Human Resources is a major component and as a determinant of success and failure in an organization or educational institution. Educational institutions really need competent human resources in order to support the success and achievement of goals. Human resources are the drivers of a system and all facilities, assets, curriculum, facilities, infrastructure and all other resources. All educational resources cannot function optimally if they are not supported by the availability of human resources. Educational institutions need to carry out a strategic, integrated, interrelated, and comprehensive human resources education planning through the management of education human resources in determining the desired movements of educators and education personnel in the future. The existence of human resource planning Education, then can provide direction for educational institutions as a whole about the human resources needed, human resource activities to be managed and developed, can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the institution as well as for educators and education staff, so that it can be integrated with short-term planning goals and long-term educational institutions.

This study aims to determine the proces of improving children aged 5-6 years-old’s creativity through batik jumputan in AL-HUSNA Playgroup, Sobang Cikuning Kampung Lebak District of Sobang Propensi Banten. The study was conducted from August to October 2015. The model used in this research is classroom action researh. Research phase includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The participants of the study were children aged 5-6 years-old in AL-HUSNA Playgroup, Sobang that were lacked in creativity. Results on prasiklus acquisition of 38,4% and then increased in the first cycle by 15% with the average value reached 63,1% grade. And the second cycle percentage class average value to 89,8% which means an increase in comparison to the stage if persiklus.

In some commentaries of classical and modern, with a variety of systems and methods of each of the orientation and understanding there are many texts diverge in understanding the texts of the Qur’an. Irregularities also occur within the meaning takwil that does not comply with the correct Arabic feeling and also eliminates the correct of the Al Quran itself, even contrary to the basic teachings of Islam, so that readers can plunge to disbelief. Deviations were found in the book of commentary from time to time in various schools and sects. This scientific article will describe some of the irregularities that occurred in the interpretation.

Alquran dari segi wurÅ«d (keberadaannya) merupakan tsubÅ«t al-wurÅ«d dan Hadis zhannial-wurÅ«d. Adapun dilalah ke duanya ada yang qath’i dilalah dan zhanni dilalah. Dalam meng-istinbath hukum dari ke dua sumber tersebut digunakan tiga metode; lughawiyah, ta’liliyah, dan istishlahiah. Transfusi darah sebagai salah satu persoalan hukum kontemporer dan tidak ditemukan dalam pembahasan kitab-kitab fikih lama (klasik), bahkan dalam nash pun tidak disebutkan secara eksplisit, harus dicari jawabannya demi memberikan kepastian dan kejelasan hukum masyarakat muslim. Upaya menemukan dalil harus ditempuh dengan tiga metode tersebut sampai ditemukan jawaban yang memuaskan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengunakan metode deskriptif analisis, dengan teknik data liblary research (penelitian kepustakaan). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) Kaidah lughawiyah yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah transfusi darah adalah hamlu al-muá¹laq ‘ala al-muqayyad (2) secara ta’liliyah, ‘illat yang menjadi dasar pengharaman transfusi darah adalah menodai kemuliaan manusia, mudharat dan jijik (kotor). Namun jika ‘illat hilang maka hukumpun hilang (berubah). Sesuai dengan kaidah; al-hukm yadÅ«ru ma’a ‘illatihi wujÅ«dan wa ‘adaman (3) masalah transfusi darah ini masuk dalam ranah muamalah bukan ibadah, maka kaidah yang digunakan adalah al-aá¹£l fi al-asyyÄ’ al-ibÄhah hatta yadullu al-dalÄ«l ‘ala tahrÄ«miha, dan al-aá¹£l fi al-‘ÄdÄt wa al-mu’Ämalah al-iltifÄt ila al-ma’ÄnÄ« wa al-maqÄá¹£id wa al-hikam wa al-asrÄr.

Islamic literature has been recognized by the readers of literature in the world, both in the Arab countries as well as countries of non-Arab, especially the Western world and the Islamic world in general. Introduction to readers of literature in Islamic literature, especially the works of Arabic literature who breathe Islam, can be seen in poems (Qasidah) and the famous Arabic novel, even entered in the category of masterpiece, for example, among other things, the Qasidah Burdah and the story of Alfun Laylah wa Laylah. both of the Arab-Islamic literature has many inspired the birth of world literature that gets reception and remarkable appreciation of readers in the world literature. Novel The Girl of Riyadh has elements that exist in Islamic literature, which can be used as a first step to investigate those later authors can refer to it as Islamic literature. The Girls of Riyadh highlighted the problems faced by Muslim women in Saudi Arabia.

STAIN Teungku Direundeng Meulaboh is one of higher education institution in the Aceh that implements organizational activities with the delegation of management authority to fulfill the quality service to students in each program study. Academic service is an activity or a series of invisible activity that occurs through the interaction between students and staff provided by the campus administrators that aims to solve the student problems. The use of qualitative methods in this study was intended to obtain important aspects related to the implementation of academic and administrative services of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. The survey on student satisfaction with the quality of the services provided by STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh pointed that the level of faculties’ loyalty to the regulations set by STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh was not optimal. There were lecturers who provided dissatisfactory services by not following the class up to seven times. Furthermore, almost all aspects of service quality that include empathy, reliability, and responsiveness were also not optimal.

The character of an educator is shaped by his/her faith and is manifested in numerous forms of attitude. Good character is not shaped merely by the lesson, instruction, or prohibition. For the soul to take its honor cannot be provided only by teacher’s saying to do a thing or not to do other things. Instilling good morals requires a life time education. Education will not succeed without providing a real example of good character. The character of the educators is the most effective form of this example, especially to lead individuals to have good character, good faith, and piety toward Allah the Almighty. The noble characteris embodied in attitudes that are based on religious teaching, social norms, and are not against the local wisdoms. It is universal in nature and accepted by anyone and anywhere. This must have character for the educators is viewed important either from the aspects of faith and worship or in the aspects of human relation or character. Teachers as the educators are expected to give guidance and advice. Accordingly, they have to apply it themselves first hand because they are the role model to be followed anywhere they are. Good character is in the very top position in human life. The importance of good character is not only matter in individual life. It is also very necessary in family and community life. In fact, it is a matter that shapes a nation.

In order to make teaching and learning can take place with good and perfect is influenced by a variety of important factors supporting them are media education, media as a carrier of information between a source and a receiver information. Learning media use has a very important meaning, in addition to complement and enrich the teaching materials, as well as being a medium of learning that can enhance creativity and effectiveness in student learning. In general the media teaching religious education have three forms, namely media viewpoint (visual aids ), the media listen (audio aids) and the media heard-of view of (audio-visual aids). Learning media use at the stage orientation will help greatly the effectiveness of the learning process and the delivery of the message and the content at that time. In this case there are several factors that influence the effective learning of religious education in schools, including; teachers, students, facilities and infrastructure, the purpose of education and curriculum. In the implementation of the learning process of teachers suffered obstacles, namely the lack of props so troublesome in the delivery of the material, the book packages that are not complete and still the presence of students who are less able to understand the learning material using media and very few hours of instruction

Learning management in Islamic schools or Islamic boarding schools is a necessity in improving learning outcomes and management of the schools itself as part of the national education. The purpose of this study was to determine: the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning at Darul ‘Ulum Islamic Boarding School of Banda Aceh. The research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were: observation, interview, anddocumentation study. Subjects of the research were the Principal and Teachers. The results showed that the learning plan was prepared by the principal together with teachers, which included the setting of time allocation and effective weeks, the preparation of annual and semester programs, and the compilation of learning syllabus and lesson plan. Learning Implementation has been applied in accordance with management functions, that is the division of work in accordance with their respective capacities. Principal and teachers have carried out their roles and responsibilities. Evaluation and assessment aspects of school showed that the assessment process was adjusted and based on the lesson plan that had been developed. It can be concluded that the Principal and theteachers have been carrying out their role according to their respective duties. Sufficient facilities and infrastructure were available to support the success of the learning process. Nevertheless, there were some obstacles faced by the school such as, lack of time allocation and lack of students’ discipline. This problems can be used as evaluation materials in order to improve the learning management in the future for the sake of improving student learning outcomes.

The basic principle that the Qur'an has two levels, the material and the spiritual level,is associated with other principles namely Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihâtof al-Qur'an. Mulla Shadra divides two levels of Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihâtof Al-Qur'an although both are in one unit. These two levels are Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihât at the level of tafsir and Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihât at the takwil level. Both are in harmony and unity. Takwil must depart from and remain leaning on tafsir, meanwhile tafsirmust return to the nature of its existence at the level of takwil. The concept of Muhkamât and Mutasyâbihât at the level of tafsirwill return to the analysis of language and literature of the Qur'an. At the tafsir level, the verses that have a definite and clear meaning are called the verse of Muhkamât, whereas the verses which have many possible meanings that likely come with similarity or equivocation (musytarak lafdzi) are called Mutasyâbihât verses.
