and School Banda Aceh Inclusion PAUD, namely the “kayang†strategy, through the library research method. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the “kayang†strategy has had a huge impact on the progress and success of the Kasya Day Care Center and School Banda Aceh Inclusion PAUD.

This article is aimed to describe school principals’ leadership skill in managing teachers and employees. To manage teachers and employees, school principals are in need of leadership skill to manage, coordinate, and encourage them to have active role, become creative, innovative, and productive in improving education quality. The study is performed as a library research adopting qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data analysis is run through interrelated processes of data collection, data processing, and data analysis. Result of study indicated that to become a successful school principal in managing teachers and employees, it requires: 1) skill to organize and encourage teachers and employees, 2) skill to nourish teachers and employees’ self-confidence, 3) skill to improve teachers and employees professionalism, 4) skill to build a solid and strong team work, and 5) skill to drive teachers and employees to achieve school goals.

This study is motivated by an analysis of the reality of the multi-party presidential system which is the main aspect of the way back in the governance system in Indonesia, starting from the old order until the reform era in 1998, the plurality structure of the party became a forerunner to the survival of the coalition in the formulation of the Indonesian government cabinet. Consideration that is the prospect of seizing seats in the cabinet coalition is usually focused on the opportunity structure (strategy entry), where the strategy entry refers to the calculation of three important considerations that are political calculations, namely the cost of entering the arena (cost of entry), various benefits (benefits of office), and the possibility of obtaining support from voters (probably of receiving electoral support). In the target of realizing the political goals of the coalition parties, the main approach taken is to develop mutual benefits, namely the benefits of enjoying power. So that in formulating indicators of the success of a democratic country, this study also presents a comparison related to the implementation of a presidential government system in the United States and a parliamentary government system in the United Kingdom that has resulted in a democratic and stable government, as well as realizing a multi-party presidential system as a whole and optimizing dual functions businessman in internal political parties.

During the Fatimid Dynasty, Islamic education was growing rapidly and advanced. The First,, for more than two centuries the Fatimid controlled Egypt, the existence of the Fatimid dynasty had contributed greatly to civilization. The greatest progress is to provide space for the development of science in the Islamic world that has given birth to many scientists, an organized system of government administration that has resulted in prosperity, known for its diversity of tolerance. Second, the Fatimid dynasty was the only Shi'ite dynasty in Islam that existed for approximately two and a half centuries and could prevail over the territorial achievements of the previous Islamic kingdoms, and had contributed a lot of civilization to the Islamic world, especially Egypt, because in During the Fatimid dynasty, Egypt experienced a level of cultural prosperity and vitality that surpassed Iraq and Baghdad as the center of Islamic power. In the context of education, the Fatimid dynasty became a reference at that time in parts of the Islamic world even today and has become a reference for education in parts of the Islamic world, quite rapid progress. The intellectual development of this dynasty made a major contribution to the development of science in the East and West world; covering the development of religious and general science so that we can still see its development today.

This article describes the efforts to improve the ability to classify animals by type of food using image media. at the Banda Aceh State Extraordinary School (SLB) Class VI with mental retardation. Mentally retarded individuals are individuals who are intact, unique and undergo development, according to their age stages, but they have obstacles in intelligence. At school they experience various learning difficulties. This classroom action researchuses qualitative methods, consisting of two cycles. This research is a qualitative research with research subjects in class VII students as many as 5 (five) people. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques by comparing the initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle. The results showed that the use of image media could improve students’ ability to classify animals based on their type of food. At the end of cycle II, the number of students who completed 80% (4 students), not yet completed 20% (1 student) the class average score was 73 compared to the initial condition, namely 63.
