Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to see "The Application of the STAD Cooperative Learning Model to the Improvement of Year 8A students’ Learning Outcomes in Civics in the topic of Pancasila as the State Foundation and Ideology at MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat Academic Year 2018-2019". The sample of the research was Year 8A that were consisted of 40 students. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the method of observation, data observation, tests, documentation and data analysis. This study uses two cycles to see the application of the STAD Cooperative Learning model as an effort to improve students’ learning outcomes in Civics in the topic of Pancasila as the basis and ideology of the state at MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat academic year 2018-2019. The results of this study indicate that the STAD Cooperative Learning Model can improve Students’ Learning Outcomes in Civics in the topic of Pancasila as the State Foundation and Ideology at MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat Academic Year 2018-2019. As the results, the research in cycle I and II showed the percentage of improvement reached an average of 74.77 to 83.07.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII-A Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Dalam Materi Pancasila Sebagai Dasar Negara Dan Ideologi Negara Di MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019” sampel penelitian kelas VIII-A yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Penelitian ini mengunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan metode observasi, pengumpulan data, tes, dokumentasi dan analisis data. Penelitian ini mengunakan dua siklus untuk mengetahui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Dalam Materi Pancasila Sebagai Dasar Negara Dan Ideologi Negara Di MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Dalam Materi Pancasila Sebagai Dasar Negara Dan Ideologi Negara Di MTs Negeri 3 Aceh Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019. Adapun hasilnya, penelitian siklus I menunjukkan hasil test siklus I dan II menunjukkan presentase peningkatan mencapai dengan rata-rata 74,77 menuju 83,07.

Abstract

Abstract: The main issue of the implementation of this research was the low professionalism of teachers in teaching which was caused by: (1) the lack of opportunities for teachers to participate in training, both regionally and nationally; (2) less effective Teacher Working Group (KKG); and (3) educational supervision aimed at improving the learning process tends to focus on administrative aspects. The research was conducted by teachers at MTsN 3 Aceh Barat for the 2018 academic year starting from July to December, for 6 (six) months. The research subjects were 6 teachers, while the object of the research was the professionalism of teachers in implementing learning. The data was obtained by doing an observation and documentation. The results showed that the professionalism of teachers in planning the lessons at MTsN 3 Aceh Barat was in a good category. This can be proven by the results of the learning planning in the first cycle reaching an average of 71.35 which is included in the good category, then in the second cycle it reaches an average of 83.70 which is included in the good category. Thus, there was an increase in the implementation of learning by 12.35% and so does the improvement of learning abilities. The increase in the ability of the teacher can be proven from the results of the pre-learning cycle prediction showing an average of 68.82 and in the first cycle it increased by 11.96% with an average of 80.78, then in the second cycle it increased again by 10.38%, and reached 91.17 that is in very good category. Increasing the ability of teachers in learning planning as well as the implementation of learning activity in cycle I reached a value of 71.35, and 83,70 in cycle II. It means that there was an improvement about 12.35%..   Abstrak: Permasalahan yang menjadi dasar dari pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian ini adalah rendahnya profesionalisme guru dalam mengajar yang diakibatkan oleh: (1) kurangnya kesempatan guru mengikuti pelatihan, baik secara regional maupun nasional; (2) kurang efektifnya Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG); dan (3) supervisi pendidikan yang bertujuan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran cenderung menitikberatkan pada aspek administrasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru  di MTsN 3 Aceh Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2018 yang dimulai bulan Juli sampai Desember, selama 6 (enam) bulan. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 orang guru, adapun objek penelitiannya adalah adalah profesionalisme guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kegiatan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Profesionalisme guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di MTsN 3 Aceh Barat dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melalui hasil penilaian perencanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 71,35 termasuk dalam kategori baik, kemudian pada siklus II mencapai nilai rata-rata 83,70 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 12,35%. Sedangkan peningkatan kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran. Peningkatan kemampuan guru tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari hasil penilaian pra pembelajaran pra siklus menunjukkan rata-rata 68,82 dan pada siklus I meningkat sebesar 11,96 % dengan nilai rata-rata 80,78, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat lagi sebesar 10,38 % menjadi 91,17 dengan kategori sangat baik. Peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pra pembelajaran/perencanaan pembelajaran tersebut sekaligus diikuti dengan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siklus I mencapai nilai sebesar 71,35 dan pada siklus II mencapai nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,70, maka terjadi peningkatan sebesar 12,35 %.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of teachers’ performance in learning using the CTL learning model through clinical supervision at MTsS Harapan Kab Nagan Raya. This research is a school action research (School Action Research), the research was conducted and carried out in 2 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. The research stages were planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were 6 class teachers at MTsS Harapan in the 2018/2019 academic year. The data was obtained by having an observation and documentation. This school action research used 3 (three) assessment instruments, they were the Assessment of The Lesson Plan, the Learning Planning Ability, and the implementation of the lesson plan, Evaluation, and Follow Up. Data validation used triangulation data and source. The data analysis used a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on the data analysis, the research results showed that the implementation of classroom supervision by the principal has proven successful in improving the performance of teachers in Islamic Studies, Indonesian Language and Mathematics at MTsS Harapan Kab Nagan Raya, in managing the learning process by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model. The improvement of the results of the observations was made in 3 aspects of the assessment. In the Lesson Plan Assessment, it was increased from 54.46 to 75.60 and 94.35, while the aspect of assessing the ability to plan learning increased from 54.63 to 70.83 and 87.96 and the aspect of the ability to carry out learning, evaluation, action continued from 55.77 to 68.91 and 81.73 at the end of the second cycle. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran CTL melalui supervisi klinis di MTsS Harapan Kab Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (School Action Research), penelitian dilakukan dan dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan 2 kali pertemuan pada setiap siklusnya. Tahapan penelitian yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas di MTsS Harapan pada Tahun Pelajaran  2018/2019 yang berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kegiatan observasi dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data pada kegiatan penelitian tindakan sekolah ini menggunakan 3 (tiga) instrumen penilaian, yaitu Penilaian Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Instrumen Penilaian Kemampuan Merencanakan Pembelajaran, dan Instrumen Penilaian Kemampuan Melaksanakan Pembelajaran, Evaluasi, Tindak Lanjut. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi kelas oleh kepala sekolah terbukti berhasil meningkatkan kinerja guru mata pelajaran PAI, Bahasa Indonesia dan Matematika di MTsS Harapan Kab Nagan Raya, dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada 3 apsek penilaian. Pada aspek penilaian Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) meningkat dari 54,46 menjadi 75,60 dan 94,35 sedangkan aspek penilaian kemampuan merencanakan pembelajaran meningkat dari 54,63 menjadi 70,83 dan 87,96  dan aspek kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran, evaluasi, tindak lanjut dari 55,77 menjadi 68,91 dan 81,73 pada akhir siklus kedua.
