Nawir Yuslem merupakan ilmuan yang banyak menggeluti berbagai dimensi keilmuan, baik dalam hukum Islam maupun hadis. Berlatar pendidikan dari barat keilmuannya pun sangat dipengaruhi pemikir-pemikir orientalis. Tapi, penanaman tradisi keilmuan dan keislaman yang kuat masyarakat Minang, maka akulturasi keilmuan tersebut menjadikan pemikirannya terhadap studi keislaman menjadi menarik. Terlihat dari cara ia menggabungkan istilah dalam Ilmu Hadis dan teori semiotik sebagai tawaran baru dalam penelitian hadis dalam bukunya yang berjudul: âMetodologi Penelitian Hadis.â

Human as caliph on earth, God entrusted the earth to maintain and preserve it, whether at sea, on earth and in the air. God gave humans an important role and hand over full land and surrounding environment to create in accordance with its role as a representative of God. The problem that arises is that the human representative of God on earth as it does not implement the mandate to protect the environment, such as illegal logging, global warming damage that arises is in the heavens and on earth, in the sea and on land. The picture is already contained in the Quran about the damage this natural phenomenon caused by human hands. Thus, the existence of man as a vicegerent on earth stake to keep this planet.

Education is a conscious and planned effort in realizing an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by themselves, the people of the nation and the State. Based on these problems, the formulation of the research problem is: (1) How is the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (2) How is the implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the Implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 LubuklinggauThis research is a qualitative descriptive research. With the Head of Madrasa as the research subject. In collecting data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data is collected from the information specified, the results relevant to the problem under study are analyzed quantitatively through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the quality of the learning process in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau can be said to be good. This is evident from the teachers who teach in accordance with their respective educational qualifications. With the Implementation of Madrasah-Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 Lubuklinggau, it reveals the Management of Madrasas, the performance of Madrasah Heads / teachers, and the role of Community Participation. The implementation of the Madrasah-Based Management Program will be carried out well with the collaboration between Curriculum Management and Teaching Programs, Management of Education Personnel, Student Management, Financial Management and Financing, Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure, Management of School and Community Relations, and Management of Special Services.

Metode Kritik Matan Hadis Muhammad Ṫāhir Al-Jawābī dalam Kitab: Juhūd al-Muḥaddiṡīn Fī Naqd Matan al-Ḥadīṡ an-Nabawī asy-Syarīf Muhammad Qomarullah

Matan's criticism is one of the most important studies in the critique of hadith after the criticism of sanad. The importance of matan's criticism is that the meaning of a hadith is closely related to the validity of matan. Sanad is the support of the hadith component, while the matter of the hadith lies in the matan. In general, the criticism of matan hadith includes three activities or stages: (1) conducting criticism or selection of matan hadith (naqd al-matn), (2) interpretation or interpretation of matan hadis (syarh al-matan), and (3) doing typology or the classification of matan hadis (qism al-matan). This article aims to reveal the method of matan research initiated by Muhammad Thahir al-Jawabi in his book Juhūd al-Muḥaddiṡīn Fī Naqd Matan al-Ḥadīṡ an-Nabawī asy-Syarīf. Through the method of character study, it was found that the method of criticism of Matan offered by al-Jawabi is to compare (muqaranah). Namely, (1) examine the contradiction of hadith with the Qur'an, (2) examine the contradiction of hadith with the fatwa of shahabah, (3) to examine the contradiction of hadith with the knowledge of history

Ali Mustafa Yaqub’s Understanding of Hadiths and his Contributions to the Thoughts of Hadiths in IndonesiaThis is a qualitative study that delves into the hadith figure of the 20th century, Ali Mustafa Yaqub. This study aims to reveal Ali Mustafa Yaqub's understanding of hadiths according to his thoughts alongside his contributions to the thoughts of hadiths in the contemporary era. According to him, the study of hadiths in the current era must include Mustalah al-Hadith, Takhrij al-Hadith, Fiqh al-Hadith, and Difa 'an al-Hadith. According to him, the authenticity of hadiths can be known by comparing them with other hadiths from peers, in terms of time, from various narrators, and also from teachers or the works in hadith books. In so doing, the credibility of hadiths is known. Subsequently, his contributions to the thoughts of hadiths extend to introducing orientalist thinking and defending scholars, developing the method of understanding hadiths by establishing Darussunnah Islamic Boarding School, and writing various hadith thoughts that contain reconstructions of the understanding of hadiths in the form of either criticism or new thoughts about hadiths such as the meaning of bid'ah or hadiths in community debates related to law

Nawir Yuslem is a scientist who wrestles with various scientific dimensions, both in Islamic law and hadith. With an educational background from the western sciences, it was also influenced by orientalist thinkers. But, planting a strong scientific tradition and Islam in the Minang community, the scientific acculturation made his thoughts on Islamic studies interesting. It can be seen from the way he combines terms in Hadith and semiotic theory as new offerings in hadith research in his book entitled "Hadith Research Methodology."

The author will increase the theme of hadiths related to traditions related to one believer and another brother. This research requires a deep understanding using a variety of approaches, both textually, intertextually, and contextually. Not all traditions are valid from the Messenger of Allah (qat'i al-wurud), so takhrij al-Hadith (proof of fidelity) is needed. Mawdu'i method could be relied upon to solve problems that exist in society, because this method provides an opportunity for someone to try to provide answers to problems taken from the instructions of the Qur'an and Hadith. The application of this method is by determining the hadiths related to "One believer is like a building", issuing related traditions (Takhrij al-Hadith), examining sanad matn and Mukharrij, critically analyzing sanad and matn, and concludes from the aspects of text, context and contextualization of a hadith that is related to "Muslims are like buildings".

The election of representatives of the people as legislative candidates needs to used a method of criticism of the personality of leadership. In Islam this method is explicitly in the knowledge of hadith, namely the Jarah wa Ta'dil lesson, although this knowledge is only to criticize the credibility of the hadith narrators. But, to determine the personality of the people's representatives, true knowledge of rawi criticism can be used to elect leaders or representatives of the people. So, Credibility Theory as an addition is also very important to make the theory of meaning become meaningful to determine the prospective legislative candidates that will soon be implemented in Indonesia.

Research discusses the methodology of the tradition of hadith in the book of al-Muntaqa which is the syarah al-Muwatta 'which the book was written by Al-Baji, nicknamed by jurists and Mutakallimin, writers, poets as "skilled debaters, writers in many sciences, has a lot of knowledge ". This research is a biographical literature study of an al-Baji writer of al-muwatta 'based on a review of the literature of the book that al-Muntaqa explains the traditions of the prophet by describing all aspects which include the traditions in accordance with the tendencies and the expertise of the surrender so called the Tahili method. for example the marriage chapter, which is contained in the book of al-Muntaqa, it can be concluded that this Shari'ah gives a strong exposure to bi al-ma'sur and does not only explain one side of the view.

The study of manahij al-muhaddisin is a mapping effort from various aspects of various scholars of hadith, both method, systematic, polarization that they make as reference for the people as the inheritance of the prophet. Well, it is that which makes the hadith experts from the times mutakaddimin and mutakhirin encouraged to get a track record of life and life of the Prophet. One of them is Prof. DR. H. Ramli Abdul Wahid, MA. He is a modern scholar who contributes to the track record of life-and the life of the prophet and as the first person to analyze the traditions contained in the book of Fiqh as-Sunnah by Sayyid Sabiq. The Book of Fiqh as-Sunna is quite popular among Fiqhi scholars, but through the cold hand it is the control and content of the hadith quoted by Sayyid Sabiq in his book is reanalyzed, thus becoming a new science reference for the modernist hadith. Prof. Dr. H. Ramli Abdul Wahid, Lc., MA is that he sees the book of Fiqh al-Sunnah is one of the rujkan used by scholars to be the source of determining the law, even the Majlis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) makes the book as one of the reference of the determination of the law
