This study aims to aid bacterial detection through bacterial imagery in vegetables to help identify Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in vegetables. Input to the software is the image of bacteria in vegetables. Bacterial image is processed by grayscaling, thresholding and image segmentation processing methods so that the image characteristics that represent bacteria in vegetables are obtained. One technique that can be used as a tool to observe Staphylococcus aureus is to use artificial neural networks and combine them with image processing. Artificial neural networks function as information processing by inferring information from data that has been received and as a decision maker for data that has been studied. Image processing is the science of manipulating images, which includes techniques to improve or reduce image quality. The detection process using software that has been built can be done well. The process is carried out by matching the value of the exercise cutra backpropagation vector with the image to be detected.

Cases of leptospirosis in Indonesia mainly occur in areas that often experience floods and areas where the majority of its citizens work as farmers. Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) was the province with the most leptospirosis cases in Indonesia in 2011. In 2010-2011 an extraordinary event (KLB) of leptospirosis occurred in Bantul district and in 2014 the number of leptospirosis cases in Bantul district increased by 76 cases.. Based on Kementerian Kesehatan report, data shows that there has been an outbreak of leptospirosis in Bantul , so in addition to epidemiological data necessary case information is also needed to determine the geographic case risk factors and mitigation efforts.In the processing of digital maps for GIS , often found important objects that are not appropriate in its processing can not even be excluded because of uncertainty owned. Applications are made in this study was built and designed by the architectural Tsukamoto fuzzy inference method for handling uncertainty. The results of the application is the visualization of the spread of the disease leptospirosis vulnerability maps based determinants that also involves uncertainty factors that will be resolved with the Tsukamoto fuzzy inference method for use as detection and prevention against the spread of disease leptospirosis in the future

In the process of selecting Indonesian Workers (TKI) based on quality at PT. Adila Prezkifarindo Duta is classified as still manual, where there is not yet a system for selecting quality migrant workers so it requires a long time for its assessment and the selection process is less effective. To support decision making in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers (TKI) to make it easier by using a decision support system. One method used in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers is the Profile Matching method. The profile matching method is a decision-making mechanism by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by applicants, rather than the minimum level that must be met or passed. In the profile matching process a process will be compared between individual competencies into standard competencies so that different competencies can be identified (also called Gap). The smaller the gap produced, the greater the weight value. In matching this profile, the selected TKI candidates are Indonesian Workers who are closest to the ideal profile of a qualified TKI.

The importance of Learning Media is used by ATKP Medan to continuously improve the quality of learning. The problem that is often encountered in avionic learning is the limited resources available because to access avionic learning the cadets must access from the CBT LAB and cannot be from elsewhere. This is because Avionic software is only installed inside the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this research is to improve the digital avionic-Radio Theory II learning process which is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn avionic Radio Theory II without having to access it in the laboratory. The method used in this research is to use the MDLC Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, namely the Concept concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, distribution, distribution, The resulting output is an animated video product and publication to the ISSN journal

Every human being wants to get to his destination on time. But often congestion causes human desires are blocked. Therefore, we need a way to overcome this problem by knowing the minimum distance to reach a place. The service sector is a field that offers services by helping consumers in various ways. The service sector is a field that will never experience bankruptcy even in difficult conditions because everyone certainly needs the help of others in completing or completing various things. Freight forwarding services are one of the services most widely used, especially in saving time and costs (cost). In the freight forwarding service, the route of shipping the goods becomes very important because without a structured route, the delivery of goods becomes not timely and can be detrimental to the company itself. The loss that will be experienced by the company is that the delivery time will be longer because the delivery distance will be further. In this study the calculation of the application using the Bellman-Ford algorithm is performed which aims to find the shortest path from the office of PT. JNE Medan to Helvetia. The algorithm used is Bellman-Ford. The Belmman-Ford algorithm is used to calculate all paths from origin to destination formed in a graph to find the shortest path.

Life insurance is a term used to refer to actions, systems, or businesses in which financial protection (or financial compensation) for life, property, health and so on gets reimbursed from unexpected events that can occur such as death , loss, damage or illness, which involves regular premium payments over a period of time in exchange for a policy that guarantees such protection. The term "insured" usually refers to everything that gets protection. Decision Support System is defined a system intended to support management decision making, Decision making is the main function of a manager or administrator. Decision making activities include identifying problems, finding alternative solutions to problems, evaluating these alternatives and choosing the best decision alternatives. The Vise Kriterijumska Optimazacija Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method is one of the methods used in decision making. To use the decision support system method must have criteria that will be used in the determination, in addition it must determine the level of importance of each criterion. So the decision support system used must also have comprehensive and integrated planning to minimize the level of risk of failure and decision selection

Data security on computers can provide a protection for our data. Cryptographic techniques are very important techniques in securing data. Cryptography is the science of encryption techniques where the "original text" (plaintext) is encrypted using an encryption key into "random text that is difficult to read" (ciphertext) by someone who does not have a decryption key, one of the modern cryptographic methods developed is the RC4 algorithm. RC4 algorithm (Ron’s Code / Rivest’s Cipher) is one algorithm that can be used to encrypt data so that the original data can only be read by someone who has the encryption key.

The Civil Servant Investigator is one of the law enforcement officers that has the function to carry out an investigation process that is given special authority to carry out an investigation process for a violation of the Regional Government Legal Product (PERDA) which contains elements of criminal acts. Usually the crime is not a general crime that can be handled by police investigators. In making the decision on the selection of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) at the Medan Sumatera River Region II Medan the writer uses the Electre method, where Electre is one of the methods for determining the order or priority in MCDM (Multi-Criterion Decision Making). In the use of decision support systems with the Electre method will provide a matching rating value for each alternative. In it all data are combined into one with the weight of the assessment that has been obtained through test assessment. The author tries to design and build a decision support system for the selection of Civil Servant Investigators using the Electre method, providing information needed by the committee in making decisions and applying the Electre Method in determining the Civil Servant Investigator Balai Sumatera River Region II Medan Medan Decision support system is not a making tool decision, but rather a system that helps decision makers by equipping them with information from data that has been processed with relevance and is needed to make decisions about an issue more quickly and accurately

The development of information technology now allows storing data in a very large time. This research was aimed to: produce module based on e-book using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application that proper to increase learning interest and cognitive learning outcome, know the increasing interest of senior high school students which use learning media module based on e-book using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application, and know the increasing of cognitive learning outcome of senior high school students which use learning media module based on e-book using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application. The result show that: the module based on e-book using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application is proper to increase learning interest and cognitive learning outcome of senior high school students seen from very good and good results category of practitioner appraisal and student’s response, the increasing of student’s learning interest which use module based on e-book using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application by low category standard gain, and the increasing of student’s cognitive learning outcome which use module based on e-book using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application by medium category standard gain
