<![CDATA[This study aims to determine HIMMIA's Qaulan Layyina Islamic Communication Ethics in Building Ukhuwah Islamiyah in Medan Hevetia District. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Because this research explains the phenomena that occur in the field by collecting data obtained from research informants by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The approach used is the approach of communication science (Islamic Communication). The results of the research found by researchers are as follows, when the communication process occurs, Islamic communication ethics HIMMIA uses is the principle of qaulan layyina communication With that gentleness there will be a communication that will have an impact on the absorption of the contents of the speech by the person being spoken to so that there will not only be the arrival of information but will also change the views, attitudes and behavior of the person being invited talk. So that from the data that researchers got, Islamic Communication Ethics has been well implemented and created good interpersonal relationships so that it can increase Islamic ukhuwah in Medan Helvetia District. Increasing ukhuwah Islamiyah is manifested in the form of mutual cooperation, cooperation in completing work, helping each other when someone needs help, respecting each other, forgiving each other, caring for others.]]>

The technology in the web-based population administration service system is a breakthrough in the context of increasing community satisfaction with village government performance as well as optimizing technology in the field of information and communication whereby using this technology the public can be served anytime and anywhere. The Sadeng Village Office, Bogor Regency, is the institution that exercises authority in the field of population administration in Sadeng Village. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the principles of Islamic communication to teachers in building the character of Medan vocational high school students. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Using qualitative data types in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique is in the form of observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic religious education in schools (public) in the city of Medan is less than optimal. The implementation of Islamic religious education in public schools for students is minimal if they only rely on their religious education from regular school hours. Except for students who live in areas where there are Madrasah Diniyah or Islamic boarding schools. The development of the soul experienced during puberty results in the conditions of religious life during puberty being easily shaken and doubts in faith, indecision and inner conflict begin to arise. The principle of Islamic communication can be applied through qaulan sadidan (true, not lying); qaulan baligha (straightforward, effective); qaulan ma'rufa (good and polite words); qaulan karima (respect, respect); qaulan layina (gentle); and qaulan maysura (easy to understand).]]>

The communication in question is Islamic communication, namely ethical communication. Communication sourced from the Koran and hadith. The message of the Prophet Muhammad SAW has a broad meaning that in communicating should be in accordance with the facts that we see, hear, and experience. These ethical principles can actually be used as a basis for every Muslim when carrying out the communication process, both in daily interactions, preaching, and other activities. This journal explains the ethics of communication contained in Islamic teachings, so that in terms of communicating Islam it regulates people with the aim of harmonious communication and good social relations, so that every individual feels safe and comfortable when collaborating to fulfill their life needs. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of communication of Islamic leaders in building an understanding of religious moderation in Muslim communities in Panai Hilir Sei Berombang District, Labuhanbatu. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research to achieve the goals referred to above. Researchers collect data through observation, documentation and interviews. The informants of this research were Islamic leaders in Panai Hilir Sei Berombang District, Labuhanbatu. The results of this study state that the communication of Islamic figures plays a very important role in building an understanding of religious moderation in Muslim communities in Panai Hilir Sei Berombang District, Labuhanbatu. Creating harmony between religious communities which are gathered in the word moderation, namely tolerance, deliberation on issues that are not basic understandings but the common good, become a mediator between people of different beliefs and cultures and quickly respond and adopt policies on issues that develop in society so that harmony can be re-created by respecting each other and giving rights as Indonesian citizens. <![CDATA[Kuantan Singingi Islamic University in determining Lecturer candidates as work unit head office holders is carried out by means of Lecturers submitting proposals as self-submission candidates as work unit head candidates. So that from the proposals for submitting these candidates, it is considered by the leadership of the Kuantan Singingi Islamic University for each candidate, which candidate is suitable for the position by carrying out various considerations so that later it will produce which of the candidates will occupy the position of head of the unit. So in this way it will require quite a long process and also in determining the criteria for each candidate is done manually so that the reports generated are not very accurate. With the application of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the weight, criteria and ranking values of each Lecturer who are candidates for Head of Work Units are obtained. So that by calculating the Decision Support System to Determine Lecturer Candidates for the Head of Work Unit Positions at the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi By Applying the Simple Additve Weighting (SAW) Method, it can help users determine Lecturer candidates for the position of head of work units at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University.]]>

<![CDATA[Technological developments and further knowledge then encouraged the discovery of new currencies such as e-money which are currently widely circulating including debit cards, smart cards and e-cash until what is being widely used is crypto money or cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency itself is a technology with a database regulated by blockchain which is commonly used as a digital currency.Traditional money is official money issued by the government through Bank Indonesia in the form of banknotes or coins. Meanwhile, digital money is money stored in a computer chipset that can be transferred to another address (account) or withdrawn from an ATM.Bitcoin has the following criteria: (1) is digital (only a mathematical algorithm or does not have a form), (2) can be transacted among bitcoin users or merchant providers, (3) can be withdrawn in currency, (3) peer to peer transactions peer with internet network with verification from PT. Bitcoin or at Bitcoin ATMs, (4) transactions are subject to administration fees. In Islamic law digital money is included in muamalah, especially in buying and selling.
