Abstract

In some commentaries of classical and modern, with a variety of systems and methods of each of the orientation and understanding there are many texts diverge in understanding the texts of the Qur’an. Irregularities also occur within the meaning takwil that does not comply with the correct Arabic feeling and also eliminates the correct of the Al Quran itself, even contrary to the basic teachings of Islam, so that readers can plunge to disbelief. Deviations were found in the book of commentary from time to time in various schools and sects. This scientific article will describe some of the irregularities that occurred in the interpretation.

Abstract

STAIN Teungku Direundeng Meulaboh is one of higher education institution in the Aceh that implements organizational activities with the delegation of management authority to fulfill the quality service to students in each program study. Academic service is an activity or a series of invisible activity that occurs through the interaction between students and staff provided by the campus administrators that aims to solve the student problems. The use of qualitative methods in this study was intended to obtain important aspects related to the implementation of academic and administrative services of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. The survey on student satisfaction with the quality of the services provided by STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh pointed that the level of faculties’ loyalty to the regulations set by STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh was not optimal. There were lecturers who provided dissatisfactory services by not following the class up to seven times. Furthermore, almost all aspects of service quality that include empathy, reliability, and responsiveness were also not optimal.

Abstract

The ability to perform classroom management is one of the characterictics of a profesional teacher. Classroom management is needed because students’ attitudes and characters are always changing from time to time. In this regard, the teacher needs to acquire good classroom management ability, so he/she will always be able to guide the students and create an effective and comfortable learning environment which motivates students to learn well and meets the learning goals that have been established.

Abstract

Parents play an important role in provide education to his son in the family. Parents must pay attention in education particularly education religion to his son according to their parents, although preoccupied with their activities. Parents who he must know the responsibility of very much determines the formation of a couple of families who, and he shall be responsible for what would be its role, then the parents it will lead, educate and grant for the rest of his family in all things. Efforts must be done of parents in education on child by starting teach religious education and guide the implementation of their religious rituals, keep an eye on children and rebuked their behavior when they commit is not a good thing. In terms of material the old man gave his son as any other use send their children and meet immediate needs. Parents must also be able to provide guidance faith, giving exemplary and able to develop growth personality and a sense of responsibility. Consciously parents carrying an obligation to maintain and managing their children to be a useful family.

Abstract

Demokrasi adalah sebuah system yang saat ini paling banyak di pakai oleh negara-Negara di dunia. Sebagian besar negara-negara di dunia menamakan dirinya negara demokrasi. Bahkan negara yang tidak menjalankan prinsip-prinsip demokrasi pun tidak mau apabila negaranya disebut sebagai negara yang tidak demokratis. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa paham demokrasi sudah menjadi paham yang dianut oleh banyak negara di dunia. Kehidupan yang demokratis seakan-akan menjadi sosok idola dalam masyarakat. Hal ini tidak lain karena memang demokrasi dikenali sebagai sebuah system dari, oleh dan untuk rakyat. Persoalannya kemudian, adakah system demokrasi tersebut mampu menyelesaikan persoalan masyarakat dunia hari ini? Adakah korelasi semakin demokratis sebuah Negara semakin sejahtera rakyatnya? Atau apakah antara konsep dan praktek demokrasi belum sejalan? Karena itulah artikel ini hadir untuk menjelaskannya.

Abstract

The results of an ijtihad are strongly influenced by the circumstances under which the law is formulated. This resulted in the process of ijtihad being carried out frequently resulting in varied formulas when the context of the problems arose differently. As a product of ijtihadi, the established law is not something sacred and closes the door of difference and change. The emergence of various results ijtihad difference is not apart from the process of formulating the law itself. The process of implementing ijtihad with its various rules is very instrumental in the results and the influence of the deciding law. Therefore, a Mujtahid must be able to comprehend the rules of ijtihad perfectly.

Abstract

Teachers are people who play important roles in planning learning strategies to ensure the effectiveness of the learning process which is be dependent on the methods and the ability of the teachers to teach. This is until a point where teachers have to gain and develop absolute teaching competency. Teachers’ competency is the ability of a teacher that involves various aspects such as knowledge, appearance, thinking process, self adaptation, attitude and religiousvalues in executing the teaching profession. There are several types of competencies that a teacher must possess namely pedagogical competency, personality competency, social competency and professional competency. Besides, teachers’ competency is very significant in structuring the curriculum–curriculum needsto be constructed in a way that it takes into consideration the competency of the teachers as well as the relationship of activities and outcomes of the students. Teachers’competency is very important that competent teachers will have the authority and skill in controlling the classroom until students are at optimal condition.

Abstract

Ayat Aḥkam can be interpreted as the verses relating to the deeds of mukallaf, either in the form of demands, preferences, or decrees. The details and classification of the verses of the law revealed by the scholars are diverse, but it shows a large number as well as evidences by the works of classical and modern scholars. Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah was known as one of the reformers in Islamic law, had a scrupulous conclusion ability, and produced over a hundred works. Nevertheless, he did not write any book related to tafsir (Intrepretation). His interpretations were spreading in his various works when he explained a matter, whether in the field of tasawwuf or fiqh. This paper analyzes the interpretations of Ibn Qoyyim from the aspects of fiqh on the issue of sale and purchase contained in his several books, but not discussed in detail as the discussion of fiqh. Furthermore, these interpretations are compared to the interpretations of other scholars to see the tendency or the postulates that he used. Ibnu Qoyyim had more comprehensive thought in understanding the verse of muamalah. Occasionally, based on the textuality of Quran and hadith, with the approach of fiqh terms to reinforce his opinion, harmony with the language aspect.
