Abstract

This study aims to find out how Ijarah in Islamic finance. This research is a type of library research (libraty research) which focuses on qualitative data management with data analysis methods using descriptive-analysis method. The results of this study are: In Banking, two types of Ijarah. The first ijarah is done in cash between the bank as a renter and the one who rents out services. The second ijarah is made in installments between banks as tenants to customers. The bank also takes advantage of this ijarah transaction. Islamic banks that operate ijarah products do leasing, both in the form of operating leases or financial leases. But in general, more Islamic banks use ijarah vomiting tamlik bit (IMBT) because it is simpler in terms of bookkeeping. Ijarah contract development is also known as ijarah muntia bi at-tamlik (IMBT).

Abstract

Research discusses the methodology of the tradition of hadith in the book of al-Muntaqa which is the syarah al-Muwatta 'which the book was written by Al-Baji, nicknamed by jurists and Mutakallimin, writers, poets as "skilled debaters, writers in many sciences, has a lot of knowledge ". This research is a biographical literature study of an al-Baji writer of al-muwatta 'based on a review of the literature of the book that al-Muntaqa explains the traditions of the prophet by describing all aspects which include the traditions in accordance with the tendencies and the expertise of the surrender so called the Tahili method. for example the marriage chapter, which is contained in the book of al-Muntaqa, it can be concluded that this Shari'ah gives a strong exposure to bi al-ma'sur and does not only explain one side of the view.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature analysis is to find out the reflection of hermeneutics in Islamic scientific studies, in this effort the method used is qualitative descriptive, namely the study of the literature literature by comprehensively explaining the fundamental problems that become the object of study in research, so that in this study the results of the analysis are found. shows that hermeneutics in Islamic studies can be considered, although it requires analysis and improvement of several aspects of methodology and related problems that are indicated to create a crucial scientific nuance.

Abstract

In preaching, there are important things which are also factors of success or failure of preaching, namely motivation. Motivation is important and the subject of everything. In motivation, it contains three main components, namely moving, directing and supporting human behavior. In other words, motivation directs individual behavior towards a goal to maintain and support the behavior, while the environment must strengthen the intensity and direction of individual encouragement.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is a traditional ulama organization that has a large number of followers, the largest non-governmental organizations still survive and have roots in the lower classes. This paper aims to describe the history of the development and the da'wah movement of this large organization. The reading presentation in this paper is the author's adoption of various literatures, which the author extracts so that it becomes an interesting article for all readers. From this search and study of literature sources, it is hoped that a complete understanding of NU will emerge, which in recent times has often been described in various dynamics.

Abstract

PBNU is working a film called The Santri which is expected to be media of da’wah. However, not long after the trailer was released, contra opinion appeared among the fellow muslims. Those who deny consider The Santri does not represent the ideal of santri. In fact, PBNU has been known as an Islamic organization with the highest number of pesantren. Therefore, the representation of santri on this trailer should be the best representation. Thus, this article aims to analysis how santri is represented. The researcher uses semiotic method which revealed the meaning of signs by Charles Sanders Peirce. The analysis shows there are several scenes that enable the representation of santri to get the pros and cons because they related with legisign-type objects, which are related to Islamic law. Although there are scenes that represent students well, such as having high dreams and diligently worship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the underpinnings of Kant's doubts about metaphysics and its implications for epistemological problems. Some of the questions that will be answered in this study (1) What is the basis for Kant's doubts about metaphysical problems? (2) what are the implications of Kant's doubts on metaphysical questions? (3) How does religion provide answers to these answers? This research uses literature sources such as books, journals and relevant research reports. The analytical method uses hermeneutics which includes elements of description and interpretation. The result of this research is that Kant believes that every scientific decision comes from experience and reason. Meanwhile, nomena is a reality beyond the boundaries of knowledge. This view of Kant has implications for the search for new methods of approaching metaphysics. Religion is an alternative which needs to be considered as a method of understanding the nominal reality that Kant doubts. Religion has become a kind of epistemology for metaphysical problems.

Abstract

Violence against women in household circles committed by husbands to wives is still a frequent phenomenon in Indonesia. Through social media, especially YouTube, Rachel Vennya voiced the voice of her best friend, Adelita Morskha, on her YouTube channel, who was a victim of an abusive relationship using the Sara Mills Model Critical Discourse Analysis. The results showed that the role of women as story subjects who presented themselves in the video. However, it is also the object of storytelling, that women as victims of abuse, oppressed figures, weak people, easily experience violence in the form of beatings or arguments by husbands or domestic perpetrators. Thus Rachel Vennya brings her YouTube content this time about women having their own perspective by being able to portray women as victims in the text, as well as women who represent the subject in news texts.

Abstract

This article is an outcome of the research and thorough study toward central issues in developing religious studies on Islamic Colleges in South Sumatra. In the management system and institutional development of Islamic education, the human resources’ role plays a vital role in achieving the national Islamic Colleges program in Indonesia. This writing describes a more comprehensive research outcome on various dynamics and academic problems in several Islamic Colleges in the South Sumatra region. Some essential issues such as problems in education and the scientific publication, scientific journal system and resources management, availability on education Infrastructure and facilities, qualified and supporting Islamic books availability, and overall challenges faced by several Islamic Colleges in South Sumatra become the strict attention in this research. Data or information derived in this research through several field studies, both in interview and observation, until collecting various sources through transcript or written document possessed by some Islamic Colleges in the South Sumatra region. This research has delivered recommendations or important input in developing and managing Indonesian Islamic Colleges, Indonesia in general, particularly in South Sumatra.
