Consumer perception is a view or thought process used to make decisions in buying products or services that will be consumed. One of them is in purchase of insurance. This study aims to determine the influence of consumer perception on insurance purchase decisions at PT. Prudential Life Assurance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bandung. This consumer perception is divided into 6 dimensions consisting of store image, product quality, price, promotion, service quality, and value. This research method uses quantitative. The population in this study are all Prudential customers who live in Bandung. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type with a sample size of 100 people. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that consumer perception had a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. The dimension of service quality has a significant effect on purchase decision, while the dimensions of store image, product quality, price, promotion, and value have no significant effect on purchase decision. The dimension of service quality is the dimension of the consumer perception variable which dominantly influences purchase decision

This research aims to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the stability of profit efficiency in Indonesian Islamic banking. The analysis used is quantitative by using Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) as a method for estimating the profit efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Business Units (UUS) before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used is secondary data for BUS and UUS in the period January 2018 to August 2021. From this research it was found that the overall phenomenon of Indonesian Islamic banking has a higher level of profit efficiency during the COVID-19 pandemic than before the pandemic. Partially, UUS has a higher level of profit efficiency than BUS before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. In terms of stability, it also shows the same phenomenon, UUS has higher stability than BUS in generating profits both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, it was also found that Total deposit and Non-Performing Financing act as significant determinant factors for the stability of profit efficiency of BUS and UUS. The results of this study further strengthen the existence of Indonesian Islamic banking in the future in facing times of economic and financial crisis

This article analyzes the effectiveness of non-conventional monetary policy in Indonesia. The data used is quarterly panel data covering 16 Regional Development Banks (BPD) for 9 quarters from 2019 to 2020. This study analyzes the effectiveness of quantitative easing policies on bank lending channels from monetary policy transmission. This study uses static and dynamic panel data analysis methods, namely the Individual Fixed Effects method, and the Generalized Method of Moments Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio has a positive but not significant effect on credit growth. Likewise, the effect of the securities ratio is negative but not significant on credit growth. This shows that non-conventional monetary policy in Indonesia is not effective, because banks are still hesitant to channel new loans for fear of increasing non-performing loans

Companies that carry out conservatism in financial statements there are various factors, researchers suggest these factors, there are tax incentives, financial distress, and capital intensity. Research objectives are find out whether tax incentives, financial distress and capital intensity have an effect on accounting conservatism. Based on Sugiyono (2017:2), the research method is a scientific way to obtain data with certain goals and uses. Based on those research method, there are five keywords that need to be considered, scientific method, data, objectives, and uses. The type of research used by this research is quantitative research. This research was conducted by 14 food and beverage companies. In this study using secondary data. Based on the results of research, tax incentives and financial distress have a negative effect on accounting conservatism. Meanwhile, capital intensity does not affect accounting conservatism. Based on the conclusions and limitations of the research, some suggestions can provide positive benefits for increasing the research sample by using all types of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange so that they are not limited to food and beverage sub-sector companies

This study aims to model the relationship between the inflation rate, BI rate, and deposit interest rates, then analyze the model, and provide forecasting and structural analysis of the model. Therefore, the method used in this study is Vector Error Correction Model analysis which is applied to time series data of the inflation rate (CPI), BI rate, and deposit interest rates. The results of the model analysis show that the policy of changing the BI rate has an effect on the rise and fall of the inflation rate (CPI) and fluctuations in the deposit rate (deprate). The BI rate is also influenced by two other variables (CPI and Deprate), but the biggest influence is from the variable BI Rate itself, and CPI and Deprate are mutually influencing (causality effect), but like the BI rate, the most influential variable is the lag variable of each of these variables

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. Head Office in accordance with the criteria that have been made by the author. Data was obtained through the deployment of the questionnaire to 200 samples for employees and 46 samples for employees. The analytical method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained in this study conclude that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of 2,725 and the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on employee performance with a value of -3,767. Results obtained by researchers in the simultaneous test of the motivation variables and non-physical work environment have a significant value of 0.001 and 0.002. This shows that the motivation variable and non-physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables of the employee

This research attempts to study the application of turbulent marketing in the pandemic era, by paying attention to consumer behavior. The type of research used is literature research, because it focuses more on theoretical studies and supports relevant empirical research. The results of the study show that turbulent marketing in the pandemic era (turbulent environment-chaotics) is not carried out immediately, but only for companies that have unique values and have made change their corporate climate. The company builds the value of excellence through value chain implementation, the application of smart cooperation with employees, ethics from principals and agencies and has been able to get value from the community (potential and effective consumers). Companies can generate consumer interest and emotion from promotions, but still provide more value to consumers at the expense of consumers and competitors. The current global phenomenon is the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic that affects all sectors, including the world of employment. Policies related to health protocols (keeping your distance, maintaining personal hygiene, the use of masks) and mobility restrictions have changed Indonesia's employment map. On the other hand, the phenomenon of the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 became faster to develop due to the need for business and financial transaction mechanisms during the Covid-19 pandemic that mitigated transactions physically. Therefore, this study is a literature study aimed at analyzing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the number of unemployed and position trends during the Covid-19 pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is qualitative, which discusses the formulation of problems descriptively supported by previous research and information sources in the form of data reports published by the competent authorities in Indonesia, namely the Ministry of Manpower. As for the formulations of the problems in this study: (i) How the number of unemployed during the Covid-19 pandemic; (ii) How the employment position trend during the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the result of this study is a significant increase in unemployment during the Covid-19 pandemic, and it is known that there are 35 critical categories of professions affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The implications of this study are as information to job seekers and add scientific characteristics for both academics and practitioners in the field of employment

The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of qard and ijarah contracts on customer interest in using pawn products at the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) Kc Binjai. This study used quantitative research in its analysis. The population used in this study is all people who use pawn services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kc Binjai. The Hasanah Card is a new breakthrough in the sharia-based credit financing system with an interest-free scheme. There are various factors that influence people's interest in using hasanah cards, including corporate image and promotion. Referring to these two factors, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the influence of corporate image and promotion on public interest using hasanah cards. The method used in this research is quantitative research, with the number of respondents as many as 40 people and the data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test, T test and R square test. The results showed that the company's image and promotion had a positive and significant influence on people's interest in using hasanah cards at BSI KC Medan
