Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning strategies and math skills on student accounting learning outcomes. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics with hypothesis testing through two-way ANOVA analysis. The results showed: (1) The group of students who followed the inquiry learning strategy was higher than the group of students who took the CTL learning strategy. (2) There is an interaction between learning strategies and mathematical skills on accounting learning outcomes. (3) The accounting learning outcomes of students who have high math abilities who follow the inquiry learning strategy are higher than the CTL learning strategy. (4) The accounting learning outcomes of the group of students with low math abilities who took the inquiry learning strategy were lower than those who took the CTL learning strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of learning development by giving feedback to the social studies learning outcomes of Class V at SDN 1 Praya Tengah. This research is an action research, because the research is conducted to solve learning problems in class. This research also includes descriptive research, because it describes how a learning technique is applied and how the desired results can be achieved. The data needed in this study were obtained through observations of the teaching and learning process using the feedback method and formative tests. and the interview method as a complementary method. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques with the Product Moment formula. Through the results of this study it shows that guided discovery learning has a positive impact in increasing student learning achievement, this can be seen from the increasingly stable students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher (learning completeness increases from cycles I, II, and III), namely 68 , 18%, 77.27%, and 86.36%. In the third cycle, classical student learning completeness has been achieved. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of Learning Development with Giving Feedback on Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class V at SDN 1 Praya Tengah.

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the effect of Simulation Technique towards Students’ Speaking Skill at the second semester students of FPBS IKIP Mataram. The sample of this research is the second semester students of FPBS IKIP Mataram. The sample took by using simple random sampling. As the result of the sampling process, A class as experimental group and B class as control group. The research was quasi experimental with pre-test and post-test design. The technique that was used to analyze the data were descriptive and inferential statistic. The finding of the research shows that mean score of experiment group higher than control group and the score of t-test (2. 90) is higher than tt (2.021) from (df) in degree of significance 0.05%. So, it can be concluded that there are any significance effect of Simulation Technique towards Students’ Speaking Skill at the second semester students of FPBS IKIP Mataram.
