Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the antecedents of the investment interest of Surakarta students in the Islamic Capital Market . This type of research is a quantitative study, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and accidental sampling . This research was conducted on the entire students of Surakarta who were studying f akultas / department ekonomi Islam, amounting to 2,659 people. Samples were taken of 96 respondents using the Slovin formula. Method Collecting data conductedquestionnaire . Metode analisis data is regresi linear berganda , u ji t (t-test) , ji F (F test) , koefisien determinasi with SPSS 24.00. The results of the research are the antecedents of perception, religiosity, investment benefits, minimal investment capital, motivation, return and education have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the investment interest of Surakarta students in the Islamic Capital Market.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a group of behaviors carried out on the basis of self-awareness as a result of learning, which makes a person, family, group or community able to help themselves (independently) in daily life, especially in the field of health and play an active role in realizing public health. WHO has established a special unit and ordered the whole world to adhere to the rules and stages in order to accelerate healing around the world. Even from WHO has emphasized all the time to do a clean lifestyle or what in Indonesia is called PHBS, among others physical distancing, wearing masks, keeping rooms well ventilated, avoiding crowds, cleaning hands, and when coughing closes with elbows (WHO, 2021b). Therefore, researchers are interested to know the overview of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in COVID-19 survivors in X Sub-district Surakarta City, Indonesia. This research was conducted in December 2021 in sub-district X in Surakarta City, Indonesia. Covid19 survivor data in Surakarta city in December as many as 5340 people and in sub-district x as many as 412 people recovered from COVID19. For this study, a sample of 52 reponden was obtained. The characteristics of the respondents observed by the researchers were gender, age, occupation, marital status. A total of 52 respondents were taken randomly in sub-district X, Surakarta City obtained results that spread evenly. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents as COVID19 Survivors were known that the even distribution in the female sex was 53.8%, seen in terms of age in the age range under 20 years of age of 28.8%, dominated by people working in the private sector by 50.0% with married status of 65.4%. COVID19 Survivor behavior patterns include exercise behavior, hand washing habits, mask-wearing behavior and outdoor activity patterns.

Abstract

The aims of this research is knowing the use of Instagram social media and knowing the improvement of writing skills of seventh grade students of SMP N 1 Semin. This type of research uses classroom action research. The research method used is quantitative descriptive to analyse data using numbers. The subjects in this research were students of class VIIA SMP 1 Semin. The number of students was 20 children, while the object in this research was the process (implementation of the description text in teaching learning process with the help of social media namely Instagram in class VIIA SMP 1 Semin and the results (in the form of scores obtained by students during learning activities to write descriptive text skills with the help of social media Instagram). The results shows that all students, especially class VIIA SMP 1 Semin know the social media Instagram. Most of the students are active users of Instagram. Instagram media is not used properly or is not used for any of the media when they are studying. For pre-action results in skills write a description of the average score of students 55.5. In the first cycle the average value of 68 increased by 12.5, while in the second cycle the average value of 75.25 increased from the first cycle of 7.25.

Abstract

Various facts and phenomena of human moral degradation in higher education both lecturers, college students, and managers have occurred over time because of the rapid mordenization (Setiawati, 2012). Therefore, researchers are interested to know the qualitative study to find out how the social phenomenon in collage today so that it will bring up important points in the effort to create and build the character of college students. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. The population in this study is the entire staff of AKBARA Surakarta Polytechnic. The sample in this study was 32 respondents using total sampling techniques. Research data is the main data by conducting interviews to all staff of AKBARA Surakarta Polytechnic. Then a scientific study was carried out from the source of the library which eventually obtained conclusions from problem solving about the research carried out. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative study research phenomena. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents as the highest sex in women was 51.5%, seen in terms of age in the age range 21-35 year olds with a percentage of 75%, and post-graduate education with a percentage of 48.5%. It is crucial to get a character education. This aims to strengthen morals and praiseworthy qualities for college students (in this case, college students) because intelligence in education is not enough without strong moral and character provisions. This is where the importance of character education. An attitude of empathy is one of the character qualities that can change the world. Polytechnic AKBARA concern about those activities in building the student's character. The management initiated the CAKRA Akbara, which consists of Competent, Toughness, and Character.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of future cash flow predictions on profits (gross profit, operating profit, and net income) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research used purposive sampling with a population of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The samples in this research were 19 companies. The results obtained indicate that the operating profit variable has a partial effect on future cash flows, while the net income variable and the gross profit variable do not partially affect future cash flows. Simultaneously, gross profit, operating profit and net income have an effect on future cash flows.
